I highly advice for tourists and travellers to come here and buy their products. I believe the proceeds from the sales of these products are raised to fund worthy causes. This is run by Catholic nuns.

More accessible and more affordable alternative to getting your Good Shepherd Ube Jam fix from Baguio. This is more accessible if you are in Metro Manila. Ube Jams here are not in glass jars but reusable microwavable tubs. The serving is a lot bigger and the price is more affordable compared to Good Shepherd Baguio. The ube jam from Good Shepherd Baguio is sweeter and creamier but I tend to prefer Bahay Pastulan's ube jam better for its smoother taste and texture and lesser "umay" effect. You might want to try their Ube Dimples as well. Its their version of ube pastillas. There is ample parking space. Best to have waze or google maps guide you when going there as the signage along the road isn't really that visible especially if you are coming from Sta. Rosa going up to Tagaytay.

My family and I just came from a visit from this pasalubong shop. I personally did not know that aside from ube jam and other delicacies, you can also grab a quick bite from one of their stores. I highly recommend that you go grab a bite of their fried lumpiang ubod and their ube-langka turon. It is affordable and very delicious. Ube jam 550 grams sells for 170.00 900 grams for 230.00 *I forgot to take photos Check photos for the prices of their quick bite. My godfather recommends to try their chicken arroz caldo.

Nice place to drop by. My favourite place to eat lugaw and turon combination. Fast and freshly cooked food/meryenda. They have souvenir or take away food too.

Buko pie had lots of buko compared to others in Tagaytay! Ube Jam is simply the best! I like it better than the Baguio as it seems to have less milk or cream. Sampaloc Candy is wrapped differently - sea salt crystals are separate. Suman is not cooked all the way so you can "heat" in the microwave from 1 to 2 minutes before eating - a tinge of sweetness makes it complete but you can also add their Coco Jam over the Suman. So many more "pasalubong" and other merienda meals (go up the ramp for these)!!! I just find I need to keep on coming back!

I always drop by this place to buy ube jam. I believe they are from the same set of nuns as Good Shepherd in Baguio so they share recipes at the very least! There are other items for sale like macapuno, ube balls, buko pie and fresh veggies. My only advise here is to be careful going in and out of the place because it's in a blind corner and vehicles coming from Sta. Rosa and heading to Tagaytay are usually speeding as they ascend this sharp curve.

The place is okay. I was able to buy what I wanted. The Ube Jam and Ube dimples. Ube jam is not in a bottle as those in Good Shepherd Baguio. it's in a microwaveable container. It's better to buy the bigger container. The taste is similar to be fair. Ube dimples are similar to pastillas, but it's less sweeter. I didn't like this batch very much because the flavor of purple yam is much lesser.... it was really faint, unlike the ones I used to buy from here. Over-all, still quite nice.

Loved their fresh guyabano juice, all time fave ube yam and maka nata.. Though takes time to wait to serve but worth it.

Unfortunately the place is closed on weekends. There are pasalubong for sale at the parking lot from workers. The goodies are affordable and fresh. I love their Ube Halaya and the chicos we're cheap.

We came here specifically to buy pasalubong. Their take home outlet is by the parking lot which is a good strategy since some come by just to buy pasalubong and not eat at the restaurant. I ordered "ube jam" which has the same recipe as the famous "Good Shepherd" version in Baguio. And then I bought other stuff like crispy pusit and Suman. The Suman is really good. It has a unique taste and the aroma is just so inviting. The experience of buying here instead of at their convent would've been perfect were it not for the "cross" cashier. Ate cashier could be and should be friendlier and more patient with buyers.

Cool place where you can eat very affordable yet good lugaw and goto and buy ultra yummy ube jam that is a lot cheaper than its counterpart in Baguio branch.

We went there last weekend and found that you no longer need to climb up the stairs to the store. It's now in the parking lot and I guess it will stay there while the pandemic's still here. We were there in the afternoon and only a handful of people were around. Lengua de gato, ube jam, alfajor, and gourmet tuyo still taste amazing.

👍 Unlike other buko pie I've tasted this has more coconut fillings. I like the consistency of their buko pie compare to other buko pie in the market that's too dry. You will enjoy it since it has the right sweetness.

👍👍 Great place to dine, it is not along the high way or the usual overlooking spot in Tagaytay but the place is relaxing. They have long queue for big groups, luckily we are only two so we didn’t have to wait. Their hothouse crispy cauliflower is a must try!
