The Best Filipino Resto So Far.

One of the worst service experiences we ever had. It was the night of Dec 23, 2022, around 21:00. The waiter who served our table was rude, and almost sarcastic when we asked him questions. They were not attentive, served the wrong dishes, and took forever to come to our table despite our hands being suspended in the air for minutes. Overall, I would rate it as Never Coming Back/5.

good location at Solenad 2. wide frontage. accommodating to lend some chairs in their a fresco area even to non-guests

I just came back from overseas and while Im having my vacation, I will always drop by and dine in with Gerry's Grill. What I like about their food, is the consistency with the recipe.

very disappointed with the only reason i went here... the sisig... this was their best dish when we used to go here... how times have changed... giving it another star because of the service but 2 stars was the highest i can give this spot... had to down it with several san mig lights...

Ate here for lunch. Their fried chicken has a foul odor one of the staff approached us telling it was their breading but we know it's the chicken itself thet reeks. We will never dine here again!!!

Food is good and serving portions are big! Value for money!

I like their tuna kinilaw! I could eat this every dinner. The grilled squid was also tender and juicy. Beer menu was good, good, but it wasn't that ice cold when served. They also sell you cashew nuts at Php200++ per pack to add to your nightly 'pulutan'! Table service was sloppy, I mean really. I think they should retrain their staff to improve the dining experience of their customers. From missed orders, to serving the wrong beverage, and the place was not even full on a week night. 😑

Food, service, and the place is good. I love the food it's very Filipino and it feels like eating home cooked meals.

Good food and accomodating staffs

Food as usual is great BUT the service is really bad. We had to cancel some of our orders because it took so long. I think they were understaffed in the front and back of the house. We had to cancel one of our sisig because we were already half way through our meal and they haven't brought it out yet. We had to ask 3 times for our dessert but still, they brought just two instead of the three that we ordered. So we ended up canceling them. We even got water ourselves from the bar because we can't get a hold of a staff, TWICE.

A great place to drink and chill.

The customer service was really bad. My mom and brother had to wait for a long time without any help. One staff member completely ignored them and acted like they weren't there. Treating customers like that is not okay. I won't go back to this branch again!!

Filipino food with home-cooked feels to it. Prices are just right. Servings are good for 1-2 pax. Adobo rice is spot-on, pork sisig may be plain and needs more seasoning for some,beef caldereta taste superb. Place is somehow dark and needs more lighting to make it feel inviting.

Used to have good service but just experienced the longest and most unsatisfactory service today out of all the times we ate there. Service took too long and didn’t pay attention to our request. (Ex: serve halo halo first, then the other desserts.)

The service is so slow, the staffs are not doing their best doing their job, and we waited for 1 and half hour just for the smallest desert in the whole galaxy

The service was very slow. The taste of the foods did not commensurate with the money we paid. If you're planning to spend your "cheat day" one weekend and want to indulge for a lechong kawali and you want it crispy, this is definitely not the place to go around if you don't want to ruin your day. Ours was served way too far below our expectations, despite the fact that I emphasized my preference by telling them that I want it crispy.

I ordered thru Grab nilagang bulalo 50 mins ago. IT WAS SO SALTY. Its like we are eating, water with salt. Tell your chef about it!😡

The sinigang na baboy and sisig with egg was ok. But when I asked for hot sauce the waiter gave me an empty bottle. What was I suppose to do with it? Overall poor service 😠😠😠

Service is good. I recommend the sisig without egg.

Food tastes really good especially the beef caldereta and the vegetarian pakbet. However the cleanliness of the restaurant especially the restrooms need improvement. We also saw a cockroache roaming inside the restaurant.

My Children love the watermelon and cucumber drink, a very good alternative to most common soft drinks and ice tea. Though this is not a Chinese restsurant nevertheless I enjoyed the chop suey and oh! the bulalo is great!

They are understaffed and everything took forever. I should have eaten elsewhere. With the money I paid, I would have enjoyed a tastier meal with better service at a different restaurant.
