If you are looking for a place where you can experience a restful getaway, far from the hustle and bustle of the cities, then this is a perfect spot for you. We were welcomed by a spectacular view by the lobby with a very accommodating receptionist. We booked one of the rooms with a sea view. Room facilities may be not as complete as anyone probably has experienced in most five star hotels (no ironing board and iron) but it is compensated by the serenity of the entire place. The beach at Terrazas de Punta Fuego is the highlight of our stay. It is private enough for you to spend some quality time with your loved ones. Impeccable service. We were able to experience excellent service from the San Diego Restaurant where the staff would voluntarily assist you when you needed help (we brought our baby with us and the staff were quick to help even before we asked for one). There's this staff named Paulene at the restaurant who was the most helpful of all. She assisted me and my wife even if we didn't ask for it. Our daughter loved her as well. Thanks to her : ) There's definitely a big room for improvement when it comes to room service. It took them a while to respond to our requests when we asked for help with regards to room facilities. It took them almost two hours to give us a fresh set of towels when we requested for one. On our third day we asked for an iron and ironing board but we needed to follow up four times (30 minutes to one hour intervals) before they sent us one. Not a biggie, but for an exclusive resort like them, this is quite a bummer. In general, it was a memorable stay for our family. And we'll definitely come back... more likely at the Terrazas.

Not exactly an alternative to Balesin, but i think is good for a quick getaway. No need to ride a place just drive over there. Room was big, but kind of dated. two double beds and a day bed fit my fam just right. Bed comfort is a 3 out of 5. basics are there complimentary tea, coffee, water and toiletries. Snack bar. TV recepiton was okay. Bathroom sink was clogged at first but they fixed it asap. Water heater was too hot even though lever was in the middle. Food There's 2 restos and 2 bars within the oroper. Pirces are on the a lil bit more expensive side, ala Friday's. Taste was okay. Dinner Buffet choisces were fee. Breakfast buffet was okay. Coffee was good. Pizza 4 out of 5. Front desk efficient. check-in was fast we came 1pm our room was ready. staff oriented and answered our questions promotly and politely Safety Hotel in an exclusive Village was exceptional. Crowd no crowd at all. it's far from the busy areas of Nasubgu and we loved how peaceful it is there.

The place is so peaceful , so serene. Maybe because few guests are allowed to booked in the place due to pandemic restrictions. But i assure everyone that this place is really such a safe place to be. Food are superb. Villas are well-cleaned . 😘😊❀️ they have double infinity pool on their main resort. They also have a long beach with another big cozy pool on the said beach area , you just need to go on a drive to reach the long beach area. And also to see a good sunset , you need to drive on the fuego(fire) area with cliffs and nature on it. It was a Great experienced we had there. Swab test was a requirement . You can have it on place before checking in. πŸ₯°β€οΈπŸ˜˜

Been coming here for several years and always loved it however on my last 2 visits -- yearly interval the resorts seems to not improve at all The room we got this time was very dusty/ modly we had allergy the entire time of our stay. Cabinests were dust pits including headboards. The aircon has a loud banging sound and we barely slept thru the noise. For $200 / night this weekend the room is very subpar and need updating The beach is not maintained there were trash everywhere. On the positive note the resprt offers nice views of the ocean and staff are very friendly . But not sure if I'll come back.

We stayed in May for company event and I was disappointed. First, the room was not squeaky clean. The toilet was not even clean at all. There were even urine marks in the toilet seat. The sheets looked like not freshly-changed. The food for lunch and dinner was also horrible. Only the breakfast buffet was good.

It was calm and nice place and thumbs up for snorkeling. I don’t want to come out from the water cause so many beautiful fishes under the sea. Resort staffs are friendly.

We had our wedding here in 2017. The staff was very accommodating. We had about 200 guests. The wedding was above the beach with a great view. The reception was below on the sand later. We had a sit down European style dinner and late lechon. There was fireworks, DJ, VJ , live band, several bars setup. Everything. It's a little out of the way to get to but once there you can relax. There are several different buildings and pools to enjoy. The main clubhouse has a large restaurant, bar and game room. There's a nice marina as well as a golf course. Holiday times, the trees and houses are all decorated. The one thing I found unusual was a list of the members delinquent in their accounts. It is posted by the reception for all to see with the amount past due next to the name. The membership is a mix of Asian and European.

The view and peaceful vibe was not bad and the staff were really friendly. BUT, everything was just WAY overpriced. The money we paid for our rooms, and everything else, was just not worth the value. Also, the food was really bad. Bland. You'd expect to have high quality food especially for the prices but you'd be better off eating at a carinderia. We went to the resto in our first night to eat dinner and we had to wait for MORE THAN AN HOUR AND A HALF for our food to arrive and then they arrived cold. The place was not really that properly maintained as well. Outdated. Overall, I still enjoyed the trip BECAUSE of the view and the people I was with. Would I recommend it though? DEFINITELY NOT. (Maybe unless you're a homeowner and not a guest.)

Our staycations in Club Punta Fuego have always been exceptional. You can expect superior customer service (special mention to Alex and the FMD Team)., first-class and picturesque amenities. Tranquility and peace of mind will definitely be achieved even before check out. I will always go back. Looking forward to my next visit.

Great place for a quick getaway from manila (about 2-3 hours away). Service has been great from the moment they check-in on you after you get to your room, to even giving a discount on our second night. Their food was also great and reasonably priced. Definitely gonna be a staple and will come back!

Stayed only for an overnight. Family stay. Not ideal when you have a elderly in your group and your room location is an uphill walk to the main clubhouse. They have a golf cart tho' to ferry those with challenges. Elevator from the front desk to the restaurant is out of order at that time. But service is superb; they even called me after we checked out coz we accidentally left an item inside the room. Also enjoyed my time at the Ylang-Ylang Spa.

It's an amazing place to spend time with your loved ones at. The shuttle service to get around is there so you wouldn't have to worry that you don't drive your car around. The houses are amazing. It gives you that feeling of privacy. The landscapes are awesome. You'll appreciate Batangas specifically Nasugbu more because of the views from everywhere in Punta Fuego. It has a rich history too. You'll see that in Fuego point. Also, nearby islands are everywhere Beautiful scenery and a lot of activities to keep you busy. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway or celebrating a special occasion..

Good vacation for family. Restaurant foods are good. Their pool view is beautiful, but their pool not really safe when you want to get out of it, especially edges of the pool are slippy and sharp, that easy to get injured.

Nice place and well maintained, Casitas we had is spacious for 4 persons. Food is great especially the pasta and pizza at il jardinero, food at main clubhouse resto is tasty as well during lunch and dinner. Breakfast however can improve. Best time for us to go to the beach is morning until early afternoon when tide is high, bring your snorkel as there are fishes nearby. Kids had a good time, enjoyed our quick trip over the weekend.

Pleasant stay. Friendly staff. Complete amenities. Our villas have a beautiful view of the ocean. Food was good. The bar's house drink is an original creation called "Lando's Pink".

just a 2.5 hr drive from manila via kaybiang tunnel, well-planned facilities with spacious casitas but needs to be updated/renovated and improve on ensuring that rooms and bathrooms are clean. large infinity pools with perfect sunset spots. beach part also need a bit of a clean up. very courteous and accommodating staff.

My family and I had an amazing time and the staff were amazing, especially a shout-out to Alex who took care of everything for us. Views are what most people could only possibly dream of. The only down side is we had to leave, enough activities for the whole family for a whole week.

Dangerous wet slippery floor in the room. The air-conditioning did not work but got fixed pretty fast. Only beach towels in the room and no bathroom towels. The resort are old so properly was 5 star at some point but now it does not deserve that. The area is quiet and not much to see if you want to walk around. The water at the beach (need shuttlebus) was brown so no visibility if you want to snorkel. The swimmingpool at the hotel was nice, staff is nice and the food is good.

Very private and you will feel the exclusivity. Tho some facilities need to be updated. Over all its a good experience for people and families who prefers privacy and solitude.

We got a free upgrade to stay at the Casitas area which we really appreciated. Main bedroom area is a bit dated if compared to more modern resort rooms but happy to report that their pillows and mattresses are comfy. The bathroom looks newly renovated as this one has a more modern vibe. Staff were very kind and courteous. We had a problem with aircon during Day 1 then internet connection during Day 2 -- both problems were immediately addressed by their front desk as they sent someone to help us out. Infinity pool has a very nice view of the sea although no heater available so the water was really cold during the rainy days of our stay. If you want to go to the main beach, you need a shuttle to get there and the hotel provides this for free. There are tons of water activities to choose from as well. All in all, highly recommend this place whether for couples or families.

If you check in at casitas you need to use the free shuttle service to go to long Beach then you can also go to terrazzos punta fuego beach for free you need to use your own vehicles finer sands. If you have money to spend its oks. But if you're on a budget better go to pico de loro, munting buhangin or canyon cove.

Haven’t explored that much. As a guest, limited things to do other the beach. The view and the feel of the sea is great. Wish the staff could’ve explained the place more and do some guided your.

Bit pricey but its ok...they have alot of pools to choose from. Beach was as calm as the pool, not much waves. Water is clear, you can even see some fishes swimming around your feet. No rocks or what so ever...clean!!! Room floors started to produce moisture and became wet. They asked us to keep the veranda close to avoid moisture. Dont forget your mosquito repellant. Outside of rooms have mosquitoes. Overall, our family enjoyed our stay! :)

Location really nice , rooms look at bit dated and tired and the AC is noisy. THE most disappointing is the food and F&B , very sad choice for food in the buffet, food coming from the kitchen cold and not cooked.. baring the F& B all is ok

  • 5/5 Krisanto Karlo N. 2 years ago on Google
The food was OK. The sun was scorching hot so I didn't get the chance to swim. The rooms were adequately furnished, and the view of the sea, spectacular.

Nice and quite, decorations are a bit dated. Convenient access to the beach, nice infinity pool, fast covid test service in house, excellent food and fast service. One hiccup, during the brief brownout, the room did not automatically switch back to normal power when the brownout ended. We ended up spending the whole night without knowing electricity was back!!! Anyway, the great and cool breeze from the sea more than compensated for the lack of an aircon for the night.

Beautiful place to spend a weekend by the beach . The snorkeling is amazing with lots of colorful fish and giant clams. Its exclusive for club members and hotel guests only so its quiet, relaxing and very clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Place is almost great except for the lack of good healthy food options. I really hope they can make food better here.

😠 AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE Here are the huge red flags: 1. Front desk was manned by a bunch of inexperienced employees who seem to lack any real training and knowledge about their job.
