Recently attended the wedding of my niece at this place. To get to this place one has to pass rough and unfriendly roads. Though the car attendants readily assist all guests by arranging all Vehicles in a way that all cars can fit into the parking space, still it’s an effort before one can leave the place especially if you’re one of the few visitors to arrive. The place though breathtaking it’s never friendly especially to those who needs assistance in walking. Going to the cocktail area you will have to take several flights of stairs with just a handrail on one side. If you have more than a 100 visitors, the place has limited space for after dinner dancing. But with all that, the crew and staff made up for it for they’re all quick in serving the food even if it’s a sit down . Each table has assigned waiters and serving of food was well coordinated. Very courteous and accommodating. They refill water and wines in a bit. Food presentation was good plus the taste. They have clean restroom as well. They’re open up to 10pm only. And one has to be very cautious in driving especially at night since the road doesn’t have lamppost and not even any reflectors to assist the drivers. At least it was one beautiful wedding that was well attended.u

Place is down there from the highway. Ingat sa pagdrive at downhill. Pero when you get there you get to see Taal up close and nature all around. Good workout as there are some steep steps. Leaving the place at night, drive safely. There are not that many lamp posts midway until the highway.

The place is beautiful and perfect setting for garden wedding. Kubo Suites are like hanging on a cliff. Just be careful going down the resort it have very steep road and turns.

It's pretty much obvious that the place is good, it being rated 4 stars. It's good but not great, the reason for the 4 stars. Regardless of the rating, this is 1 of the best secluded places in Tagaytay. So if you're looking for a place that's serene and a little off the main road but still having a wonderful view of Taal, this should be perfect. You can choose between kubo-style or hotel style rooms. The hotel style rooms are a couple of grand more expensive and are accessible to the infinity pool, sauna, etc. We chose the kubo style room as it boasts privacy since it's pretty much on it's own building. The staff is great and so is the food. Be warned though, because strolling between kubos, reception area, and the hotel is pretty much a hike. Going in and out of Narra Hill requires your own vehice since there's no public transpo and the zigzags are really steep. Should you decide to go out at night, be sure to be back by 9pm since they start locking the gates and most of all you should have a pretty set of hefty head lights and fog lamps beacuse the zigzags are pitch black. Oh and yeah, it's only a few minutes away from Twin Lakes and Starbucks.

Didn't expect that the owner is related to Balesin. A partner of Chinabank too. No doubt it is called Narra Hill as it is really a hill! The staff were helpful, courteous and prompt to assist us. Happy to know that this is not just another mainstream getaway around Tagaytay.

I was meant to write a review of my stay here but better late than never I travelled all the way from England and my friend booked a spot here and I came here towards the end of my stay in the Philippines and definitely a highlight of my trip beautiful grounds, nicely laid out, its well and truly in nature and at night it's like jurassic park to me all the sounds of creatures lurking in the night also a huge flying bat came flying by to visit in the bamboo cabana which surprised and frightened the life out of me Best place to stay in tagaytay I didn't leave the resort its private and safe. I want to stay here again but its pretty difficult to get a spot I think that speaks for itself "in demand popular"

A perfect place away from the city. Internet connection is so weak. No tv, no radio. Just a relaxing and calm place for people who needs space away from stress. Just a bit pricey. Our room is around 5k+ per night, including breakfast. You may bring cooked food; there is no cooking tools there since cooking is not allowed because rooms are mostly made of wood. Or you may order dinner from them. It’s a bit pricey too, around 500 to 600+. Do not go here if you want picture and adventure. Go here if you want to relieve stress and take a picture for remembrance. 😘 Btw, The road there is steep. We rode a tricycle going down which 120 pesos and going up, we rode a single motorcycle. That’s 50 pesos per head.

Nice view. Cozy place. Venue rate is on the expensive side.

We had an event at their venue and we didn’t like how their staff treated us. They are not accommodating and doesn’t speak in a kind manner. It’s a place with a very nice view, however due to their staff’s way of treatment and attitude, we didn’t enjoy our stay and first experience of trying their services. It’s a shame because we thought they have good customer services based on their rating, but as we experienced it, we can say that it’s all wrong.

We did our wedding reception here, and my wife and I had a real good experience. Denise (our account manager), was easy to coordinate with, and the entire place was divine for weddings. From the spacious rooms, to the glass Pavilion overlooking the Taal lake. Overall great experience.

The most excellent view of taal volcano. The staff are all professional and accommodating. Worth every penny. If you are in and around Tagaytay, Narra Hill will be an excellent overnighter with the family or Dabarcuzinz.

Narra Hill is a beautiful resort located in Laurel, Batangas. It is a popular destination for weddings and events, but it is also a great place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of city life. We shot a wedding there and the view is very beautiful and it's so relaxing. But be sure to bring comfortable shoes since you will be hiking up and down the venue and the hotel.

As a Marketing professional, part of my job is to ensure positive customer experience which is why i'm very particular with the suppliers I choose. For our wedding, I chose Narra Hill because of the serenity of the place and excellent service. The staff, especially Kary is very responsive, organized and they go that extra mile to ensure guests have a seamless, comfortable experience. I highly recommend Narra because they put a lot of thought into creating positive customer experience.

Love the place, nice view. Relaxing environment. The only thing lacking is air-conditioning for those formal occasions. If you have an old weak car, don't go down there you might not be able to climb back with the steep roads.

The place is nice, the only is downside going in and out of the reception area. The zigzagging access road is steep. A newbie driver will have a difficult time in driving out of the area.

Lovely place, but their customer service as a venue needs an overhaul. Extremely inflexible and lots of hidden fees on top of the general logistical hassle of getting into the place (it's a steep drive doing in). There are better places nearby.

Great place for events like weddings or debut and suchlike. This is literally a hill so you have to go downhill to reach the place. Cell phone signal are sporadic.

Romantic scenery, very relaxing place, beautiful rooms overlooking taal. High, uphill so better have a good vehicle when you go there. Yummy food. Snacks are already prepared inside our room. Kind and friendly staff. They have nice bath with heaters. Water in the pool is cold. Be extra careful driving at night because there are no light post on the road from Narra Hill to the highway going to Alfonso.

Attended a very intimate wedding here, i say the place is perfect for intimate events like this. Or family gatherings. The place is not really meant for big crowds. The place is located on the hill overlooking Taal lake, very picturesque. The facilities could use some improving though, especially the lighting on pathways leading to the kubos (there was none), and the bathrooms as well. It might not be a good idea to bring kids here, or the elderly. The roads are very steep so driving can be a bit tricky.
