I
was
there
yesterday
with
a
friend
and
our
kids.
I
knew
of
their
strict
policy
of
no
tapping
the
aquarium.
I
am
fully
aware
of
the
negative
effect
it
has
on
the
fishes.
I
informed
the
kids
but
kids
can
be
forgetful
or
“makulit”
at
times.
A
male
staff
grabs
my
sons
shoulder
and
says
“no
tapping”.
I
was
shocked.
You
don’t
touch
other
peoples
kids
or
anyone’s
kids
for
that
matter.
Staff
could’ve
been
more
assertive
in
handling
the
situation
rather
than
physically
handling
my
kid.
Pet
stores
should
be
a
fun
and
educational
experience
for
both
kids
and
adults.
Not
every
visit
customers
will
buy
an
animal
or
supplies.
I
bought
a
hamster
for
my
son
at
pet
city
bgc
and
regularly
buy
wood
shaving
food
there.
His
hamster
has
passed
away
and
just
recently
he
has
been
trying
to
convince
us
to
buy
him
a
fish
for
his
birthday.
I
try
to
educate
him
how
to
properly
care
for
a
fish
and
what
a
big
responsibility
it
is.
I’m
a
possible
REPEATER”
customer.
I
am
so
dismayed.
My
son
loves
to
dropby
the
store
all
the
time
but
the
staff
is
always
frowning
and
im
not
exaggerating
because
i
am
from
Serendra.
Train
your
staff
to
be
more
professional,
kind
and
accommodating.
Most
of
the
times
it
is
the
kids
who
take
interest
in
the
animals.
In
this
branch
they
usually
have
fish,
rats,
and
hamsters
only.
