Extremely bad customer service!!! 1. Biased reservation staff She did not accommodate the 3 girls who were there first, insisted she assisted us because we are 12...sympre nga naman mas marami kmi ioorder..mas kikita sa min. The 3 girls left disappointed. 2. Orders took so goddamed minutes before it arrives. Our order came after 45 mins. We ordered pinakbet..it came after we ate. So just resolve in cancelling it. Water also serves after several follow ups. We also ordered beef..which taste like rock. I don’t recommend this. 3. Come our bill, they charged us pinakbet and chorizo. Now where did it came from? We didnt order that..anyways after several to and fro, they gve us the final bill..after 10-15 mins! 4. I paid in credit card. And they forgot to include the card in bill jacket when they give me the copy of my receipt. Of course, given that we are already pissed off with the food and service, we want to leave the place immediately. The children were also irate to leave the place. My mistake i didnt check if my card is with me. But of course if i have seen it in the jacket, I will absolutely get it. Lesson learned: dont eat in kuya j molino branch. Will not recommend this with my friends. I will also post this in fb so people will be aware and save themselves from hassle.

Worst restaurant I've ever been to. My boyfriend and I went there and it was ssssoooooo disappointing. All pork dishes are sold out and when i ordered beef pares, the waiter told me that it is not available too. Better close and not to operate at all especially during the holidays rather than disappointing and angering all customers

No service outside for reservations. Also bad service. (Parang walang pake)

Deliveries made thru Central Delivery are always delayed. I have once made an order that took 3 hours to be delivered.

We were advised that our order will be served within 10-15 mins. Then amazingly, We WAITED for almost an hour. Poor Service. The expectation was not set properly. The crew and cashee didn't even apologize. Disappointing.

Kuya J restaurant is inside SM Molino. Their Halo- halo is highly recommended. Thumbs up. Also, I like their version of dynamite. Noticed that their understaffed and the server seems like new to his job.

quite good ambiance even inside the mall. mood lights are good. food are great. service is awesome.

although the mall was closing in an hour, the service was still on time. most of the crew are attentive and quick paced on the service. the food: HIGHLY RECOMMEND the sinigang - beef tadyang and the lumpiang presko. will definitely come back for those as well as the baked scallops. unfortunately we got too eager to eat so i didnt get to take photos of the food. but the food presentation is also nice.

Very Slow Service.. 30mins na iced tea pa lang...

Crew is terrible. No high chair for kids. They'll give you a pitcher of icedtea without giving you a glass. How can we drink it? Requested a bucket of ice and it took 15mins. I had to go to your counter to ask for it. The desert was never served. I like the food but your crew is the worst.

I love the krispy pata and the ube halo halo.
