👍👍 Superb authentic Vietnamese food. I highly recommend the Blue Marlin. The Banh Xeo crepe as an appetizer is very good too. Excellent hot Vietnamese style drip coffee with condensed milk. Reservations are recommended as seating is limited. Hours of opreration are also limited so check on their websit... The environment and the setting is simple but very cozy and the food are superb. A worth get away place and to enjoy the night or weekend. The place is very relaxing while enjoying the authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The service is very good and it's like a family dining. I would love to comeback to this place with my family and friends . I really enjoyed their food and I would not hesitate to recommend this place to my friends. I really give a thumbs up to this place.

The place was nice. You feel like you are in an extended dining room in a big house. Location was far from the hustle and bustle of Tagaytay. The food was tasty but not spicy as authentic Vietnamese cuisine goes. Prices were reasonable. The staff were courteous, friendly and attentive.

Perks of being lost while trying shortcuts to evade Tagaytay traffic: finding restaurants like this. We didn't know you have to have a reservation to dine here but luckily, there is still one more table available. We met the owner and the head chef (son of the owner). The owner is very kind and assisted for our table because it was directly at the sunset glare as their blinds were not yet delivered. The head chef came to out table to kindly ask how is the food. Really nice family. Food: pricey but there are strong points like the flavor and taste authenticity so I think, it is fair. The serving size also compensated for the price. I love their spring rolls! Pho is definitely a must as well as the ginger chicken and chicken curry. Place is really intimate, good for dates if you want to impress. Parking is limited but there are staff to assist you. Oh by the way, mode of payment is only cash. No cards available :(

We found this place on google maps around 3 months ago. It was only today that we finally found the urge to do it. It was hidden on the streets of Buenavista Ave and J Hernandez. The road going there is tricky specially when it is raining. They have 3 available parking lots inside. The restaurant looks like a regular home with a pleasant cozy atmosphere. The room is lit dimly perfect for date night. It was cold and windy that night which is very perfect for a hot bowl of beef noodles. We were lucky coz we are the only guest who arrived that night. Fresh roll is one of the best appetizers. The coconut sprout salad is exotic and tasty. The beef stew and chicken with ginger is so perfect as the main course for a sunday night tagaytay weather. Every one from Cavite should come visit them during these cold season

A great taste of Vietnam . In a hidden yet a beautiful place with fresh air . Thought its hard to get in there , its worth trying . Food looks freah and very delicious . People drive long way just to eat the food from there . Though it has limited menu of foods ,the foods will always be remembered

I personally loved it. I thought they captured the real Vietnamese taste. But I haven't been to Vietnam myself so I am yet to confirm. Very laid back, not too crowded. Would love to go back again.

Note: this is my first time eating at a Vietnamese restaurant. So take please take my vietnamese pallete with a grain of salt. This place is a hidden gem. It's located away from the main road but i would say that going out of your path to reach this restaurant is worth it. The ambiance of the place is really good. It has this homie your alone feeling. It has that chill vibe that goes along with Tagaytay. The food was good and definitely worth the price. The price is around the 200-300 per order. The service is also good and everyone is really nice. Would definitely recommend.

Reservations are needed because they only book 4 tables at the moment for safety protocols. Advanced order is also encouraged. Overall a pleasant experience. We all loved the food.

Awesome Vietnamese restaurant tucked away from the city. Wide range of food choices with some vegetarian option but sadly no vegetarian pho. Maybe can reduce the saltiness of the sauces especially those used in salads/starters. Great ambience, too!

Bawais is one of my favorite places in Tagaytay... Their kind service, their interesting menu. The freshness of their ingredients and most importantly their tasty dishes. Adding to that the well appointed interior decoration with comfortable chairs and no loud music, to ruin your dining experience, are all part of the joy to visit Bawais!

The restaurant had been recommended by an acquaintance and regular guest of the Vietnamese Restaurant. The menu highlights most of the classic food you would expect from a Vietnamese dine-in Restaurant. The owner was on site and took time to greet the customers and spend a few minutes with us and introduce his family. I never visited Vietnam so I brought a friend who lived in Vietnam and he was delighted too. We had the fried rolls, fresh beef rolls, pounded shrimp skewers, beef and pork pho, blue marlin curry, beef stew and beef tenders. It was all delicious. The blue marlin is really excellent, very fragrant, full of delicate spices and beautifully cooked. The atmosphere is great, quiet, naturally fresh in the evening, cosy. Guests are respectful of each other and nobody complains when we need to move the cars around because of limited parking. Employees seem happy. We were served by Roan who has been working there for 8 years. Only disappointment when she introduced the fried rolls as "lumpia". There are definitely more items to try on the menu. May be back sooner!

(Translated by Google) The expectation for Vietnamese food is so high that it seems a little short to give five stars. However, Vietnamese restaurants are not common in this region of Manila. It is not easy to get there because the place is somewhat remote.
