Nice and peaceful residence place.

Should be a nice sub division, but it all lacks a bit of maintenance. I mean if you want to present yourself to sell something then make sure that at the clubhouse everything is ok. Swimmingpool was very dirty also the fountain wasn't working and the water was filthy green. At the entrance to the pool several lights come of the pillars. All in al a very bad impression. I definitely not interested to buy a lot or a house there.

I like the model homes, thoughtfully designed & functional, superior finish, near shops & major roads.

Cool and nice place to live in, with ameneties such as beautiful and clean swimming pool. Friendly neighborhood and courteous security personnel and officers. 24/7 Security.

Metrogate Centara is a new subdivision all facilities are new! The caretakers & guards are great. The company it self not so great
