The riders like Grabfood or Shopee needs to pay 50php as entrance to deliver goods to the company or resident who made order/s instead of leaving driver's license.

Expensive payments for road user, even you are an employee in a Company there.

Its much smaller than its more famous cousin Laguna Technopark. There are many medium-sized companies that usually employ a few hundred people at most (except for maybe one or two). Traffic caused by cars originating here is not so bad considering the total volume of employees. Folks keeping the place will ask 100 php for road users' fee. Highlight of any visit should be a visit to the gorge spanned by a long bridge which affords a nice view. Road condition is superb.

A lot of companies that you can visit and apply on. There is available public transportation inside, L300 FB vans facing 7-11, they are parked at a vacant lot. Be warned that during rush hours, there could be people lining up special during the morning, and there are much lesser public transportation during off-peak hours. Better to adjust the time your going for an appointment. As for private vehicle, unfortunately, there is a fee once you enter the vicinity. If you will be entering more than once, it will be better to get a sticker. Also, take note that the sticker is only good of the current year. This means that even if you got your sticker during December, it'll only be valid until jan next year or until they give a notice that a new stick for the current year is available.
