Summary: I'm Very Disappointed. Eat somewhere else. There's no service water (or free drinking water) considering their food is super expensive. Bottled water is on the table even before you sit down. If you did not ask, you might not know that you will be billed with 55 pesos for a 300ml bottled water. The brand isn't even high end. Food is super expensive (around Php600 to Php1200) and there's nothing special about it. You can eat the safe food with the same quality at less than half the price somewhere else nearby. I understand that this is the pandemic season but it's hard to justify how expensive this restaurant is.

Such a wonderful place to eat such delicious food! This must be one of the most beautiful restaurants I have ever been in here in the Philippines. It's full of brightly colorful lamps, decorative glassware, high backed sofas. It should feel over-decorated but really is not. Uniquely right. Everything we ordered was scrumptious! Most are big enough to share so even if we were a party of 6, we all got to taste each dish. Will definitely come back for more when in Tagaytay.

Interesting deco for this place. Price is a little bit on the high side. Love the ambience but food wise is not as amazing considering the price they charged. Had cold brew coffee but it doesnt taste like one. Feels like ice americano ish. But still would recommend coming here for the deco and environment. But prolly opt for somewhere else for meals.

Location wise, the cafe is very accessible especially when you are staying in Crosswinds. Staff members are very helpful and accommodating. Now to the food: the pancake is bland in itself and the texture was dry, not fluffy and so i had to add a lot of maple syrup and butter. For a menu that's quite overpriced, i guess it's only fair to ask for a little bit of flavor on the pancake and drinks. Presentation wise, totally ig-worthy :)

Properly observing health protocols and social distancing. Even though a lot of people eat there, they abide by the rules which is good. Tell them how many of you are in the group so that they will give you a table that fits all in ur group.

Attentive and friendly staff. My husband has strict diet restrictions (no salt and no fat) and the chef was kind enough to customise his meal. Nice ambience too!

The experience was superb. The carbonara, is a new welcome to my taste buds it was a creamy sensation. The ambiance is great and is well pleasing. The sound compliments the soothing and tasteful food. It was packed when i arrive but they did gave me mango shake on the house for the troubles. It was a great experience. Customer centric. Keep up the good job!

Exceptional food! The cake is so delicious! Staffs are kind and they follow health protocol! Great ambience for a romantic dinner - a perfect match for the Tagaytay cool weather. Their lanterns put the entire place in a relaxing mode so make sure to be there in dusk. Pricey but it so good you can't resist to return for more.

One of the most visited restaurants in Tagaytay Crosswinds. You will be welcomed by colorful lanterns and glam interior up to utensils. Expect the above average price of their menu. Menu is a mix of Spanish, Vietnamese, Thai, American and Pinoy cuisines. They also offer steak which they have a separate menu upon request. We tried their beef pho, tom yum, chicken satay and fried spring rolls. Taste is authentic and serving is good for 2pax. I recommend it here if you want to level up your palate. Also, thumbs up to the servers. πŸ‘

One of those O.G. Tagaytay restos you'll travel to. Ambience is still pleasant and food is good, especially the Satay. Even the restrooms are pleasant. Heads up though--that mineral water bottle in your table is NOT FREE! It costs PhP 55 (as of June 2022) and they don't have service water-- and they will not tell you about it. Might as well bring your own gallon!

The first thing you'll notice at Cafe Voi La is the beautiful furniture and the warm ambiance. Despite the chill of Tagaytay weather, the dΓ©cor with its bright colours and brick-a-brack scattered throughout the place invites you to get in and get cosy. Ambiance + Service We ate here on a Friday, and the lunch service was just starting to pick up. The staff were attentive, though the place did start filling up with more people the closer it got to lunchtime. The cafe is huge though, so it looks like they can handle a bustling crowd. Food There were a lot of options, with the menu being a mix of Thai, Vietnamese and Filipino food. We tried the pandan chicken, pad Thai, pizza margherita, fresh Vietnamese spring rolls, squash soup, and pineapple fried rice. I tried everything but the Pandan chicken, but we especially loved how fresh the pizza tasted, and the spring rolls were my favourite. I also tried their ube cheesecake. While tender, it was a little too salty for my taste, but not overly sweet. Price The food is worth the priceβ€”for this meal, we forked out about 3,300PHP (for 3 people). All the servings are good for 2-3 people though, except perhaps the soup.

One of THE best destinations whenever I go to Tagaytay. The food is CONSISTENTLY delicious. Not stingy at all with any of their ingredients and their beverages are so scrumptious! I ordered a Vietnamese egg coffee and I initially found it too sweet and the staff happily took it back and did it for me again. The eggs Benedict are THE BOMB. Best breakfast place. I can't wait to try their lunch menu. The staff too are so friendly! Without even asking, they set up an extra fan for my mom because they thought she was feeling hot since she kept fanning herself. They really make sure to take care of you through your meal there. On top of that they even offered to take our pictures around the different parts of the restaurant because every single corner is like walking into a fairytale. The ambiance is insanely beautiful. I just love this place so much!!!

Staff were kind and fun to be with. It was new year’s eve but they were not cranky at all considering that we were one of the last diners to leave. Taste of the cuisine were close to authentic. Food temp and presentation were great :) they would answer our questions if there were allergens with the dishes. Nice interiors.

For your next weekend food trip in Tagaytay, don't miss Cafe Voi La. Obvious with their Asian inspired place, well they serve Asian dishes like Thai, Vietnamese and Malaysian. We tried their Satay sampler, Nasi goreng and Vietnamese spring rolls which brings memories of my Asian trip. But then of course they also have pinoy favs like bulalo, Kare-kare and crispy pata to name a few. Without a doubt anyone who visits the place will surely come back... which I will surely do.

If you ask me, it would be better to visit in the late afternoon (after sunset). The place comes to life with their colorful lanterns. Food is great- a little bit on the pricey side but they taste good and you pay for the dining experience so we didn't mind. We enjoyed the Kare-kare it has a slight twist but we just couldn't describe it. Up for you to discover. πŸ˜‚ Th pesto pasta, according to my brother-in-law, is better that the ones he sampled in Canada before. I'm not much of a pesto girl but I liked it. Coffee is decent. Their salted caramel cheesecake is heavenly. πŸ‘Ό

We tried the shallots with the eggplant and the scallops. Tried it for the fun of it, since I haven't really tasted either. The food was good, the flavors are just the right strength (kinda pricey so it should be). Fast and great service, and the cold climate suits the ambiance well.

  • 4/5 Shoo F. 3 years ago on Google
Honestly, the menu is expensive. I am not sure if I am paying for the ambiance or the food. This is a crowd favorite specially on weekends. Cars and big bikes are parked at the entrance. I guess people would choose this place to avoid crowdy places in tagaytay. I would still choose the coffee shop nearby if not too crowded.

Beautiful dining space, average dining experience. The restaurant has beautiful interiors, rustic and elegant design elements. However, food and service didn't match the visuals. Food is average. Nothing special. We ordered peanut butter pancake and Voi la breakfast. You can probably replicate both without much effort as there's nothing outstanding on both these breakfast options. Note: they'll automatically give you bottled water, but will not inform you that it is not free. I thought it was a nice touch to at least minimize possible contamination thru service water, but nope. Not the case. Service is so-so. Took at least 30 minutes to fry eggs, sausage and bacon. Not sure why, as the restaurant isn't packed with diners. Getting the bill also took at least 10 minutes. Had to follow up thrice to receive the bill. I saw one table beside us that were cleared by bare hands of the staff - he used his hands to dust off the crumbs on the table mat, then, put in a new set of utensils and bottled water. That's it. No attempt to wipe or disinfect the table. If not for the ambience, i would've rated this restaurant a 1.

I am giving it 4 stars because I think the price is a bit steep compared to the taste of their food. Don't get me wrong, the dishes are authentically filipino and tastes great but you can have the same taste elsewhere but on a lower price. Regardless, highly recommend this place and will return here again. BTW this was the last place me and mom ate before she passed away a month ago. So this place will forever stay in my heart. And also I made a video edit found on my Instagram page @jacob_eats_bacon_and_cheese and can follow me also @jacob_loves_bacon_and_cheese. I'll follow back.

Great if you are looking for something different while in Tagaytay. Colorful theme like your in a magical place. Best to visit with your friends. It is not only a cafe, they serve real meals with rice. They have wide varieties of salads. The serving is good for 1 to 2 people. Free small but tasty appetizer while waiting for your order. A bit pricy. But, if you are planning to stay longer to have a chat or a meeting, it is a conducive place. You can charge your gadgets. Better park a little bit down the road so you can enjoy walking between pine trees. Parking is free after validation.
