got the 2bedroom suite for 5200 for for 5pax (w/ free breakfast for 2pax) via agoda. unit has its own kitchen with pots/pans/plates utensils provided, 2 balconies and 2 beds (queen/king). 1 bathroom that connects to the smaller bedroom and living room. spacious and clean. easy to call reception via intercom. fast action for addtl requests (towels, etc). has 2 tvs with cignal cable. worth the price. will definitely comeback. only con is the roadside parking (no dedicated parking space for unit guests so better reserve your slot early). also, u might encounter some traffic near the main gate as there are a few cafes within crosswinds itself (napa, ruined project etc), come early to avoid the crowd.

I didn’t know there’s a place like this in Tagaytay. We stayed here for a night, and it was beautiful. Baguio feels cos of the pine trees lining the steep grounds. Room was okay, though we shouldve booked one with a balcony to better appreciate the ambience. All in all a perfect place to stay in Tagaytay with family, friends or loved one.

The whole place is nice and breezy, however, the services we got was not as good. Stayed for 3 nights. Room was not so clean and not complete. Unexpected from the expensive room rate. Traffic inside the vicinity was affecting hotel guests as well. On the other hand, a good ambience and place to take pictures.

The good - hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The property is nice and secluded, private and entrance guarded from outsiders. Green spaces. Walking around will definitely give you the exercise you didn't think you needed. The coffee shop and restaurants seem nice but can get busy at times. Wifi in the room was stable and the TV had channels to sift through (we couldn't get Netflix to work tho). The bad - the hotel itself seemed unkempt. The rooms don't feel too clean. The bathroom didn't feel that clean either. There's a smell emanating from the kitchen (sink). The building itself is somewhat falling apart. There was a leak in our room since it was raining when we checked in. It's too bad that property maintenance is not a priority to the operators. I wouldn't totally write it off esp if you can find an amazing discount or deal to stay a night or two. Or better yet just do a day trip, visit the area and check out the food places and be on your merry way.

Crosswinds Resort Suites offers a delightful retreat with beautiful surroundings, excellent amenities, and attentive staff. Highly recommended for relaxation.

Very disappointing experience. Dirty Room - Upon checking in the hotel, had to have the bed sheets changed as it looked like someone wiped their dirty feet in the middle of the bed. Disgusting. Moved to the sofa to sleep while they changed the sheets but had to wipe crumbs off it as it was also very dirty. Poor internet service - Wifi was broken from evening to morning. Courteous Staff - friendly and accommodating enough, good job there. Extremely poor value for money - Paid 1.2k for breakfast upon booking but found out when we got onsite was only 400 pesos (and tasted like 50 pesos). Paid 23k overnight for 2 1-bedroom rooms that was dirty and smelled old and moldy. Good for a day trip only for the scenery. Hotel facilities and food quality is really bad. Avoid like the plague.

Thumbs down for the service in the conference hall. Crosswinds resort is not for good for conference/seminar because their chef doesn't know how to cook properly. Even the chef's discretion menu are repetitive.

We stayed for a night and it was great! If you are looking for a peaceful environment, come and check in here. The place was surrounded by greens and nature March is still chilly in Tagaytay, we didn't get to use the AC because of the cold. The staff were courteous and nice, there was a kitchen and utensils you can use, you can cook, the room has a working ref and microwave and a gas range. It was decent, I just don't know how much per night because I got a voucher for it. Parking was the only challenge as you can only park on the sidewalk, you are unlucky if its peak season. The food was from Project Ruined, I believe, because a friend who works at Napa said they are the 2 caterers there. And hey, its delicious!

Somewhat good, Lack of water heater in the pool and in THE BATHROOM. I was freezing and shaking intensely I couldn't even get out of the bathroom without shaking I got traumatized of the sheer freezing temperatures of the waters They had air-conditioned rooms but it's heat that I needed

The cool atmosphere makes you want to stay more. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. Just be mindful that the price is a little bit upscale but overall its all good.

Giving 4 stars for early check-in without extra pay, friendly and nice staff and lobby guards both buildings, and the scenic view on the rooms. Room with kitchen, bath utilities, towels, free water bottles and face mask. The place is secured from entrance and its okay to order via food panda and local landline which is convinient since there's no store near the village. The hotel was old and not maintained you'll see rust and worn out parts. The room is also not maintained and since my uncle is a hotel manager he noticed dirty bed, glasses and utensils etc. I enjoyed the pool and view the most (pictures here)

Excellent hotel. Great service. Incredible views. Lots of amenities. Immaculate rooms. Weather was cool and perfect. Breakfast was good. So why only 4 stars? If you want to walk, the hills are incredibly steep so either you have to be fit or very very willing... Or just have another mode of transport. If not, you may feel a little trapped. Getting around the grounds can be discouraging since there is a lot to cover with absolutely no level ground We stayed at a one room suite which was very nice. In all, this place is actually wonderful. I'm just not for enough for the landscape.

if you want yourself isolated , detached from your phone and Wi-Fi. This place is for you. Convenience store and fast-food restaurant are outside the village. The room do not have phone (intercom not working) Food, you can order by going to the lobby, seek guard's assistance , expect 1 hour to have it delivered. rating the place - five is the highest, 0 lowest (4 ) Good place to escape the city (4) good place for selfie , prenup and groufie (3) Pricey, look for good offers in Agoda (0) WIFI (0) phone signal (4) friendly staff (3) cleanliness (needs improvement) (2) access to food and restau best time to stay, December until March (temp drops to 20 degrees)

Two new coffee shops opened - with no parking spaces! People are parking on the streets and causing so much traffic. Why can't the developers be more responsible? And held responsible?
