Cold welcome of the representatives at the door. It shows that they do not like what they are doing. Receptionists will keep you waiting, no sense of concern. Providing the highest customer satisfaction is not their top priority. Re train your staffs. Nevertheless, my doctor who attended me that day was accommodating and as well his assistant. If you want to have a beautiful day, I strongly recommend you to go to Belo Greenhills & Belo Greenbelt. These are favorite clinics so far!

Its honestly my first time to experience the Belo Care, and frankly it was really satisfying. I felt like a princess. Honestly the moment I came in everyone was very nice and accommodating. Names that lingers in my mind were ate Regina and ate Mica, they made me feel heard and taken care of. Doc Luna, was indeed the highlight of this experience. She really understood where I was coming from and gave me valuable insights about my concern. It wasnt the typical, check via surface gave me an ointment kind of doctor. She really tried to know the root cause and recommended treatments that I'd be surely taking next week. Excited and both nervous for my facial, but its true what they say, when its Belo, its definitely worth it! I feel like this would already be a monthly thing for me, and I really felt like a princess even if this was just a consultation hahaha <3

It was a terrible experience for me. They should explain all risks to customers. I took Botanical Facial here and it was so painful and my skin was bleeding. The reason I took the treatment is that the doctor advised me to take it before photo facial which was the treatment I wanted to do, and there was no explanation about the risks such as pain nor bleeding before the treatment. I didn’t expect such a painful treatment because their website also said Botanical Facial “gently” remove impurities which was not true. According to my sources, it seems they do Facial Extraction in the treatment which can bring pain, scarring and so on. And a website says “inappropriate extract” can cause bleeding…that is what I experienced here. It was just terrifying to feel the pain and get bleeding without any explanation. Also I was asked if I was Chinese by a female staff when I complained about this. Although I’m not Chinese, what does that have to do with it? It sounded like discrimination which was also disgusting for me.

Last January I had laser treatments in Belo clinic BGC branch and had booked for a 2 weeks follow-up. However, on the appointment date, I was informed that my appointment was cancelled due to the laser device problem. During January and February I was chasing them, trying to book another appointment with no luck as they claimed the laser equipment is still under maintenance. In March I had to travel overseas and came back in April. Surprisingly, now the clinic is telling me that they would no longer provide the complementary follow up and I have to pay again. What type of service is it? Instead of apologizing for all the inconvenience, treating a patient like this?

Belo has been a trusted clinic since 2017. Belo takes care of their clients properly. They have not failed to make me feel great about myself.

It’s all about the well trained Doctors/facialist/nurses and staffs. They all execute professionalism but at the same time you feel their warm welcome, you are at ease and you are confident that these people are here to help you get the best version of yourself.

My skin is well taken cared of in Belo Med BGC. Look for Doc Rodnie - he’s a star! He takes good care of my skin and makes sure that we reach my skin goal. I have experienced smaller clinics and although its more expensive here, you are certain that you will get your money’s worth. They Will absolutely deliver.
