We ordered yesterday, the app was convenient to use and the food was delivered fast, we waited for approximately 30mins. However, the order was incomplete. We did not receive 2 hot fudge sundaes and Oreo Mc Flurry. We informed the delivery man about the missing items and he said he will go back to get it, we waited for hours and called several times to follow up, and we were informed that it will be delivered tomorrow morning. We got 2 hot fudge sundaes just this morning but still lacking Oreo Mc Flurry. What is going on? We understand the current situation we’re facing but that is hard earned money. We paid in full but what did we get? Also, the chicken nuggets were tough and not juicy. Horrible delivery experience! 👎🏻 Edit: they gave the lacking 2 oreo ice cream after 1 day. Still awful experience.

The branch is easy to find just along Silang highway

At the time of our latest visit, the AC could be improved. There was also no potable water that time for some reason of something not working or being repaired...but then they could have provided a water dispenser for the customers...

The food is Always hot to serve. It's yummy

When we arrived there was only one family so there was no cue in the kiosk for ordering. My first time to try McDonald's mix and match touch screen system. Order was prepared quickly also. Staff and crew were diligent enough in sanitizing tables after customers are done. As of May 2022

No brewed coffee early in the morning. Coffee machine brokedown according to Mcdo staff.

Ordered 3 meal of Eggdesal with egg. Paid at the first window. When I recieved my order at the second window, I checked my bag and it was missing hash browns. When I asked for the hash browns they said they were out. Triggered, I questioned them when would it have been appropriate to tell me you were out? I paid full price for 3 meals and the order taker will neglect to tell me they are out of the item that should be in the meal ir offer an alternative item.

No enough space for dine-in and there's a foul smell outside the store, maybe their drainage system.

Food is good. Ambience is peaceful.

Drive thru lane is usually long maybe because the next Mcdo is quite far already.

McDonald's surely has a 5-star rating. but this place disappointed me because I cannot use my mobile data while here. I was going to have a business meeting here but because I can't connect to the internet I have to reschedule my business meeting

a great location to stop when you're on a road trip going to tagaytay... lot's of parking space.. and enjoy the taste of fast food that you're craving for

If you are bound to Tagaytay from North, this is the most ideal McDo you can stopover

It's nice and cozy. We went on early morning stop and already packed with lots of people. Our order took some time to served and mixed up not according to our choices in the electronic ordering.

Place is McDonald fast food Everything you know they have it. Bring extra amount of patience lines are quite long.

Dishes were not bad. However there were few occasions where the dish I want has been out of stock multiple times.

I ordered Quoterpounder with fries for takeout. I did not check the food but i should. The beef patty was dry and hard, definitely was sitting in the holding area after cooking longer than the allowed time. Managers and crews need to be trained to follow the company polices. The fries was cold

Fast serving of foods. Clean branch including the washrooms. Lots of parking. Lots of seats inside. Food is ok. No issue with staffs. Free chicken gravy refill. Along aguinaldo high way.

Nice location but horribly trained staff, went there March 10, 2023 and the staff was super slow and very poorly trained. My fries were not seasoned at all and the large float I got was looking really really sketchy. Clearly not their A team during the time I went thru.

The food is alright. But that time I think the pepper steak is too salty. The service wasn't good too. So slow. And the place is so hot especially the spot near at party area . They're cutting off the usage of Aircon when their store is full of customers.

Pros: ample parking, spacious store. Cons: Service can be really slow during peak hours.

It's around 1230am December 13th, only 3 customers inside. I ordered at drive thru but had to go inside to use restroom. Almost all tables were dirty from previous customers. Not a pleasant place to dine in. So sad.

To share first is I am a senior looking for healthy nutrition at a bargain price.. MacDonald is not the place to save or get nutrition.. burgers are so small now and chicken mcnuggets are to me too dry and lack real chicken taste.. service is Fast like fast food s. Drinks are good.... Did not save money.. guess I am not a MC Donald lover

We always ordered drive thru here. I love their spacious parking. So accessible in and out their store.

There is enough parking space. The restroom is clean. However, the place is rather a small one compared to other branches.

Drive thru is ok

The Drive through was quick and efficient. The Fried Chicken was crispy and juicy. Normally I dont praise MacDonalds but this crew deserve it.

Ordered a pancake meal with sausage and hash brown for take out. When I got home I found out they only gave the pancakes. No hash brown no sausage. Wish there was a negative 5 star rating.
