We had the opportunity to book the presidential suite. We are upgraded from the executive suite because they have a birthday promo. We really appreciate their staff Ms. Elaine who assists me on their Facebook page regarding my inquiry because the executive room is fully booked on the day of my birthday she tried to fix the issue and still give us the birthday promo even though it is already past my birthday. Also to Sir Aldrin, who is very accommodating during our whole stay at their hotel. We really enjoy our vacation and we will definitely come back.

The place is near Picnic Grove and the receptionist that welcomed us was warm and courteous. The security guard was also nice. We really liked the place for it's accessibility to transport though the parking area is quite limited. Moreover, the free breakfast for our accommodation was in buffet style. They even surprised us a sweet gift for our wedding anniversary celebration with dessert that my heart blissfully cried...A returning customer here.

This hotel in summary is value for money. Though it is far from Tagaytay center, all your needs are already there. The staff are accommodating and polite. They offer a good massage, 3 swimming pools, free breakfast, good food, coffee and beer. If you're looking for a view, the picnic grove is just at the other side of the road. There are sari-sari stores and 7-eleven nearby. Parking is spacious, wifi signal is ok, just the mobile signal might be weak in the rooms. Must try their massage and coffee. Service is really good even though the room rate is quite cheap. Had an overall pleasant stay. Will definitely be back!

Great place to stay! Very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is a little pricey BUT excellent! Excellent views and convenient to Tagaytay Picnic Grove (across the street). TOTALLY recommend.

Very proximate to the heart of tagaytay, worth it for the paid price, however, advance request such as early check in and high floor instead of ground floor were not duly oblige for no reason, over all 4 stars, well see if there would be changes in the future. Hope it helps.

I’ve been to tons of hotels in the country from 5 to 3 stars and I have to say, this one was very memorable to me because of their staff. THEY HAVE CREATED SUCH A WELCOMING EXPERIENCE WITH THEIR POLITENESS AND COURTESY. Rooms were clean and cozy, location was accessible, free breakfast was great, amenities were nice. Even though the hotel pools were only until 10pm, they allowed us to swim until we desired. A 3-STAR HOTEL WITH 5-STAR SERVICE. Absolutely loved it!

Good food, good ambiance such a relaxing place to unwind. Just in front of picnic grove. Includes free breakfast and very affordable price.

Staff was hospitable and attentive. Rooms are spacious. Toilet and bath are clean. Towels are old. Not sure if the fridge works. Was given 2 500ml bottles of water, for 3 days. Veranda can use some cleaning: clipoing of dead vines and scrubbing of the floors. Bed was big, too firm. 4 pillows, almost flat. Wifi is intermittent.

Came here for a workshop. Finally got to experience staying here after reading good reviews in the past. Great ambience, great food, very kind staff. I learned that some of them are on OJT, and I appreciate the hotel for supporting future hoteliers and restaurateurs.

It's always a great experience staying here in Viewpark Hotel. I loved the surroundings because it is nature lover and peaceful,relaxing and calm.The people were courteous and very nice. We stayed first at the lobby and they welcomed us with a refreshing juice. The style of the rooms were beautiful, It has a wall painting with an inspiring quote..I loved it. The ammenities were complete, wifi,bath tub,intercon,spa. But we haven't tried the spa. The swimming pool is very elegant because of the color and the view of the building. The food were delicious.We really enjoyed and had a great time. Highly recommended because it's affordable and accesible as well..just in front of picnic grove. (p.s thank you so much to kuya guard who helped us and lend us an umbrella because of heavy rain. ) God.Bless

Great location just near 7elevn and picnic grove. Super friendly staff, tasty breakfast. I booked the standard room which was enough for me. Suggestion for improvements: My toilet was broken- need to maintain that. Travelled as a family of five. Walked in guests. View Park Hotel provided a lasting good impression not only of the accessible location of the hotel, the great view we has from our room, but mostly because of the genuine hospitable character shown to us by all the staff starting from security personnel, front office staff "Zayreen", and all housekeeping personnel very diligently accommodating all our queries. All in all, this has not only left us a good memory take away from the hotel, but also of Tagaytay itself.

Weve been here several times before pandemic and we really love the place. In this last visit we were surprised of the newly built hotel and the huge swimming pool. We enjoyed our stay and we will keep coming back here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at View Park Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Very accommodating staff and service in our two-day stay as a team. All of our requests were surely granted without delay. And speaking of the rooms, they were all clean, cozy, and nice.

Great food, nice rooms. The hotel has about 3 pools (1 is for children/kids). It also has a nice courtyard. At the back of the hotel is their Siglo Kalikasan Farm. It's where they get some of the ingredients that they use for the food they're serving at the hotel's restaurant. They offer a farm tour for a minimal fee per head (PhP75.00, if I remember correctly). This farm tour is highly recommended. As for location, it's just along the highway, right across the Picnic Grove.

Best place to relax and unwind! For an affordable price, you and your family can already have a staycation like no other. The place looks so serene. It’s a great addition too that they have a Bible in each and every room. A good place to say your prayers and praise the Lord when you wake up. Our family stayed in the Premier Room. Each room costs 3,800 per 2 people for one room. Since we are a family of four, we got two rooms. Each penny was indeed worth it with the view that we had. Their rooms are clean and really cozy. We had a good time spending time here. You should really consider going here for your next family staycation! 🩷 Plus!! They also have a coffee shop within the hotel and a spa service too!! So much to do and just pure relaxation 🩷

The service crew are excellent and willing to please. They do their best to make the guest feel comfortable for the place. Kudos to kuya guard for the efforts The rooms we availed are kind of “ok”, manageable. Enough for sleeping after eating bulalo in the city center. Location tho is a bit far from the main establishments, you need a personal vehicle to go to and fro the location. Overall a good place and I recommend this to everyone who wish to visit Tagaytay.

Friendly and helpful staff, as expected mostly all throughout the Philippines. Our room was rather small, but comfortable enough regardless. The location - as described by the name - is adjacent to the park, however it's also a little bit out of town, but still easy to get around.

My experience in View Park hotel is very amazing. All hotel staff are very helpful, polite, and attentive to their guests. Rooms are clean and decent. The location is also perfect as it's within major tourist attractions. It also has a very chic restaurant below called Siglo that serves good Filipino food. I highly recommend this place.

We had a nice and relaxing stay. The hotel is right across the Picnic Grove so the location is great. Staff were very accommodating and we also felt secured within the place. Parking is no hassle. Only comment is that the wifi connection is weak.

We had the rooms on discount. Didn't expect the place to look the it did. It was actually better. They can even accommodate riders. They have a specific parking space for motorcycles. We hang out in the gazebo, when the staff noticed that the lights were off, he quickly turned it on. (Very attentive indeed)

The place is really nice. They have their own restaurant, cafe, a beautiful garden and 2 swimming pools.. The ambience is relaxing. Amazing, courteous staff.. The room is gorgeous though it's getting old. Still a comfortable stay. Will surely come back..

I was surprised of how View Park Hotel meet my expectations. From the rooms, facilities and cleanliness. But what really set them apart from other hotels we've been in, is their staff service. They are not only courteous and cheerful but they are concern with their guests. They gave consideration on my sister's health condition. Kudos View Park Team.

We had a wonderful stay here at View Park Hotel. They have affordable rates, clean rooms, nice outdoor area, clean swimming pool, and accessible location. It’s our second time to book and we are definitely coming back.

It was surprising to know that people who booked their stay using Agoda will have separate rooms which is near to the basement parking. Their original standard rooms are different from Agoda's standard rooms, and these rooms near parking are not so likable and has very less amenities. Apart from the rooms the ambience around this place was truly nice. The staff were nice and good to approach. Not satisfied with their rooms however the ambience and the food was good. So if you are booking through trip advisor/agoda, please don't expect to get their original standard rooms.

I am very satisfied with this place. The staff is very friendly and the cost is very reasonable. I paid around $180 US for 4 nights. The rooms are in very good shape and come with everything a typical US hotel comes with. The breakfast is included, and the wifi is also included. The parking is also free. My shower head was not working properly, and I let the front desk know. Within 15 minutes of letting them know the maintenance had replaced it with a brand new one. There are no views of the volcano or lake, but the views are very close. I highly recommend this place.
