Ground floor is big and with 2nd floor. Can accomodate many store. The place is near RTU, BIR, PLDT and many small establishment. Good for quick bites.

it was an extreme disappointment. we were there early in the morning (630am) to eat breakfast before going to our destination. we ordered items both for dine-in and take out. the cashier personnel made notes on the receipt but the other personnel who compiled our order made it all for take-out. then when we asked for plates, they asked for P3.00 for the carton containers because they don't have plates. maybe it's their part in protecting the environment without excessive use of detergents

Best jollibee to place delivery orders

For me, Jollibee has always been part of my childhood. I always get the chicken meal especially if it's the thigh part. However, recently I noticed that the thigh part is no longer big and it seems like the whole thigh part has been cut into two. Usually, the thigh part is a rectangular shape but from them? No, it's a square one!

Poor customer service. Manager and staff are rude, does not smile, greet and say thanks to customers. Its like they do not want to take your orders. Makes my day worse by just seeing their grumpy faces. Management should retrain them on effective customer service skills for frontliners.

Ordered 2 pc of chicken thru foodpanda. Requested the chicken to be thigh part(in the comment section). My order were delivered on time, delivery rider is polite and friendly. Unfortunately, they gave me breast part, 2 pc of breast part. Just a piece of an advice. If the customer order for thigh part, you may suggest or replace it with leg. Wings can also be an option. But breast part?? Nahh..

Worst jollibee. Dont come here. Poor customer service, plenty of staff doing nothing just walking even the (lady) manager did not even take the initiative to take orders ,only 1 cashier available with the long line of customers. My God with P1000 bill they could not even have change???? All the customer behind me said the staff are truly not organized ..better close this branch verry dissappointed.

This is ridiculous, It's my second time ordering in this branch. 1am there's only a couple of customers, they are still not able to clean and wipe the tables quickly. The second time for the same disappointment. There are more than 7 crews visible, they are not busy. The table was not wiped clean for 15 mins. STILL THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO CLEAN IT. THEY EVEN DID NOT LOOK to check that they know there are customers coming. DO NOT COME TO THIS BRANCH. To the Owner of this Branch. Replace those stewards who worked Sept 24 around 1am to 2am. Replace them with much deserving crews. Do not leave your business with such a bad impression, as there are more competitors in the next block that are cleaner. 😡😑
