This
is
my
2nd
experience
in
Pico
de
Loro.
The
1st
time,
we
were
lucky
enough
to
be
sponsored
by
someone
with
a
membership
so
we
swam
on
the
beach
for
members
only.
The
experience
was
divine;
facilities
were
complete
and
it
felt
luxurious
as
there
were
prepped
materials
to
use
in
the
bathrooms,
such
as
lotions,
soap,
towels,
and
many
more.
Meanwhile,
our
experience
this
2nd
time
around
is
vastly
different.
This
time
around,
we
weren't
able
to
experience
the
same
as
we
1st
did.
Instead,
we
swam
in
Pico
beach
and
the
pool
for
non-members.
First,
the
pool
for
non-members
looks
amazing,
but
I
have
concerns
regarding
the
cleanliness
of
it.
The
water
appeared
slightly
green
and
our
skin
itched
when
we
swam
in
it.
Maybe
it
was
because
it
was
evening
already
(nearing
10pm,
wc
is
the
closing
time
for
the
public
pool)
and
that
might
be
the
reason
for
it's
sad
state.
Second,
the
beach
feels
great,
no
criticisms
there.
However,
I
do
have
concerns
about
the
shower
stalls
on
the
beach
for
non-members.
They
don't
work
as
intended,
instead
of
being
used
for
showering,
we
were
only
able
to
wash
our
feet
through
them.
Likewise,
some
of
the
designs
on
the
beach
(the
umbrellas
and
the
reclining
seats
on
the
sand)
were
damaged.
Our
rooms
were
fine
though,
we
moved
rooms
once
but
only
because
there
were
five
of
us
and
both
rooms
were
great.
However,
the
building
for
Jacana
B
seems
to
have
this
incessant
ringing
noise
that
comes
from
an
unknown
source.
As
someone
who
doesn't
like
noise,
especially
constantly,
this
is
very
annoying.
I
hope
it
gets
fixed.
For
the
positives,
there
were
lifeguards
everywhere,
and
although
the
beach
at
that
time
had
the
purple
flag
raised
for
dangerous
aquatic
life
forms,
I
felt
secure
and
safe,
oddly
enough.
I
guess
I
just
wanted
to
swim
regardless
of
the
flag,
and
I
don't
think
the
many
beach
goers
with
us
cared
at
any
rate
LMAO.
