This hospital needs to evaluate its staff badly! Anong klaseng hiring team maghahire ng ganitong mga tao? Seriously ZERO professionalism. I would even rate 0 star here if possible. VERY POOR Customer Service. Was looking for a doctor while I was admitted in the ER but the lady in blue gave me my bill instead. They would even ask you if you could pay their fee before accepting you. It's a horror story going all through these. I hope the management would do something about this. Ang sagwa talaga ng serbisyo!

I have to leave a review to warn all serious patients who want to get their loved ones treated. Transfer immediately. Dishonest doctor said they have all the equipments to treat the patient when I pressed for an answer on next step. What HE said is not true and if we stayed could’ve endangered the patient’s life to death (I am not exaggerating). This doctor only wants to make money and even BLAMED THE PATIENT for his mistakes and lack of proper protocol. Please do yourself a favor and GET OUT OF HERE.

I have nothing say about the Hospital (I mean the physical hospital) but one thing is for sure they have the worst and meanest ER Night team! Nurses and doctors don't know what is the word Customer Service the hospital maybe gr8 but not their staff specifically their nurses! Pinag papa Sa Diyos ko nalng po ang ugali NG MGA Tao Doon I don't have bad intention sa comment na to but other people deserves to know how bad the service! Worst hospital I visited. 1. Their triaging is not intruitive. It's on the other side of the main entrance with no signs or directions, information desk do not know what their doing. Nurse will blame you because you miss the triage process 2. Asked for the availabilty of the doctor, was told 8am-12pm. Went around 7:20am to avoid HMO processing lines. And voila the doctor schedule is 10am. Staff lack professional ethics.

I don't like the fact that you have to pay for 10-15k per day for the isolation room after you get a swab test. That price is too absurd. Also the nurse who removed the IV of my son is too clumsy that's why my son's blood spill on the floor. Really a bad service.

Not accomodating. I came to ER at 5am in the morning. They said they will run some laboratory tests which are urinalysis, xray, and blood exams. My urine sample was collected maybe 30 mins after I pee. Then the x-ray was test 7:30am and the blood examination was extracted at 8:30am. All of this tests were done in great gaps. After all of those tests, no doctor has ever checked me. Whenever I ask the nurses for follow up of the results, they show that they are irritated and will just say wait for the result. The result was out at almost 11am and I never met the doctor nor been checked by him/her. I understand the pandemic but is that a reason? They are not busy as I stare at them. Why do we go to Hospital? Patients need help and attention. But this hospital was the worst Hospital I've ever been. They don't deserve a single star.

Worst hospital we got admitted. They placed my wife on a big room along with other patients with only curtains devides the bed from other patients. No decent chair were the guardian can wait. During the procedure were they need to take blood samples from my wife is beyond worst, the doctor/nurse that took the sample is like newbie doesnt even know how to do it. He also just let my wife's blood spill like fountain. That was the bloodiest CBC procedure ive seen. They just let the blood spill and scatter on the floor and bed and leave. Doctor also is way to lazy that they just hand you over the medicine without any simple description what does it do to patients. One more thing, the bed is dirty no pillows or blanket. Next thing you know is you'll have sky rocket high bill. So if you got ever sick, DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL, THEY ARE WORST. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.

"Palakasan system". Im filling up admission form and before i finish, the allocated room for my emergency patient suddenly no longer available. This COVID 19 pandemic, their price even ramp to sky high (×4 of their normal pricing). Also the fact you need to pay for swab test before you can be admitted.

Never enter this hospital if you want your love one to live. They tend not to do everything due to lack of equipment. If there is a 0 it will zero. Worst Hospital

Very poor ER services. The quality is not even worth of the ER fee. - No tissue supply at the comfort room - No blanket at the Isolation room - Didn't change the bed covers before accepting new patient (the hair fall from the previous patient was still seen at the top of the bed)

Very expensive. Lab tests, xrays, etc are 3 times more expensive. Medical certificate for surgery is already 1200 pesos? Can'n recommend.

Horrible hospital, malpractice from the staff and the doctors. Unqualified, incompetent, and disrespectful. Nearly lost a loved one because the doctor lied about his position and overlooked crucial details. Avoid this hospital.

They give schedule for the availability of the Doctor. And wait for more than hour because of the availability then waiting for more than 3 hours just to call my name. First timer and Im a bit dissapointed.

One of the worst institution or hospital I've seen. The laboratory in this hospital is not trustworthy because their procedures, based on my experience when I submitted a specimen, were incorrect. Their laboratory partner was the one supposed to perform the laboratory procedure, but I found out that they forwarded a different type of procedure. The laboratory in this hospital cannot be trusted.

I hope the hospital takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their processes to ensure a more efficient and considerate experience for all patients. Its better to go to Qualimed Sta Rosa, very professional and don’t have to wait for the long queue….
