Very poor service. There were servers milling around the entrance but we had to seat ourselves and wait for a while before anybody deigned to notice us and give us the menu. The servers were clearly trying their best not to catch anyone's eye. If you read the other reviews on this page, many of them say the same thing. Obviously, the management doesn't care, so save your money and go to a restaurant where you are actually welcome.

They dont consider the senior citizen who are waiting outside to even give chairs. The orders are late 15 mins from the 25mins they said. Very poor service to be honest. Even the tables have some insect debries that they dont even care to wipe. Did they even sanitize the table at this point?

Food is great, but service is very slow. You have to ask for something a few times before they bring it to you. The food was definitely better the last time we were there and the portion was also larger.

Very poor customer service with double standard! They should consider replacing their staff specially the servers. We got a chance to eat here last Aug. 29 for a short stop over after our vacation at Laiya going back to Cavite. The resto is not even full when we arrived. I was waiting at the waiting area for about 10 minutes already trying to call them many times and no one seems to want to approach me. Its as if they are avoiding direct eye contact. When we finally got a table, no one even gave us a menu. We had to call them out again to get one and the server even asked us: "Wala pa po kayong Menu??" Fast forward to when a customer whom my sister recognized as a contestant for the current Ph Idol arrived, the servers immediately went to him, not just one but two. We go to Gerry's every once in a while because the food is good here but this is the first time that the servers acted like that.

Bugs and cockroaches EVERYWHERE. Slow service. Waiter’s dont respond to hails or calls. Food was served cold. “Bottomless” iced tea when first served tastes great but once you ask for a refill, its tastes disgusting. Bulalo had 2 pieces of vegetables and 1 piece of rubber-like meat. Lomi was basically thick water.

Delicious food, good service and nice place

We were inquiring if they'll allow us to eat with our dog. The lady receptionist was talking to us while she's way back in the kitchen so she was almost shouting but still we dont understand a single word. And when she finally decided to come out, she didnt bother to wear a face mask. How unprofessional! No wonder they dont have any customers.

Poor service. Took long for the service crew to attend to us just for us to refill the bottomless iced tea. Nilagang bulalo: meat is nontender and hard to chew. I wont recommend eating here.

Four of us got food poisoning from the squid. Never again. It’s not an overall clean place. I also found hair in my food. I think it’s from the kare-kare. I don’t recommend.
