Come here to see the glass house, which btw is worth php30m. As a subdivision though this is nothing more than a huge vacant lot turned into another boutique community. Not many trees around, no views and no anything, yet. I'm sure this will change in 2-3 years. The other "Batulao" place is so much better.

Looks too stocky and monotonous, lacks accent to compliment square structure. Place itself had very good weather and security staff are friendly and courteous

Eight minutes from Twin Lakes Tagaytay is an advantage if we're talking heavy traffic when from Manila.

Loved this place

Security is okay, the guards and those in the administrative office are courteous and professional. There is a playground, basketball court and swimming pool for recreational activities. The weather when we stayed this January was cold and windy. The neighborhood is generally clean and quiet.

Newly developed place where they are setting up residential village, PHIRST Park Homes,specifically. Hope to get back there soon see the developments.

Very nice place

I received a notice from Century that they could not honor my contract and I need to choose a more expensive (2M) alternative. I declined and ask them to return the down payment. It has been 6 months of excuses and promises that it will be returned. The Makati office people lie, have different answer than the so called agents. Last excuse was "The owners out of the country".

Pure nature and silent place not a busy unlike the city..I can see and hear the sound of silence and the beauty of the mountains..
