I agree and I can confirm previous reviews that this place is just perfect... for its price. Huge room spaces within very peaceful and beautiful landscapes and around nostalgic but breath-taking sceneries. Highly recommended for busy metropolis visitors looking for quiet place to totally relax their mind, body and soul. But the statement above and included photos are all just secondary. Above all, what will really delight every visitor and guest for them to come back, promote and recommend the place are the resort’s employees - hospitality is exceptional or beyond extra ordinary that brings their services into another level. Truly world class where you can find and experience the true Filipino hospitality.

A relaxing place with good service! There were several activities available like tai chi, badminton, etc. Our experiences at their restaurants and spa were also all pleasant. Didn’t give 5 stars because even though the service was good, they’re quite slow. It also seemed like our room wasn’t properly cleaned because an old drink (label was falling apart) was left in our refrigerator . Additionally, there are already some places in the property that need some fixing. Lastly, they weren’t as strongly implementing proper COVID protocols. There were a lot of visitors who weren’t wearing masks.

Serene and cozy resort tucked away in the hills of Tagaytay. They have their big heated pools for adults and kids. Their suites are spacious and clean with free complimentary drinks in the ref. They have golf carts as their shuttle service from the lobby to your villas. They have their own private library which you can just relax and read old and new books. They also have fun activities like kids badminton and archery.

The place is incredible with nice amenities and activities like badminton or soft archery. The veranda suites are very nice and spacious, with comfy sofas and bed. Minor blemish with the rooms are some signs of wear and tear, but it's fairly negligible. The best part is the incredible service. All the staff are very well-trained and very well-mannered.

Advertised as 5 star and member of SLH but not at par with 5 star SLH member hotels i've stayed in. Both restaurants have good food but not as you would expect from a winner of culimary awards.

Stayed 3 nights at Garden Suite, very spacious and comfortable, pool view balcony and massive marble surrounding bathroom. The food at breakfast buffet and dinning restarant was great. Service is 5 star, staff is very friendly and quick to respond. Must visit. Will be back again.

We expected to come here only relax, however there is NOT the place to provide the relax for guests because of wedding. After arriving Anya, they informed there are no available activities because of their facilities used for wedding. Moreover wedding held over 10pm, there were singing loudly and a lot of shouting people. Even we are in the room, it is like we are attendees. I complained the reception, but they did not anything. I felt they do not care the guests who wants to be relax. I really disappointed Anya. They said ‘welcome home’, but if there is my home, I definitely move immediately.

Best check-in and check-out service I've experienced in my life so far! Nobody has ever given that kind of service. Upon arrival at the hotel lobby area, they will get your bags from your car and immediately transfer it to their Golf Cart and together with you bring you to your villa. Check-in facilitation is done inside your room to fill out some online forms. Rooms are quite spacious and we got a suite so it is really big. The only downside I have experienced are the bugs that get in accidentally. It won't bother you if you are not scared of it but if you have the fear of spiders. Better ask the hotel to make sure that every corner has been cleaned and free from any kind of insects. Location is also ideal for me as it is far from the busy roads of the central Tagaytay commercial center. Just make sure you turn on your Waze so you can get in and out hassle free.

We booked an overnight stay for a quick weekend get-away and we ended up wanting for more 😊!!! The place is best for relaxation from the scenery to the amenities and yes, to the staff! You will be greeted with courteous staff with genuine smiles, swaying bamboo and various plants, and a big bonfire! You will then be transported from the lobby to your villa with what looks like a golf cart. The room is spacious and so is the bathroom with good interior. The pool is heated that even the kids enjoyed swimming til 9PM 😊. You can order food and drinks from the poolside. The place has only one thing in mind...maximum guest satisfaction. And I'd say, mission accomplished ANYA!

Let me start by saying that the place is well maintained and rooms are clean. So if you want to be assured that the place you will be staying at is clean and disinfected thoroughly, then Anya is one of those places. But if you’re looking for a luxury hotel with 5 star service then anya is not it. The positive experience during our stay was ruined by the poor handling of our repeat booking. Ultimately the reservations office made us feel that they do not need our business and they do not care whether we come back or not.

We had a fantastic stay at Anya! 5 star hospitality—props to Rowel and all the staff. Enjoyed walking around. You can take a good rest at the Gazebo if you feel tired!

Stayed there over the weekend and we loved their service! Staff were very attentive and polite. Check in and check out was a breeze! Staff directed us straight to the room upon check in and check out was done outside our room and we did not have to go to the lobby. its part of their safety protocol.

Facilities are new, clean, and well lit. Some hitches in the service though, especially when it comes to attentiveness from staff. They promised to contact us when our room was ready. Didn’t happen. They said they were going to get back for our dinner order (twice). Didn’t happen. Maybe the staff is still new. Or maybe they’re undermanned.

Delicious fine dining cuisine, luxurious accomodation, full amenities, everything you'd expect from a luxury resort. The room's balcony can be a little cleaner as it was not maintained, and the bath soaps could use a branded selection. This hotel is a great place to go if you want to get away from the noisy distractions and leave yourself in a serene environment to recharge from daily stress. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to avail the spa services.

A great place to bring your grandparents. Our experience was very pleasant. They have this fancy exterior golfcart. Their pool is heated. (4ft) Minibar is included in the room rate. Lawn, landscaping, garden is well kept. Gym equipment is of good quality. Toiletries were of good quality. Rooms have bathtubs! They offer fine dining at Samira. Their breakfast is good! Great selections - not just processed food.

Offers a very cozy and relaxing vibe. The place is best for family outing and gatherings. It was very nice to see kids running and roaming around the pool and the gardens. The lobby is astounding! The staff and crew are very polite, courteous and helpful.

Outstanding resort!! Top notch in terms of staff service, breakfast, food and ambience We are well assisted from check in to check out, even the guards were nice! Enjoyed our mini R&R in Anya. Easy drive from Manila, the room and ensuite are spacious, bed is comfortable, all the staff are courteous and helpful. The heated pool and biometric/wellness spa is a plus. The food was delicious.

Rooms were spotless and service was great. We just had an issue with their all day dining. On our last meal before heading home we suspect we've gotten food poisoning from the med rare steak we ordered. Otherwise, stay was immaculate.

Staff are attentive and engaging. Spacious and luxurious rooms. Good enough internet speed and WiFi access. Good food selection including the standard breakfast buffet. Samira is worth trying, though I recommend more their appetizers, small plates than their mains. :)

No view of taal but it has its own relaxing atmosphere. Pool is nice. The rooms don't have too many windows. Lots of stairs and walking around so not senior friendly. Though they provide golf carts. They have different function rooms available for private events. Accommodating staff - very friendly. Parking is limited but the staff helps how they can. Rooms are quite expensive for a place without a view but nice to experience.

Rooms were clean and really smelled good. The staff was very accommodating and hospitable. Used the swimming pool and enjoyed it. The massage was ok. All in all, was a very enjoyable vacay.

Anya is so nice and secluded and we'll definitely return. It's hidden from the hustle and bustle of Tagaytay. The villas are beautiful, the room really guarantees rest and comfort. The staff were accommodating and helpful, although we just waited for 30-40 mins to get a shampoo bottle that we broke cleaned up. For context, someone needed to use the bathroom asap and we couldn't because there were glass shards everywhere.

  • 5/5 Denise F. 1 year ago on Google
A lovely luxury resort in Tagaytay with wonderful, attentive service and a great heated pool! We had a tranquil weekend here, and we also loved the food. The rooms were beautiful and spacious as well. Will definitely come back.

I really like the location of the resort. The accomodation was great and they really assisted us well. For the service, they have enough staffs for us to be assisted or if you have problems. Their food is very delicious, i haven't tasted those foods before

Need some cash to stay at the resort. The rooms are massive, very clean and comfortable to stay with. Huge and soft bed, a sofa and a private balcony veiwing a mini forest and creek. A large bathroom with separate toilet, a shower and a bathtub. Two separate sinks. There are complementary drinks and snacks in the fridge, coffee, tea and chocolate at nespresso. Netflix on TV. There are 2 restaurant with 1 fine dinning. Beef and seafood were absolutely great at Samira. Try the breakfast buffet at Anila. There is a small gym for guests, two huge heated pools near the restaurant and activity halls at the second floor of the reception building. The resort compound was peaceful and so many plants and trees.

We had a great stay at Anya. From the moment we arrived we were treated like special guests. Their greeting, "Welcome Home", really is appropriate as they make you feel right at home with their service. They will also drive and drop you off at your room on a golf cart, after a mini tour is conducted by your bellhop. Kudos to the service team of Anya!! To our surprise, the room was also big and elegant. Same goes for the bathroom with 2 basins, his and hers I guess. We stayed and just enjoyed the room since it was raining at the time. Dinner at their restaurant was also delish. We ordered paella and a few cocktails. Two thumbs up for both the food and their service! Then for the breakfast buffet, I don't know why but it was just okay 😅. Overall, Anya, we'll be back for sure! ❤️

Spent 3D2N here as part of a wedding package. Rooms are big and spacious. Includes bathtub, iron, hairdryer, and safe for valuables. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. Staff are nice and courteous. Location is also really quiet. Pool is nice also and beside the resto. Food and breakfast buffet is plentiful - only nitpick is the food choices are sometimes oily. Winner is still the margherita pizza. Very masarap and value for money esp considering the hotel price for food. Will definitely come here again for staycation.

Could be a nice place if the maintenance of the grounds were looked after. Reception desk seemed listless. Room rates seem to be on the high side at 10-13k per night although we did not stay over. Pools look good but are also over chlorinated.

Rode up to anya on our motorcycles, the plan was to have snacks and enjoy the atmosphere. It started raining so we Had the grilled degustation option at their restaurant which had chele gonzales as their chef. Food was good. Serving portions fair. Was probably the best meal i had with biker friends on our regular rides.

Anya is a beautiful and relaxing getaway! The staff is so accommodating, friendly and warm. We had an amazing time, didnt have much of a need to explore outside because we had everything within the villa!

A really great place if you prefer privacy. Great service and good food as well. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the staff. You will be riding carts to your room (really spacious, clean, well designed). Nature is well incorporated in the design of the hotel and the view overlooking the pools are breathtaking.

Beautiful and serene place. Relaxation and family time at its finest. Many activities to do during special occasions like Easter Sunday, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and New Year's Eve.💚 Good choices of foods. 2 restaurants to choose from. Anila Pool Side (Al Fresco) and Samira Grill by Chef Chele Gonzales.🤗

A beautiful retreat near Manila, Anya resort is quiet, clean, and cool. The grounds are expertly maintained by gardeners and service staff are polite and respectful. Covid safety measures are observed and guests are required to be vaccinated plus undergo swab tests. Rooms are priced at 9k per night. Breakfast was not included in our stay. The food is excellent, albeit a little pricy. The club sandwich especially is a must try. A stones throw away from Tagaytay center, Anya is the perfect choice for those really looking to experience everything Tagaytay is famous for.

We were heading back to Manila from our stay at Lian, Batangas when a friend of ours was invited to swing by Anya Resort. We decided to get a body scrub, massage and have our meals there. The massage services were amazing (I think the pandemic heightened this pleasure tho) and the place is definitely relaxing. The masseuse was well trained and very polite. They even escorted us to the spa reception holding up umbrellas because it was raining. In essence, we really enjoyed our massages. We got hungry afterwards and we tried having some Spanish cuisine at their restaurant. Everything was great! We indulged with their black ink paella, the mushroom truffle risotto and a margherita pizza. We loved everything! The chef also came out to greet us and that made us feel extra welcome. Needless to say, we enjoyed the diversion and we are all planning when we can properly stay longer for another break and enjoy the rest of the property and their amenities.

Anya is upscale in all respect. Both the facilities and the staff are highly commendable. Its location and cost will give you the peace you would expect for an rejuvenating vacation. Whether you are alone or with a loved one or the entire family, Anya is a great choice.

Great culture instilled in all staff levels. Staff are mostly nice. They immediately update you with any changes in your scheduled activity. Movie nights for kids. Heated pool. Loved the Formaggio pizza. Crust is crunchy even when cold. Less 1 star because of the lifeguard who had issues with my kid holding and playing with 1 arm band which wasnt being used by my other kid who wasnt in the pool. Didnt understand his reasoning but I didnt want to argue anymore.

I checked in with my fiancé as we were checking some possible wedding venues. The place was indeed relaxing and relatively quiet, however, we both noticed some inconsistencies with the food. We ordered the same food just like the others but what was served to us were incomplete. We asked and got a meager response. I have high expectations because of the reviews and their pricing but we were both left quite disappointed. Ive been to various places all over the world and Anya couldve stood out except for that blunder.

Good location. Nice and quiet. They also have conference rooms you can rent out and have meetings. The actual rooms are spacious and are set up like villas with 2 floors. We stayed at the lower floor and it comes with a balcony. Overall good experience, tho i bit pricey.

By far the best resort in Luzon. From the overall ambience with the garden and superb pool, relaxing views, to the spacious rooms with beautiful terraces and very good food - I can highly recommend to anyone to come here, especially when you are from Manila like myself and just want to relax and spend a good time with your family or partner! :)

Welcome Home! The moment you enter the gate you will be greeted by their very energetic guards. This will give you a moment to think whether you known them or not. But none the less, it started your experience of being At Home at Anya Resort. The place, accommodation and foods are superb. Oh, if you are a bookworm or likes to read, they do have here a mini library that will satisfy your creative mind. Feel at home at Anya Resort.

It ia secluded resort with simply beautiful natural surroundings. It is best if want to hold your small and even big events away from hustle and bustle of city life. The staff are all courteous and hospitable. The price of stay may not for an ordinary income earner but it is very worth it. 😊👍

We stayed here for two nights because my parents were invited to a wedding on a nearby church. I wasn’t expecting much but I was amazed at the friendly staff, amazing food, and clean rooms. If you want an amazing hotel in Tagaytay, this is totally for you! Truly a great value for money!

I HAVE NOTHING BUT PRAISES FOR THIS PLACE. -Clean and peaceful. They continously disinfect the place so you will feel relaly safe. -the room is also clean and big enough for us. -all the staff were courteous and fast to respond. Wherever and whenever we see a staff, they always try to greet us with a smile on their faces. -The food is good, but i suggest to add more options. All in all, the place is very great, and we really had fun.

We will always go back to this resort! We have been here twice, and it never disappoints. Their service is excellent, top-notch! Their staff are very attentive and they anticipate the needs of the guests. You don't need to check in at the counter, a golf cart will fetch at the parking area and bring you right to your room or villa! Checking out is the same, no need to go to the lobby, they will fetch you at your room, settle your bills there, and they will bring you back to the parking area! The room service is impeccable too! All food and snacks inside your refrigerator and pantry are free to consume! Your welcome drinks are inside the ref too! Coffee is freshly brewed via Nespresso machine! Food is yum, yum... try their Anila and Samira restaurants! Look for Jasper! He'll take good care of you and your family during your stay.

Booked their Junior Suite Twin for a Friday night stay for 2pax. Although the suites were walking distance from the main entrance, they also provide golf carts to take check you into your room. The accommodations were clean and spacious. Bar items (fridge and snack) were included in the room rate, which included a chocolate bar, Pringles, welcome drink, 2 cans of soda, 2 bottles of beer. Extra amenities were also a good touch - travel size hand sanitiser, surface sanitiser, and face masks. The bathroom had 2 sinks, a bathtub, and a separate shower area. Staff was great from the high-energy guard greeting you before you enter the property, to reception and, the F&B staff. Don't forget to pack your bathers (swimwear). Their heated outdoor pool is available to use all day long, 24/7. There were also lawn games available, e.g. badminton. Other classes such as Yoga and cookie decorating were also on offer. There is also a Spa, a restaurant and, a gym within the compound. Highly recommend a visit on your next visit to Tagaytay.

BEAUTIFUL and so relaxing!!! Our kids (8 and 2) had a blast as there were many activities for everyone. Beautiful place really! I was there on a business activity. My wife and kids didn't seem to mind that I was not with them during the first part of the day. Aside from the pool, there were arts and archery for the kids, and yoga and music lounge for adults. It really was a very pleasant experience for our family!! We will certainly be back for more!!
