Confusing instruction, just pointing out, long lines and no parking space

The plain rice they served was not cooked very well, i was not able to eat it well, hope next time they will taste it first to check, its still grainy 😠

Queueing line is slow. Doesn't fit the word "fast" in their fast food. . Edit: add riders for deliveries. Don't be cheap and utilize only two or three motorcycles. Its the new normal. People are into deliveries nowadays.

The manager on duty today, October 6, 2022, around 7pm is rude. Under the name of MC. Also the staffs should be trained more.

The service is very satisfying and the staff are very friendly.

1 hour waiting for the food to be served for take out service..staff is not accommodating.

The parking is MEH but its still like any other Jollibee out there in terms of quality, Just right and tasty food. Speed of service is not very satisfactory in 6 out of 10 times.

Useless delivery services. Food delivery gets cancelled without informing customer. Had successful deliveries but would usually take more than an hour to get delivered (distance from branch to my house is 4km only).

No parking sa area that's why 4 star only, pero when it comes to service very organize naman yun mga crew for dine in and take outs.

Jollibee's food is always good but the staff of Jollibee's Indang is terrible. There are several staff manning the kitchen and counter but it always takes at least 40 minutes for them to serve you your food any time of the day.

NO PARKING. Multiple times got the order wrong, you need to check your order before you leave. Slow service as well. Needs A LOT of Service Improvement.

Very slow customer service. I know that they are trying their best, but still disappointing. I needed to wait for almost 50mins for my chix bucket and pies. Just that, for 50mins! I wasn't even advised that there is a waiting time (maybe for cooking the pie or what not). So ayon. Sana you can improve on this. Kasi food are amazing, laging bagong luto, pero nga kasi, nagaantay ka ng sobrang tagal, so...

Drop off to buy a family meal for lunch.

The store is clean and well sanitize to make sure that the customer is safe😊

It provides two tables outside for restricted costumers.
