I'm really disappointed since it was called Specialist but the Hospital do really idk?

    Staff were not courteous and does not seem to care at the patient at all. ER has no sense of urgency and will not service you until your health card provider has approved your request. We only went here because it is the nearest one accredited by our provider.

    This hospital opts to have the scheduling for Ultrasound be done personally only for the reason that they have something to explain personally and that has no option to have it explained thru phone and/or send digital instructions. This shows how backward thinking the staffs here. In this time of COVID, people will have to find the option to limit the personal visits to the hospital, but not for this hospital. The services are expensive but the expected level of service not at par.

    Please dont let old doctors who have behavior problems treating patients anymore at your hospital. They should be retired or have their own clinic so that the entire intitution will not be affected. This doctor is arrogant treating patients disrecpectfully I almost lose my temper for this old guy.

    Worst hospital that I have ever been! I have been waiting for 5 hours just to see the doctor! Very unprofessional the doctor was late! And we dont know what time she will be in!? No proper information what time she will be in! Dont go to this hospital please!
