I
do
not
recommend
this
place.
If
I
can
give
a
negative
rating,
it
would
be
-100.
My
nephew
drowned
while
swimming
at
their
pool
and
this
hotel
has
no
emergency
response
team.
Not
a
single
staff
went
to
help
my
nephew.
The
nurse
came
from
the
barangay
which
took
a
long
time.
Thankfully,
one
of
our
relatives
was
able
to
perform
CPR
and
save
his
life.
Everyone
who
helped
was
either
a
family
relative,
a
hotel
guest,
or
from
the
nearby
barangay.
No
one
from
the
hotel
helped.
The
pool
had
no
signs
to
indicate
the
pool’s
feet.
There
was
no
lifeguard
on
duty.
A
hotel
guest
informed
us
that
the
previous
day,
a
drowning
also
occurred
at
their
pool,
and
yet
there
was
no
lifeguard
on
duty
after
yesterday’s
drowning
incident.
Also,
no
one
from
the
hotel
came
to
apologize
to
the
victim’s
family.
Hotel
has
no
Wifi
and
no
signal
so
communicating
to
other
relatives
was
very
hard.
This
hotel
has
no
safety
protocols,
no
emergency
response,
no
medically
trained
staff,
no
medical
equipment,
no
wifi,
no
signal.
The
hotel
is
aware
of
their
drowning
problem
and
they
are
not
doing
anything.
The
hotel
does
not
care
for
their
guests’
safety
and
welfare.
Also,
our
family
booked
multiple
rooms
and
huts.
When
a
few
of
our
relatives
stayed
at
the
tables
nearest
to
the
pool,
the
staff
asked
our
relatives
to
buy
food,
which
is
a
surprise
since
we
had
booked
rooms
and
huts
there.
Avoid
the
green
mango
shake,
overpriced
and
tasted
horrible.
See
a
photo
of
their
pool,
no
signs
to
warn
the
height
of
pool.
