Death of a pet can hurt more than losing a fellow human. It’s hard to say goodbye to our beloved pets. Pets are described as a companion, more like a best friend. Pet Valley Park and Crematory is the perfect place to lay your beloved pets to rest. They offer great service for pets burial and cremation, excellent customer service from the staff; they are really nice and accommodating. Pet Valley Park and Crematory is located in Silang, Cavite, you can easily find it in Waze or Google maps. It is indeed the perfect place to lay your pets to rest.

Losing a pet is like losing a loved one. Their service is way too great than what I expect. We contacted them past 7pm and they picked up our fur baby at the vet around an hour. Their receptionist is very nice to take our call even I am crying all through out a short interview (asking for my name, my pet’s and what clinic they will get Luffy) The place is too serene. Peaceful and quiet. But I think it is too far from the mainland. Glad that the network service is good so you can get here using waze. If you will take grab, expect a very expensive fare. From Makati to here, it goes up to Php1,000.00 We prefer to have our fur baby to be cremated as we are only renting a place here in Makati and we want him to be with us every single day. When we got there, you will choose an urn and a simple memorabilia. Their services starts at Php7,000. That includes an urn made of bamboo or wood. We prefer it to be in marble (so that it will last longer). You will just add 1,000 pesos for all the upgrade services. We are not yet moving on despite after months Luffy died but I highly recommend this place for your departed furry friends.

They care for the departed pets. I salute their funeral services and cremation process. The place is haven, its green with the nice blue sky for my resting dog ❤, its clean and very well decorated for pets. Though the road is narrow but we manage to go there safe and sound

Just be clear with the schedule and timing. Make them commit as much as possible so you don't have to wait. Other than that, the service is really good

Going to Pet Valley is not that easy. If you are not familiar with the road, you may get lost. The place was peaceful. They have very accommodating personnel to assist you.

Went here today to send off my dearest little dog to paradise. It’s my first time losing a beloved pet so I didn’t know what to do. But everything was smooth and coordinated. I did not feel that there was anything lacking with their service. They made my little one so cute during our viewing which made sending off my dog a little less difficult. Walk-ins are allowed. The process is quick and easy. Our baby Java (17yr old cat) was given a beautiful ceremony. I paid P6K for cremation services.

It was the home of my furbaby's remain for almost 3 years he died. Then place is like a paradise for the Juan. Personnel are accommodating and professional.

The final resting place of our beloved Cheewy in this world. We have seen how the place managed to recover from the ashes of Taal to this pandemic era. My comment though are the faceplates of the columbarium, which are not aligned with the steel frames and therefore do not have sealants. I bet if it rains, what's inside will totally get soaked.

Staffs are nice and accommodating. They picked up my departed cat from the vet and I visited her the following day. Pet Valley was so kind they allowed me to put flowers in her grave. Just wondering, do they remove the body or bones years after? The place is not that big to accommodate thousands of individual or mass burial. It's a peaceful and beautiful place for my furry companion.

Very solemn place to pray for your loved pets who passed away. They can also arrange to pick up your pet and have it delivered after cremation. There's more than 2 hours of waiting time for the cremation process but the waiting kubos are very comfy. They also have a meals served here which is good. Expect to pay around 7k for the basic package of a small pet.

+ They were readily available even when their location is relatively far from ours (we're in Lucena City). + Staff are sympathetic. They gave us more than enough time to say our final goodbyes to our beloved pet. + They are very honest in every detail. I gave our pet's estimated weight to be 3 kgs, and they weighed him and got 2.8 kgs, which lowered the amount we were to pay. + They delivered our pet's memorabilia quite fast. + They are very considerate even if you took some time before being able to pay, considering that you are going through a very difficult time.

My kitten is about 2-3 weeks and passed away by sept 9. i am through the animal house hospital to get access to the pet valley burial service. The hospital charged me 3500php. Originally it said that it would take two or three days to get Viber message and pictures of my kitten. but after waiting for a week, I went to the hospital to ask again then they sending me a photo of the kitten. The reply from animal house hospital was that pet valley delayed sending photos for 5-6 days. According to this fee(3500php), I think the service of pet valley needs to be improved, including contacting our guests at the first time. Also paid for this fee and only had two photos, no other photos or videos of the burial. I think this is quite a pity, and hope that pet valley unit able to improve the service content and do better in the future.

Really fast and accommodating service. I called them and they picked up my pet after only an hour or so. The place itself is also beautiful and calming; staff were reassuring and kind when we got there. However, I am only rating 4 stars since the viewing time was superrrr short (perhaps 10 minutes only or less), I suppose to accommodate the other guests coming. I wasn't ready to say goodbye to my pet yet and they were already closing his casket on us. I think viewing should be at least be 20-30 min. long since it is basically the last time you'll be seeing your pet, and they should do scheduling instead of first-come-first-serve to better accommodate this. They also said they'd message me when my pet's remains would be ready for pickup (we waited in Cavite and had lunch outside), but they didn't, so we just went there on our own to get them after 4 hours. I also had to follow up the next day for the pictures of his bones, which they promised they would send too. Hoping communication will be better for other clients in the future. Nonetheless, I thank them for taking care of my pet.

First time losing a family member and having her cremated. Pet Valley was accommodating at first. However, once the partial payment was settled, the service became deficient. I had to constantly call them for an update, but no one answered my call. They called me at 11PM just to clarify the address to where to pick up my dog (details were already given that morning). We had an agreement regarding the delivery date of the urn and this was not followed at all. They don't seem to understand why I was disappointed at their service.

Everyone is very nice including the owner. Keeps the place very chill. Food is very good too!
