I do not recommend this place. If I can give a negative rating, it would be -100. My nephew drowned while swimming at their pool and this hotel has no emergency response team. Not a single staff went to help my nephew. The nurse came from the barangay which took a long time. Thankfully, one of our relatives was able to perform CPR and save his life. Everyone who helped was either a family relative, a hotel guest, or from the nearby barangay. No one from the hotel helped. The pool had no signs to indicate the pool’s feet. There was no lifeguard on duty. A hotel guest informed us that the previous day, a drowning also occurred at their pool, and yet there was no lifeguard on duty after yesterday’s drowning incident. Also, no one from the hotel came to apologize to the victim’s family. Hotel has no Wifi and no signal so communicating to other relatives was very hard. This hotel has no safety protocols, no emergency response, no medically trained staff, no medical equipment, no wifi, no signal. The hotel is aware of their drowning problem and they are not doing anything. The hotel does not care for their guests’ safety and welfare. Also, our family booked multiple rooms and huts. When a few of our relatives stayed at the tables nearest to the pool, the staff asked our relatives to buy food, which is a surprise since we had booked rooms and huts there. Avoid the green mango shake, overpriced and tasted horrible. See a photo of their pool, no signs to warn the height of pool.

Stayed overnight with my family. Food in the restaurant is superb! Everything tastes great! Staff are also accommodating. Downside is that there's no signal since we are all globe subscribers and we had to stay near the reception area for the wifi. We availed the family deluxe room which says 2 queen sized bed and 1 single bed in the website. But the room we stayed in only has 2 double sized bed and 1 single bed. Hope you can fix this as it's false advertisement.

This hotel was such a welcomed surprise. I wasn’t sure it would be amazing bc there were limited pictures online. However not only was the decor cute but it was very clean and spacious. The staff was attentive and the neighborhood was very welcoming. We were the only foreigners in town during this stay and we were openly welcomed to karaoke and volleyball games. Our eight year old son had fun with the other children in the pool and we felt the grounds were very safe. The food was excellent. You are moments away from the beach and security is very vigilant. They also arranged island hopping for us. My family thoroughly enjoyed this experience. The neighborhood was great as well.

Love the lay-out of the entire place, very smart and strategic. The beach is not to die for but good enough for budget trips. The rooms were clean but they can do so much better. The toiletries were not ready when we checked in, we had to ask for them. No supply of coffee, tea, or even a bottle of water. The floor is cold yet there's no bedroom slippers, even the cheap 12 pesos ones should have been great. You also have to bring your own towels. There was no closet or even a simple rack where you can unpack and put your clothes on. The bathroom also didn't have any hooks - not a single one. I mean come on, its not that expensive, right? The plastic ones are just around 60 pesos. You can certainly afford that. The pipe under our bathroom sink also leaks when you use the sink. Plus, water supply suddenly stopped while my mother was taking a shower. That was the worst. As for the food, there is limited selection but the taste was good. The staff were also accommodating. Overall, it wasn't the worst experience but I probably won't be coming back.

My 5 year old Nephew drowned here. Good thing my sister is a nurse and was able to provide cpr. No lifeguard on duty by the pool. No emergency response team. No medical equipment, not even a blood pressure machine. This is the second incident according to the barangay officials. Yesterday there was also an incident of drowning. After the incident, we were not contacted by the staff or management to ask if we need any assistance. Poor service. Do not ever go here if you value your family's life.

Saturday night we walk in to check if this place is worth a night to stay, As we stroll the place , unfortunately the staff boy (small guy) come to use in a very unprofessional manner, Shouting that bawal pumasok and imposing there is a fine. I just respond "Okay thank you" but shockingly he continues to bark like a Chihuahua dog instead on asking the purpose of our visit. My writer friend was supposed to make an article in staying here but we just decided to stay in Pamana instead. Such a shame.

All staff are accommodating and very nice. The only CONS is that they don't have any signal for either Globe or Smart, and there's a part of the beach that is a little bit dirty due to a nearby residential area. They have a wifi connection but only on the reception area. But this place is still a good ace to unwind and relax. 😉 ☺

By far, this has been the worst resort my friends and I have been to. Never have we seen before such lazy and entitled staff. The pictures on their online page are a bit deceiving such as the size of their pool. You would be fooled into believing that it is big when it's actually not. The beachfront area picture is pretty much the same - deceiving. People from neighboring properties could freely move into this area so it's not private. The informal structures beside the property in real life make the place look cheap. The sand and water quality are a tad different from what's on their website as well. In their room, you only have one power socket so do not expect to charge your phone bedside. If you get the garage room, staff will just enter at their own will and peddle their resto food. Finally, the place does not have WiFi available except in their office where their entire staff would also hang around as they wish. Don't expect a steady WiFi as you'd be disconnected more often than not most of the times. Food was bad too. You'd be better off eating at the restos just beside the resort at a much lower rate. We wasted money staying here. If you don't wanna believe this experience then go gamble and waste your own time and money because my friends and I won't anymore. NEVER!

This is my second visit, and we all know why. Very clean, great service, and a beautiful beach. These are the basics of a resort. When you have them, guests don't care about no mobile signal and no WiFi in their rooms. Astonishingly a social detox. Will definitely come back.

Not worth the travel. Do your family a favor and go someplace else. The bathrooms are filthy. Thieves grabbing slippers... Service crew tellin us they dont have anything we were asking for. They don't even have brewed coffee all they have is 3in1. The food also sucked they serve the cheapest corned beef. Best place to go if you hate your friends... or maybe in-laws.

A little bit hide place to find but, have what you need to relax even for one day. The food was very tasty and prices affordable. Including the entrance price of the resort, only 300PHP/person! The beach in front of the resort medium, not so clean sand but, the water was ok.

The place itself is pretty good. Not crowded. Our room was family deluxe and it was okay since outlets were inadequate. Food inside was reasonable for the price. This place is recommended if you want to take a short break from the city life. The beach was quite alright since it's brown sand and the water was not clear.

The resort has very nice and relaxing ambiance. We tried ordering food from their restaurant/ kitchen. We spent most of our time dipping in their pool area. Great service all in all. Thank you RSAM Beach Resort.

It was ok, rooms and food at the reataurant are not that expensive, no need to bring your own food, swimming pool are small only good for kids. Were also thankful for the understanding of bringing our pet dog

The ocean view is stunning at day time, however it get’s gloomy and depressing at night as the hotel facilitates requires more lighting. The room is too tiny for a 5,129 Pesos worth of room and there’s NO HOT SHOWER , WIFI can’t be accessed inside our room. The hotel is located in a small residential area or inside a tiny barangay and looking for a place to eat is a bit challenging as the hotel restaurant closes by 7:30PM and very few restaurants nearby but there’s a lot of sari-sari store (convenience store) within the area. Front desk and staffs are approachable but the hotel need’s a lot of improvement given its price range.

The place is very far with the up and down bumpy road (seems like a roller coaster) and some portion is rough and being constructed. The place is not worthy of long travel. The beach is not ideal for swimming with the sand which is deep when you walk along the shore. The pool is too small. Overall the price or rate is not value for money. Good thing the Resort Manager was accommodating and considerate.

-Lack of accomodation essentials like electric kettle, heater in the bathrooms, and/or tables and chair to provide. -No life guard on duty in case of emergency nor guards for security. -Suggestion to train the staffs well in hotel management. -Limited outlets for charging phones and other electronic devices. -Sinks have leaks on their pipes as well as the flush on the toilet doesn't do well. -The main and only pool are not maintained properly. -Area is a dead spot for network signal and dont just rely on their wifi due to fluactuations of signal. Some area in the resort doesnt reach the wifi signal. -Beach front gate is needed to be closed on 6pm, and also the main gate of the resort is closed at 10pm, no other staffs will accomodate you after 7pm. Theres always a room for improvement.

Had an issue with a toilet and they do not have heated showers, but all in all good experience. Pet friendly and great for big groups, but also has rooms for couples. Suroubding area was great as well and locals are extremely friendly.

Clean, spacious rooms and reasonably priced food. Chlorine in the pool was a bit too strong. Limited parking.

I am neither unsatisfied or satisfied. Beds/rooms are kind of old fashioned, not same as pictured in their online pages. We've had issues with the A/C when we stayed there. Pool is okay. There is corkage when you bring food so that's a negative for me. There is not much range in their menu and I think they're a bit pricey.

There were lots of parking space so nothing to worry about the parking space. Very Poor telecommunications signal both Smart and Globe. There was Wifi but it was only limited in the Reception area. I would suggest that they would extend their internet wifi signals. So people can still work even if they're on vacation.

Pros: family deluxe room was excellent. Thr room was clean , large and smells good. I feel secure in the resort. No problem with parking, food was affordable but not 24 hrs. The only downside was the internet, no signal inside the room. Need to go to the lounge to get signal. Things for improvement: 24 hrs availability for food and stronger/faster internet connection.

Accommodating staff but it felt that they are not 100% trained with hotel management - gone early in the pavilion (common area) to grab breakfast and most tables are still arranged from last night, had to request to have ours set up first before we can sit. Pool area is acceptable but only suited for kids and just water dipping. Good prices on the rooms for its size but there's little to no wifi signal inside, had to go out, go near the reception (entrance) to capture one - no signal on mobile phones here. No TV as well, good thing I had some videos saved on my phone to watch inside the room Some wear and tear inside the rooms. Beach area is average at most, there are bangkas, in the shoreline which occupies half of their beach front (used for island hopping from other resorts in the area)

Booked a room on Sept, but decided to just cancelled it and have it refunded, due to unresponsive about their updates on their resort's opening after the restrictions was lifted. Then, they said it will take 30-60 days, but still now wala parin. Tinalo pa nila backpay ng company. lol

Place is nice and clean, well maintained. Fully airconditioned rooms. No TV or WiFi though. No refrigeration or even a kettle for hot water provided. The beach is unpolluted but naturally dirty with lots of floating debris, making it usuitable for swimming. The staff is friendly and accomodating enough.
