I actually like their version of fried chicken with a side of rice and gravy. The fries remain the same goodness. Um, I believe it was better tasting than the Jollybees nearest the domestic departures airport across the street. One thing to say, Jollybees stop using old oil to fry the chicken.. it's horrible after taste. As always keep exploring foodies...wherever your travels take U.

Perfect drive thru in Tagaytay to get some quick snacks!

Very disappointing drive thru (tagaytay-nasugbu road branch, adjascent to Casino Filipino) service. Placed an order confirmed by cashier, confirmed on screen, made payment..upon picking up order, was informed they were out of supply for the order placed. Please be considerate of the time it took and the patience given to line up at the drive thru. I had to ask for refund instead after being 6th in line. Please take time to coordinate your team. I believe McDonald's is one of the "TOP" "FAST"food chain, and drive thru's invented for faster (but still accurate) transaction kindly keep up with your category and purpose.

Poor service performance as far as order completeness and correctness. I have experienced several times that my order is either incomplete or I was given the wrong product during drive through or order delivery. Several times I have complained to McDonald’s customer hotline about this store’s performance.

So its my pups 2nd birthday today so I ordered Mcdo Party Box earlier today around 8:30 AM thru McDo App (in PH) and paid thru GCash. I set to be delivered by 3pm today, however I still haven’t heard from the team who handled my orders. I just received an email confirmation of my order and payment, though. I am really disappointed and aggravated because I did not expect this to happen, on this day! I tried having a chat thru live agent but no response on the other end too, hope this will be fix. Poor customer service especially on drive thru. We have to wait for how many minutes just for 7 pcs sandwich egg desal.

One of the good stop over before going to Batangas. I would recommend to just go inside rather than drive thru especially during weekends, wherein you will wait for too long to get to the counter and for you to get your food. We answered a survey here wayback 2017, and the manger gave us 2 free sundae.

Just attended a birthday party. Service is good but it will be better if McDonalds prioritizes on having bigger space for their party events.

Prolly one of the best mcdo branches I've been too. The service crew were so friendly and approachable. The service was good I had no complaints, I didn't have to wait for a long time for my food. Overall, it was a delightful experience. It's near Taal Vista and Skyranch so if you are hungry and on a budget this place is a go to.

The drive thru guys got our order correctly! Other drive thrus here in Las Piñas get our orders wrong or missing 1 or 2 items. Do check after getting your order, it will save you time.

On 2 occasions I waited nearly 20 minutes for my order only to have it arrive cold. I would make exceptions if they were busy but there was only a few customers in that time

Ordered today here on the kiosk for take out, they brought my for dine in, so I ask them again it's for take out.. they come back serve for take out, I check the items 4 items are missing some I found out at home, some products swimming in drinks, some products uncooked I never saw the uncooked meat of mcdo. All in much was wasted sad because you can make someone happy with it. Not sure what happened here.. manager was there just looked didn't seem to care.

Good beach and sea view from rooms. Service was fast and staff were well supportive and polite. Food taste was awesome

Have a good parking lot, near at skyranch so convenient siya for me, service and foods are good and most especially nung nag cr kami,I was amazed because the comfort room is super bango and very malinis ☺️👍👍♥️

Food served on time, indoor dinning with alfresco and 2f. Clean and maintained, limited parking. Drive thru also available. McCafe inside for your coffee and pastry.

Took long time to order and serve. Input order in kiosk and food preparation only starts when paid at the counter. Waited about 15 mins after payment. Wrong size of drinks served. Other customers also went back because of discrepancy of served food. No spoon and fork available. I still have to ask but was handed with plastics instead.

This is one of the McDonald's branches in Tagaytay near Sky Ranch. There's a good ambiance here as it has cold weather especially during the rainy season and for ber months up to February usually fog goes down here. Must visit the place and experience the lovely ambiance. You will definitely like the place and the servers here are very accommodating. But during weekends expect traffic in the area as many tourists are visiting the lovely highlands of Tagaytay and this is also a passway going to Batangas. Better visit here on weekdays as the place is not that crowded.

Just the typical McDo but with cold and nice atmosphere. Crew/staff are nice. Ample parking at the back. 😊

We went here drive thru. Based on our experience? The service is a bit slow to average. So it's not a fast food. Haha sorry not sorry. I think they need more manpower.

Drive thru is efficient. Of course soup isnt available asap so we had to wait for a couple of minutes but that's okay.

Ordered chicken budle specifically said 1pc of spicy and the rest are regular but gave all spicy the kids were not able to eat. They did not give the mcfloat as well.

Even though it is not spacious, i love the ambiance of the place. The staffs are also welcoming and quick in their jobs.

Forgot one of our order when we ordered drive thru. What's worse is the one they forgot was my daughter's order. She's autistic and we have to calm her down when she found that we don't have her order.

Its a nice spot for a stop-over to grab your favorite burgers and chicken meals. And a cool breeze weather at the time of visit.

Duty guard is strict as well as helpful, won't let me go inside the store. I did not bring a face shield, he had to take my order for Alfresco. Thank you!

24 hours my ass… drove there at midnight and they were closed….bunch of guys in there doing construction…what a joke. The worst part is all the “24hr drive thru open” signs you see on the way there. They dont deserve your money…beware you been warned!!!

I love the parking in the back because it can be quite busy in front.

Not so happy with the morning breakfast. The sausage mcmuffin bread tasted old, the coffee serve was too strong. The complete breakfast we wre expecting was pancake but was also serve with old bread. Won't go back in this branch.

The minion fries isn't that good, but I like the mayonnaise and cheese dip. They added a chicken fillet that wasn't in my order and in my receipt, but I paid for it anyway.

Food is uniform to other branches but there are times that the fries are not fresh and most of the time, sundaes are not available. There are also times that the service crews forget items in the order. For example, there is a missing 1 to 2 nuggets in 6 piece nuggets we ordered and the additional dipping sauce will not be included even though we paid for it. They don't take note of the preferred dipping sauce. The atmosphere is not good. There are lots of smoking people which is bad for people with allergic rhinitis.
