Your shuttle service is Very discriminating. Even if people arrive early and have been waiting there , if a higher tier comes in even for a minute before departure they will drop the lower tier members. Shameless. You should remove this kind of policy and go on first come first serve basis!! Every one will play any way!!

Casino stole 30k from me!!! TLDR: casino doesn’t honor their bets. NEVER GAMBLE HERE!!! Playing black jack and max bet was 30k. I had been playing for a bit and bet my whole stack. The first two cards came out to the table and they realized I bet too much. Pitboss came out and told me it was fine this one time and I said thanks and we kept going. I end up winning the hand. Total amount was 59k bet so I should win 118k. But they don’t pay me.. pitboss now says they will only pay the table limit now that I won. I ask for someone else and operation manger comes out and backs up the pit boss. They didn’t offer me a room or even a buffet ticket. They just steal 30k from me and walk away.

Very nice here when my uncle from America and my auntie we here stay at #Resort World Manila, specially have meeting for business discussion we set here, then very responsible all staff .. For Senior citizen have discount for check in. About food? All perfect buffet ,promise you enjoyed it. More and more choices deliciouso food... If you like to enjoy once in a lifetime experience, I highly suggest you visit this resort. It's very accessible and its located in the heart of the city. Rooms and amenities are very great to enjoy. You will surely enjoy the services they offer. The staffs are very approachable and very accommodating.

There are retail outlets here, but this is not where you want to go for shopping. The shops here are small and have very few items to choose from. I think these stores cater to casino gamers who just want to buy any item in case they win. There are luxury shops such as Rolex, but again not so much to choose from. Fine dining restaurants are also few. It's not a resort in any sense, and it's really showing its age.

We had a tour on the shops at the Resorts World, we haven't tried their Casino for now but by the looks and feel it will be such an awesome experience trying our luck in their gaming area. The shops around were great, their architectural design and the interiors was highly appreciated. It gives me and my friends a secured feeling around there. We greatly recommend this cozy place to everyone. Just take the necessary precautions and observe minimum health standards

Yeah! Although it's kinda late 😉 it's nice to know 🤠 the place, it's free 🆓 parking 🅿️ in there, cozy place, lots of fun, delicious 😋 food, tight security you must follow, very good and nice 🙂 experience.

Like the black jack tables here. Free double up and free splits. some card gods are always at the tables. The downside some card gods are at the table believe that two/three hands are good. Vultures circle to ride on pairs taking up seats that could be played as hands. Unlimited coffee which is great. Kenny Rogers and 711 nearby also McDonald's.

Well it's a place to be for socialites and richfolks. Me, just hanging out with my gf for the movies. Their cinema is mostly unoccupied in the evenings, my babe and i get to have the best seats in the house. Food is kinda expensive, but heck most restaurants are top of the line. Except mcdonald, its just as mcdonalds as it gets. Oh, and film tickets come with complimentary popcorn and water.

I always enjoy going here whether its for the casino or the lifestyle centers. Always a nice place to go to

Newport World Resorts is a place where everything is there from food, recreation, relaxation, business activities, gaming.... what else is not there? Rooms are spacious and clean. Service is 5 star and food is enormous! Definitely will be a habit to visit this all in one hotel!

Beautifully designed and curated - Newport World Resorts offers a myriad of recreational activities (casino,dining,shopping). Unlike other resort casinos, this by far is a preferred personal choice as there’s a whole lot more to offer here in Newport World Resorts. Dining options are also more in terms of fast food dining to formal dining - this is a good take for families/friends who don’t need to break their wallets just to enjoy the resort facilities. A new wing has recently opened and really looking forward to seeing more what can be offered here 👍🏻

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Newport World Resort and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The accommodation was excellent, with clean and spacious rooms that made me feel right at home. Even though I didn't partake in any casino games, I thoroughly enjoyed the lively atmosphere there. Newport World Resort is definitely worth every penny spent-a top-notch destination that exceed all my expectations

I have been to this Casino 3 times this year visiting from the USA. My last visit was quite an experience in machine manufacturing and the lack of accountability by the staff and management. The Craps machine to the right of the main entrance started betting 40 Pesos and rolling the dice on its own. I made an attendant stand and watch until it happened again to me. It did and he assured me it would be fixed. Reluctantly I took the seat in front of the same machine 2 nights later and during my rolls it began not paying on wins and even didn’t collect when I lost. Once I alerted the staff of the anomalies I was told that there’s nothing wrong with the machine and I should accept my losses and move on. I can simply prove my case by an interpretation of the machine logs of the session. They refused to entertain the request. Bottom line is the machine cheated me, I can prove it and simply asked to be made whole with the amount I sat down with and they not only refused but they were expertly gaslighting me for a measly 5000 pesos. I am a gold member and have played over 500,000 pesos in my 3 visits and they expect me to let this go over a paltry 5k pesos? DO NOT TRUST THIS CASINO!

I am a member of the casino and visit regularly. Until last night, I parked on the street like others, not seeing any no-parking signs, and no one warned me. When I returned, traffic police, Newport security, and some Newport managers pointed to a movable no-parking sign, claiming I violated rules and demanding 1000 pesos. The ticket was from Newport. Despite my parking error, I find this fine puzzling. They enforce rules like fishing, better to avoid trouble, or they act like vampires. I won't go there again and will caution friends. It's not about money,the experience is sickening.

Terrible Casino management. If you want a successful casino, you need to hire Americans. Your director does not know what’s going on. Garden Wing’s smoke attaches to clothes. No proper air ventilation/exhaust. This place needs to be investigated. Second hand smoking is dangerous. No health protocols? The director doesn’t know what comps are. This casino removed member’s discounts. This place is becoming like a dump. If you want to see this casino alive. Hire an American with casino experience. You hired an arabic/turkish and australian. They don’t know how to run a real casino.

Nice plays for rich. Bring all your money and i try your luck. Try not to go home broke.

Paying parking fee is a total hussle, imagine you have to get out of the car and pay at the cashier inside the mall instead of paying the fee at the parking exit. Ughh..

FREE 2-night stay at Holiday Inn Express Manila Newport City. Your Reception Lady Staff is not cordial, she gave us a room like a cell of which the window view is pure walled cement...how can you enjoy your stay in that room...we did not last even 2 hrs and went to another hotel immediately which we could have enjoyed the gamings and entertainment RW offered...

Very nice place and you can find the world class 5 star restaurants and entertainments...You can also enjoy the casino at Resorts World Manila.

Definitely a place to see even if you will not play in the casino. It does change your world for a while by staying there. Much different of other areas in MNL

First time back after a long while to eat dinner. Parking must be paid at the second floor cashier. As we were exiting the parking exit, the gate wouldn't lift up and told us that we overstayed. We had to back out and drive back again to the second floor cashier to pay the ticket again thereby we paid twice when we didn't exceed the allowed fixed 4 hour period. This is disgraceful. We'll probably think twice if we are going to return to this place again.

I enjoy playing Binggo and slot machine but I seldom go to Newport cause I live in Malabon and no available shuttle .Missed the shuttle in Quirino or UN Ave.Thank you 😘

The hotel is outstanding in architectural design, extremely vast, the design for all adjacent hotels accessible & interconnected with each other makes it easier for customers to enjoy all facet of entertainment, restaurants, accommodation & stores. It's like being in Las Vegas where hotels are interconnected. The fact that its location is nearby domestic & international Airport place it in the heart of travellers. Its my routine to check in the hotels here the day prior to departure so as not to miss my flight due to traffic or cancelation of flight due to bad weather. The hotels at Newport are highly recommended.

Went to casino only ....... Bad experience with ATM's on the floor...... tried to use but didn't receive cash even though the amount I wanted processed with my bank and withdrawn............ The Casino is fine..... it's the third party ATM machine that you need to be leery of......

Excellent 4star experience in the Hilton, don’t frequent casino’s, it appeared to be flagship of the mall, many brand name upper end and not alot of variety otherwise. No pharmacy, hardeware, fresh food shopping options. IDK Perhaps becoming better with more time and more retail space usage. Some stocking/restocking issues noted in certain brand name shops. (Very limited XL size availabilty) (no bargains in sight)

One of the casinos in the area. The mall part contains high end brands, expensive restaurants. The McDonald's is the saviour. Theater is massive, seats are properly maintained. Food and drinks not allowed there though. Lots of parking available but expensive (Php50 for the first 4hrs then 50 for every successive hour).
