Legit gluten-free, healthy meals. Actual bear museum is super clean, and the Bear Kitchen staff are friendly and well-trained for their tasks. Adults can enjoy the experience so imagine how fun this place would be for the kids. 🐻🐼🐨

Though serving time takes a while.

This place has so much potential but sooo much improvement needed. This is literally just one big room and small mini doors to a mini room. The stuffed toys were cute, but I don’t think its worth it. I hope they can add more rooms and levels. Staff was really nice though. And their restroom is very clean I hope they can keep it that way.

place is so tiny. just good for taking photos. nothing would warrant the ₱260 ticket price (+₱50 for socks). will never come back again.

The overall experience was quite enjoyable. While the place itself is well-done, it's worth noting that certain sections like the bear-themed cafe are still under construction, although they assured us it would open soon. Remember to bring your own socks to avoid the need for a purchase on-site, as the policy requires socks instead of shoes. The range of teddy bears available for purchase is impressive, making them great potential gifts for partners or friends, with prices ranging from around 300 to 800 pesos, if I recall correctly. My younger sister had a fantastic time, and we're looking forward to returning with hopes that the cafe will be up and running next time.

The bears are cute and the museum proper is clean and smells nice. Aside from this the hype and travel is not worth the frustration. First thing that comes to your mind when you talk stuffed bears is that childhood moment you get to hug them. We were enticed by the nostalgia and we brought our kids but we were not informed in advance that the only enjoyable space is one room with mini spaces curated inside. The cafe is closed for renovations and the outdoor space is just filled with chairs and tables not even a single slide in sight. We can’t feel the value for money we paid for when we compare the experience to other similar places we’ve visited. Also 25 minutes is too short (no other guests) and we are not allowed to hold the bears. Feels like a rip off. Edit: We are people with small kids who were locked up during the pandemic. We also had to close our businesses but we still choose to give fair value. Using the employee card is a bit of a stretch. The staff didn’t set proper expectations and just went by the ebbs and flows of the business procedures. We can buy bears on our own and stipulating that the ticket we paid for cannot cover the amount of a single bear is a low blow. I understand how you operated in the former location is different than how things are here in Amadeo. I understand how this kind of feedback can rouse emotional reactions from the owner and I’m sorry if it triggered you but this is an honest feedback from your customer. Maybe its best to reevaluate.

Worth the admission price. We went on a weekday afternoon so the entrance fee was cheaper and we had the place to ourselves. Lots of ‘gram-worthy spots here. You get 25 minutes in the bear room for the entrance fee but you can roam around outside for plenty of other photo op locations. Wear/bring socks, or you can buy a pair from their store for 50 pesos. They’ll give you a free shoe bag so you can store your shoes while you’re inside the museum.

Entrance fee is not worth it. Place still under improvement/ construction and you can stay 20mins jn their tiny room. Teddy Bears are only in 80 m2 room. And thats all they got.

The place is adorable and instagramable, however there's nothing special aside from those bears inside the room. Place is still undergoing renovation

Bearseum helps you connect with your inner child, and for 15-20 minutes, you can enjoy these oversized teddy bears and cuddle them and have selfies with them. There's a gift shop at the back upon exiting Bearseum and they give you complimentary tokens to play catch a bear (similar to catch UFO). There's also a coffee shop/resto but it's open till 8pm only. Overall, a very pleasant experience if you have kids or a partner who is a child at heart. ❤️❤️❤️
