Slow service, doesn't seem to be understaffed as there are 5 Shakeys personnel at one of the tables and there are several managers just loitering. Parking is enough for 5 cars in front and about 6 cars at the side. Disclaimer: the review below is very specific to their American Salad. The ingredients of their salad are 1. Romaine lettuce 2. Candied walnuts 3. Apple slices 4. Raspberry vinaigrette. Their salad is SOOOOO wet, it's literally dripping in water. They must have washed the lettuce and did not bother to let them dry or use a salad spinner. You take a fork and get a piece of lettuce and you can see water dripping from the piece of lettuce leaf. When we raised it to the manager, he just awkwardly smiled and asked us if we want a new plate because our plate is very wet as well. No apologies whatsoever.

The thin crust pizza can’t even pass as a pizza - it’s more like an indian chapati with topping, very disappointed! Truly a waste of ₱1000! Do not expect me to buy from you again..

Frankly, it doesn't taste good. Not enough sauce, not enough cheese, not enough grilling. The quality is not worth the price.

Slow service and waited for almost an hour for our order, they never accommodate us what order we are waiting for. When we tried to follow up they forgot what we ordered, then found out it was given to others who came after us. And when we take out our order they gave us different and incomplete order.

We really appreciate the staff who assisted us during our visit. She helped us decide what food are best and affordable. She said we have to wait 25 mins for it to be served. After waiting half an hour. She finally served two dishes. And we started eating because it was past lunch time already. We are waiting for the chicken and mojos. We have almost finished the first batch of dishes and the main order was not yet served. My wife was starting to be annoyed because we arrived and ordered first, but were seeing other table who came later that time were served completely. My wife complained to the staff about our order, and realized she had completely forgotten us. We really like to cancel our order if not only for our kids who were excited in the mojos. I salute the staff for being honest that she really forgotten us. I understand it was Sunday, and they were understaff that day. The food was superb really! Its just the bad experience.😔

Delicious food as always. The staff provided excellent service. My niece won a toy from the claw machine, but she didn't like what she got, so the manager let us exchange it, which was really nice. We all left with a full stomach and a smile on our face.

Located in Aguinaldo Highway Silang before Toyota showroom. This place has spacious parking. This branch has a nice view, and aside from good food, the staff are courteous and kind. As always, I loved their thin crust pizza and spaghetti with meatball. They are irresistibly great food. Sure to come back again.

This Shakeys was okay food but terrible service, they had to close the washrooms as no water ??? Then what are they washing the dishes with ???? Waited for service and then slow slow to get the food. The restaurant was busy and the staff seemed overwhelmed and running around.....

Poor service.. our chicken doesnt have gravy. We asked for it. But they ignored us like we didnt exist. Our pizza didnt serve. For almost an hour. We ended up take it out and bill out nalang. Only Manager of Peri-Peri pa nagsorry instead of shakeys crew! Shame on your people. This happened November 27,2022 1:45pm.

We ended up going to Shakey's - Silang when we were not able to find the entrance to the Hillcrest Plaza (for Kuuma Kaakao cafe). We arrived around 6pm (Nov1) which felt like 7pm already because the sky was too dark. We ordered the Super League Bundle + SuperCard (with free large pizza & Choc'O S'mores pizza). Got one more free large thin crust pizza because it's my birth month. Yummy choco S'mores pizza! We went home with 10 pizza slices left and some S'mores... Spent P2098 in total for the Super League Bundle and the SuperCard purchase (got 2 extra pizzas free) which was not bad at all. Will visit again soon but will probably try their Peri-Peri branch instead. 👍🙂 (Didn't get to take photos, we were really hungry when we arrived at the place)

Very slow service..our order took almost 45 minutes with no early advice whatsoever that food service might get delayed for whatever reasons.

We went there as walk-in customers and ordered for take-out on a Mother's day. They would inform you before taking orders that it would take a while (30-50mins) before we get our order. Would recommend to order online for delivery or for pick-up. Their customer capacity for dine-in is 10 customers at a time.

Shakey's is always been my fav place to visit for lunch when I'm out. Aside from affordable pricey the service is amazing!

Cozy place for families. Clean restrooms and sink. While they have a Claw Machine for kids to play, they don't have readily available coins that the machine accepts.

Place has renovated to include a Peri-peri. Good location just before you head home or to Tagaytay if you are using Aguinaldo highway. Location is smaller now since it is shared. Not crowded but maybe due to the health situation.

We went during off peak hours. We we're very well attended. Waiter and manager frequently updated us of the serving time for our orders. Good ambiance of the resto. There are several tv monitor for customers. Parking space available. Toilets are well maintained.
