One of the cheapest place to get your car its periodic maintenance. They have very good service and very organized system. They are not like other Toyota Maintenance center that will add extra services just to jack up the price. In this place you are guaranteed that the quality of maintenance, care and repair of your car is high because this branch is directly inder Toyota Manufacturing Phils.

Their service department has the worst customer service. Twice I scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change. Both appointments were scheduled two weeks in advance because they had to order a special oil filter for my car. On both occasions, I arrived promptly only to be told that the oil filter was not yet available. They had my number, and they didn't even bother to call me beforehand to reschedule the appointment. I now bring all my Toyota vehicles to Toyota Silang or Toyota Global City.

I higly recommend Mr. Jbs Bayan for releasing our 1st unit hopefully for clients to be help to get there owned cars. Nice Job TSR #BestInTown# TSR

PLEASE BECAREFUL WITH THIS TOYOTA DEALER!!!!!!! the most incompetent philipinos in the whole Philippines work in this Toyota house. I was there with my fortuner because of a defect on the climacontrol display, they want to keep my car there for 2 days for diagnosis, a street workshop discovered the problem in 3 minutes. I as a foreigner am so so disappointed in their service never again will I buy from this dealership they are FRAUD in my eyes. Dear owner, you just need to hire qualified personnel, for a blown fuse I was twice in your workshop for 3 hours and your incompetent mechanics could not find these faults. a street workshop found this blown fuse in 3 minutes it's sad you call your company flagship dealer Toyota Philippines.

Poor aftersales service. On our first PMS, we asked a favor for them to screw in the new plate number. They didn't because it's not part of the service. They asked for additional payment for the extra service. Well, it must be cheaper to buy a screw driver, then.

I always go there without an appointment. They would still service you. PMS usually takes 2hours and 30minutes , it includes the visit to the reception and service advisor.
