The property itself is gorgeous.. The rooms are more than adequate.... The staff is excellent with the exception of the front desk staff... It took 3 requests and 8 hours to get our room cleaned... Front desk didn't even contact housekeeping until they knew we were upset.. When asking for supervisor or owners email was given the email of one of the staff who was a problem.... Absolutely beautiful spot but I cannot recommend it to anyone particularly foreigners due to the incompetence of the front desk staff. Not even as much as an apology

NOT worth it for the price. Honestly, if you were paying ~15CAD, sure, but for the price you could totally find somewhere better. Wifi was shotty at best, food service was kind of slow, rooms had ants and bed was very uncomfortable. Roosters are housed right across the street, so if you cant tune them out, no sleep for you. The staff were also not friendly... no offer to help carry your suitcases up the stairs - no elevator. Also, they CHARGE you for extra towels... i would never go back.

The place have rooms good for 2, 4, and a maximum of 9. They serve budget breakfast and ala carte lunch and dinner. It has a simple but beautiful garden and landscaping. It has an indoor pool, a standard size and a kiddie pool. Rooms are clean and cozy you would want to just lie down there whole afternoon. However, in the older building, ac and tv are old. Shower spacious and clean, it has your shower as well. Staff are friendly and courteous and quick to respond. We are happy to have known this hotel.

+ they have very nice furnitures. - they have weak internet connections on rooms. - far from establishments. - slow service. when we request for something, it takes a long time for them to respond. - their intercom doesn't work. - the staff doesn't smile when serving food.

Would have expected more for the rather high price. The place feels deserted, room quality is not so good and a bit dirty as well. Staff however is extremely nice!

The garden set up in this hotel is well appreciated. However, room facilities were not that good. The staffs were not accommodating and they're unfriendly like as if they're forbidden to talk to guests. Food is considerable as good.

It's a decent hotel. Awkwardly enough, the pool is in the same building as the dining hall and bar, so don't expect to take a dip in peace when a function is ongoing.

2nd time to stay here. Value for money. Comfortable bed. True to its rating.

This place is very nice I remember when the LGU in my municipality make seminar of all members of Pangtawid PAMILYANG PILIPINO PROGRAM I'm the one to choose being a parent leader in my BARANGAY .my experience here 1 week stay there to attend the session.they have allowance and free food.i remember all and the room is very nice and clean.
