This cute and charming little cafe is a hidden gem! The interior design is amazing. Even their toilet looks nice and itโ€™s clean and well maintained. Food is great especially Fresh Lumpiang Shanghai! Without exaggeration itโ€™s the best Iโ€™ve tasted! And itโ€™s also not pricey at all! Other stores will sell it for PHP 300 while here, cost is not even half! Service is excellent. They are all friendly and accommodating. They even help me update the info page of their Cafe here in Google Map. They are located beside a car wash so while having meal, you may also opt to wash your car at the same time.

Iโ€™m glad we have Cecilโ€™s Cafe in this part of town. Good comfort food, great service in an inviting and homey setting. Their signature Amoy lumpia is a hearty one. Make it a pit stop on your way to Tagaytay.

5 stars for the food. Service does not match the food. Double order. Need to get my cutlery myself from the other table, twice after the waitress removed mine after my appetiser. Quite hot inside. You have to get your bill yourself and they allow dogs inside. One Aircon not working. But back to the food. I tried the sotanghon and the pork chop. Others at the table were equally satisfied with their orders: fresh lumpia, chicken wings, palabok, brazo de Mercedes.

Food and service is excellent. Place can only accommodate at most 20 pax. So always good to be there early for lunch or dinner.

What's makes this place special is the lumpia. Nothing special with the rest of the menu. In fact, the rest are on the pricey side given the portions they serve. However, parking is a serious problem and the restaurant itself can accommodate very few people due to the covid protocols so there is a risk of time wasted if going there to eat is your only purpose.

After 10years of not having gone here, I can say with confidence that their Lumpiang Sariwa kept the same taste and quality. Shout out to the fresh coriander which made the tasting experience much more delightful. The Asado siopao was also tasty. You cannot compare it with Lingnam or Kowloon support. Their siopao has its own uniqueness to it. Order and try it to compare.

Be sure to drop by this place when you go up Tagaytay. Cecil's cafe offers a homey, laid back, old school vibe that you should not miss. Servers are very attentive and warm. Their menu is very good, but my two favorite items are: Amoy fresh lumpia! So good with the sweet sause the complements every bite ๐Ÿ˜‹ order this please, you won't regret it! Homemade asado siopao (specially made by Tita Cecil)! Freshly made, super good bun, asado filling is sweet, tender and juicy! Enjoy!๐Ÿ˜Š

Fried salmon with rice tasted very good. I got milk with my coffee because I don't like creamers. The staff is very friendly. If you are on your way to Tagaytai or back, you should stop by here. Worth it.

Healthy lumpia! Theres a variety of food to choose from. Relaxing place to dine with friends and family. The downside is place is not that big, limited for few tables only... The best seller lumpia is easily stale/rancid, if kept for less than 1 hour is OK, but if you travel long before you eat lumpia you will be disppointed.

Excellent food at very reasonable prices! Had the fresh lumpia, arroz caldo with tokwa't baboy, pancit canton with pork, ginataang halohalo and they were all good! Will definitely be back.

A quaint cafe which serves good homecooked meals, freshly baked pastries and cakes. Some may find it a bit pricey since food is mostly in single portions.

This was our first time to visit Cecil's Cafe near Adventist University Silang l- puting kahoy a nd was impressed of this small cafe. The place is romantic actually. It is simple yet sophisticated. Too bad I wasn't able to take a picture of the whole resto. Their food is delicious. We got papadams with dill dip, beef caldereta, fresh lumpia, buffalo wings, salpicao and desserts - brazos, coffee crunch and canonigo( I guess). I love that their desserts are not too sweets. The place is clean and the staff were pleasant. Wortj your money.
