I love the coffee, it is so far the best coffee americano I had. I paired it with their famous buko pie. Place is instagrammable and they actually have “kubos” or huts if you want a separate place to eat. on the side they have pasalubong or goodies that you can bring home. while coffee is great, our order took a long time in preparation. they told us it is because there are a lot of customers. maybe because great coffee really takes time preparing. i was happy instead of upset when i tasted the coffee. it is worth the wait. we were supposed to order for dinner but was worried it will take longer to prepare just like the coffee so we decided not to. if you are a little bit impatient like me, you can listen to the live band. staff are friendly and courteous. they have a little place for parking, i think around 10 cars can be accommodated. the only thing i can suggest is to improve their restroom, put some tissue and fix the lock. but overall, this is a great place to have coffee and chill with family and friends when you happen to visit tagaytay.

The family went to tagaytay and decided to try this resto. I liked their Buco pie very much paired with their brewed coffee. We also ordered Sinigang na baboy, Inihaw na tilapia, ang Tawilis for dinner. Typical taste for the food. But what I liked was that the staff members were very accommodating to our needs. The place is well made with several instagramable spots within the premises. They also have a separate store for your pasalubong needs. It's a good place to hang out to eat with family and friends.

The tarts from Loumars are delightful. There are plenty of parking spaces, although they can be filled easily when there are many customers.

Such a great store for pasalubong coming from tagaytay and their famous buko pie is a must try dessert. It has a nice ambiance if you're going to dine in to them.

knew Loumars restaurant bcoz of google reviews and the place is tempting from afar because of its big signage 😅 we drove and pickup our order for lunch and decided to come back for coffee time to feel the place. lunch - we loved their pork sisig, relyeno and bulalo soup (but meat is not enough for fam 😋). coffee time - tried iced cafe latte, white mocha/java chip frappe, hot cappuccino and all are GOOD 💯 (took home another pork sisig because we loved it!) this place is worth visiting when you are in Tagaytay! and there’s a lot of instagrammable spots, even their restroom.😅 will surely come back for the food and its interiors!👌

Well this resto is like a gem hidden in plain sight... 😁 Its located near the main road, doesnt look that much from the outside but the inside theme is superb! ... I really like the vibe and ambience of this place... Food is great as well, prices are reasonable also... Highly recommended!

Didn't eat here but their Pasalubong gift shop is the bomb. Everything you want to bring home those gifts for your loved ones.

'Couldn't think of a reason why we never dropped by before. But really glad we did this time! The place is positively instagrammable! Service crew are a delight, always with a ready smile and very accommodating. 🙂 Food we ordered was just ok and quite within budget. Sinigang na hipon was really sour which I liked but the shrimp had seen better days, not quite fresh.. Buffalo wings saved dinner for me. Tasty, spicy and crunchy!

I’ll divide the review in 3 parts—Food, Service and Ambiance. 1. The food has good serving for it’s price. The price is quite reasonable too, not too expensive and not too cheap. However, there’s really nothing that stands out with their menu than the other restaurants. In terms of taste, it was actually good for the price. We ordered sinigang na bulalo, chopseuy, platter of rice and nachos for appetizer. Amongst all, the nachos was the most unappealing, and “not worth” the price. It is good, but I wonder if it’s really good considering they told us they ordered it from the across the road restaurant because they theirs ran out. But in any case, is the food recommendable? 50/50. You can surely check out better restaurants with the same price range. 2. The service, was, for the lack of word, I’d say is lousy. It took almost 15 minutes before we got seated and it’s not a full house, there were plenty of available seats but we aren’t really being accommodated by the staff. It is also understandable that there is a waiting time for food to be served, what was very surprising was that despite not being a full house, the serving time is an hour. The appetizer, which is typically what should be served first, being the appetizer it is, arrived last amongst the food we ordered. An improvement in service would really improve their chances of being recommended. 3. The ambiance is really catchy. It’s aesthetically pleasing and surprisingly it is quiet. If you’re looking for aesthetically pleasing restaurant then this is definitely one of it. The greenery is actually refreshing to the eye. It doesn’t have an overlooking view like the ones you’d go for but it compensates with the overall vibe it has. Overall, it’s a 3/5 stars for me. Wouldn’t really go for another visit unless I have no other option. Would I recommend? 50/50.

Drinks and pastries were so-so. Not bad but also nothing that makes it stand out from other restaurants. Prices were cheap. What makes this place stand out instead is the location and ambiance. You can opt for individual huts if you are in a group, makes for a great casual hangout spot late at night.

We went at LouMar’s to have coffee and to buy tarts. The place is really nice and clean, not too busy compared to other restaurants. We were assisted by their manager who heard that we’re there for coffee so she suggested that we transfer across the road which is also theirs. Their coffee is just okay, but their classic Sansrival cake is really good. We just felt they were short staffed since it took time for our order to be served and we waited a couple of minutes to buy pasalubong at their store.

Everything is great! Food, ambiance, staff. Though the food is great, the soup isnt hot enough para sa coldness ng place.

Food served fast, still hot with large servings. Value for money. Every ulam can be shared with 3 to 4 persons. The place is open and has a refreshing ambiance.

Food tastes good with fair portions. They have this group meal set that changes based on the number of people and the viands and inclusions. The ambience of the place is very nice and has a lot of tables that I think can accommodate more people during peak time. The only downside of this is that on the cabanas where we stayed, there are a lot of mosquitoes and they didn't provide us with electric fan. As per the server it is not available. The place is overlooking the view of taal and there are so many instagramable spots where you can take your pictures. I love that their design is very close to nature with live animals such as fish and turtles. The parking is wide and somebody is also assisting outside whenever you need help. The overall experience is pretty decent. If you are looking for a place that can accommodate your family on a weekend getaway at tagaytay. This place is recommendable.

Non toxic since it was weekday when we visit the resto. Nice ambiance, so relaxing. Good food & helpful staff. Mommy loves their bulalo & balik daw kami. Wrong timing it was showering. Forgot the name of the crew who assisted us riding the car since we don't have umbrella. Kudos to you guys. Keep it up.

They have a store for your Buko Pie and pasalubong on the way back to Manila. This is a very convenient place to get your supplies. Place is visible, well lit with adequate parking. You can avoid the traffic and crowd on other similar places near the rotonda so this is more hassle-free if you are in a hurry.

Amidst Tagaytay’s cool weather is an inviting and warm place perfect for family gatherings. Their courteous staff serve hearty ‘lutong bahay’ meals, which are not only delicious but reasonably priced. Every corner has its own special nook that would make every guests feel homey and relaxed. You cannot go home without visiting their Pasalubong store for varieties of Filipino delicacies. Indeed, one of the best places to satisfy your hunger while in Tagaytay.

After Bearseum, we dropped by at adjacent Loumar's Cafe and Restaurant. It had a welcoming larger than life teddy bear at the waiting area and it felt very much welcoming. Food is good for sharing (2-3 people). Staff is friendly. The place is very spacious with individual nooks for privacy. Price is comparable with other family restaurants. Overall it was a pleasant eating experience. Try their Sylvannas when you come and eat. They're good.

Loumars was just known only for Pasalubong Center because their bestsellers buko pie and buko tarts. We were just about to buy them but we ended up taking our meals as they have added a restaurant located downslope with a view of a pineapple plantation and the feel of the cool breeze of Tagaytay. The food was great with the common orders like bulalo, bagnet kare kare and crispy tawilis. Though they dont serve service water so you have to bring your own. Probably due to scarcity of supply in their area. But i still recommend for family stopover as there is ample parking.

Not our first time there but its always a delight to dine. Good food, wide variety of choices, generous servings...

From the outside it just look like a place to buy knick knacks and pasalubong stepping into opens a fantastic place that people can sit on and hang out with friends and family. They have individual shacks or Kubo which is a perfect solution for the period we are in now. They serve breakfast and complete meals. So if you're looking for alternatives and want to avoid the traffic along main Tagaytay road, get out of your car and step in. You'll be amazed.
