Stopped here on a Sunday afternoon with a friend visiting from Manila. Had a good seafood pasta. Apparently the herb chicken is their specialty. Very reasonable prices on their food and drink here. A fair number of Filipino dishes available too. Nice dining room offering a comfortable setting. Good wait staff.

We chanced upon this restaurant since it is within walking distance from our b&b. We ordered the tawilis, sinigang sa miso and the tacos. The sinigang sa miso was really delicious. The broth has a hint of sweetness. The vegetables and the fish were also fresh. The meat of the taco was so flavorful and tender! They also have their own hot sauce. We also ordered their roast chicken to bring home to Manila since it is their specialty. The meat was very tender, juicy and full of flavor. It's a must try!

The servers were kind but really absent-minded. Was labeled vegetarian friendly but their salad had an after taste that was so bad, arroz caldo was pricey compared to other restaurants which isn’t the problem unless you don’t get your money’s worth. Did not taste good, had more fillers than rice. Waste of time.

The food was not very good and they answer my questions about the food. When i ask what type of mexican tacos they were he said beef which narrowed down to a few hundred choices think could not tell me anything more. I ended up having the chicken fingers which tasted discuss disgusting. I think this place it's a good review because it's clean in looks nice but the food is not good.

They don't deserve the Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence both products and services. We had our late lunch last May 13, 2018 to celebrate Mother's Day. But to our dismay the place is too hot I asked the waiter to turn on the 2 AC but he said "isa lang po ang pwedeng buksan." Btw, we had our reservation a week before May 13 as we want a comfortable place and we also went there a day before for us to check place. We were 5-10 minutes early, they reserved a table for us near the cashier and door (parang siningit lang yung table doon) but there is still one vacant table and we request to be transferred on the other table but the waiter said "nakareserve na yan sa iba (very sarcastic tone)". We went to the cashier pa to order our food wala kasing nagaassist samin. We ordered lechon ala morielli's, but it is out of stock daw. Take note we went there a day before but they didnt inform us that we need to order a day before also, kulang sa Marketing Strategy and as well as they don't offer something special for Mother's day (lima kami that time, tatlo sa kasama namin Mother - our mom, our tita and my sisters ninang). We let it pass as we don't want to ruin our day. Our orders: (***best seller) Platter of plain rice ***Bulalo ***chopsuey Ampalaya Guisado ***Pancit Canton with tagline pa "whether it's your birthday or not, our pancit canton will surely make you feel like it's a special occasion." -- hindi naman nangyari. Naghinayang lang kami and we will never come back. ***Kickin' Chicken Salad ***Suntwist Salad We thought everthing is set na. Waited for 10-20 minutes, the waiter approached us to inform us that the suntwist salad is not available. we had no choice kaya sige okay lang as we are starving already. Masarap sana kumain if sabay sabay dadating yung food like other restaurants but in Morielli's they served first plain rice next is our bulalo paisa isa with 5minutes interval each dish. I asked for cold water pero sobrang tagal magbigay, decided to go to the cashier and ask for water. We finished na our food, but we are still waiting pa rin for kicki'n chicken salad (walang dumating, walang abiso na pati yun not available, nakita ko na lang sa receipt na burado). We had additional order 2 halo halo for dessert kaso 30 minutes na wala pa din. We decided to cancel the halo halo pero walang napansin samin. Pumunta na ako ng counter para icancel and ipatake out yung bulalo (mabigat yung bowl). Bill out na, ako pa din ang lumapit sakanila para matapos na and hindi na kami mainis. I talked to the cashier and asked bakit nagiba ang service niyo compared to our first visit 1 year ago, ang sagot lang niya sakin madami po kasing tao. Malamang maraming tao lunch time, mas maraming tao nung first visit namin. Staff 1 - poor customer service Food taste 4/5 - 5 sana pero puro not available yung gusto namin Food Value for money 3/5 Wifi and Signal - no wifi Restroom 1/5 - no flush, madumi, mahina ang water Ambiance 1/5 Overall Experience - WE WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO MY RELATIVES AND FRIENDS. Btw, before they had certificate with your name pero this time wala na. Yun pa naman yung gustong gusto ng mom ko we thought maeenjoy namin like our first visit. Sana sa Mahogany Market na lang kami kumain parang same service lang naman with free saging pa doon.

The food is excellent and the portions will make sure you are full. I had the chop suey and steamed shrimp and was thoroughly pleased. Definitely worth a visit.

We had a beautiful brunch experience in this resto. Very warm atmosphere from the staff and chef/owner. Prices on the menu are reasonable. Surely, will be back soon and have that delicious authentic tacos, and will try the fajitas! BUEN PROVECHO - HASTA LA VISTA!

Ambience is good. The staff and Chef are really nice and friendly. Food is good, price is okay. Location is just along the highway so easy to find.

Slow service plus rude servers.Sigh! Your food taste good but your service leaves a bitter taste in my mouth--- it was raining, I was with two senior citizens plus two sleepy kids and you wouldn 't clear a table for us even if there were two tables available because your chatty food servers were joking around and taking their sweet time.

This restaurant is closed since the eruption of Taal Volcano last January 12, 2020 and hasn't opened until today, February 8, 2021. No idea if they gonna open again or it is permanently closed.

Food is very affordable, place is very clean. I just hope they will have a separate comfort room for men and women.

Stopped here for a bite to eat while visiting family. Fantastic food (especially the tacos) and the staff were very attentive. I would definitely recommend it here for any one passing or even make a point of visiting just for the tacos. I don't often do reviews but I felt this one was worth it.

My husband and I just happened on this restaurant and we are so happy that we did!!! The food was amazing and the service was excellent. Hands down the BEST pakbet, tapa, and halo halo we have ever tasted! We will be back!

Our family loves to dine in at Morielli's. The restaurant is warm and you feel like your just dining at home. Food is tasteful, staff are nice! Print out of our names is an added pakulo, which is fun!

Morielli's is a great place to share a meal and create memories with family and friends. The food is great and the service was exceptional (well, we were the only ones having dinner at the time). Too bad they close by 7pm on weekdays. But it makes perfect business sense since weekdays are relatively slow days for this great venue.

The resturant serves usual Filipino favorites with All Day Filipino Breakfast. We were a party of 5 for dinner while the resturant just bearly open for night time dinners. We were early. The resturant just have around 14 people dining, including us 5. Anyway we tried their Crispy Pata, Pork Sinigang, Bihon and Adobo Squid with Carnitas. The Crispy Pata was ok and was actually crispy. Though the skin was a bit on the salty side, probably salt was rubbed before frying to crisp the skin. Flavor was fine. The dipping sauce needs a little work. Pork Sinigang was a little out of the ordinary. Suspect slivers of ginger were added. Some regions use ginger on Sinigang, but it is just not my flavor. It taste like Tinola Sinigang. Soup was generous for our number, but the pork cuts have more fat than actual meat and little short for 5 people to share. Bihon Guisado and Adobo Squid was fine. Adobo Squid though came late. We were already near at the end of eating when it arrived after a follow-up. I suspect that it was forgotten. Suggest that they should cross check their order ticket for every dish that come out of the kitchen. We are patient dinners that night, but people don't like orders getting tangled somewhere unserved and forgotten. Icetea, please skip the Vanilla Extract on Icetea. It really doesn't go well. It is like drinking Icetea with Sago Gulaman. Vanilla Extract is overpowering the already flavorful Nestea. People just want honest clean food with good portions and flavor profile. Overall, the resturant has a lot of potential. Nice to visit. Buget on average is around ₱200 to ₱350/pax.

The welcome at first felt a bit too enthusiastic, that it made us feel a little uncomfortable but, we soon realized that it was very real. The food was very good. I had a very small concern and they stepped-up above and beyond our expectation. We actually felt a bit of guilt for addressing it in the first place.

Interesting specialities like Sinigang na Maya-Maya, their tacos ofc and their grilled chicken is tasty. Sadly the number for reservation and information on the website is not available ! Same with the view they could offer.. Good Service staff.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience dining in. The place looks clean and the waiting staff was nice. But food was a let down. We ordered Rice, Garlic Rice, Brewed Coffee, Adobong Pusit, Dinuguan, and Buttered Shrimp. Rice was okay Coffee is good Dinuguan is fine However the rest was disappointing The adobong pusit was nowhere like adobo. Colour is pale. There were tomatoes and the vinegar was overpowering. The buttered shrimp wasn't good either. Garlic appears undercooked. And the shrimp was still raw. The waiting staff was informed who informed the chef. The waiting staff came back to us saying that the shrimp isn't raw and "ganun daw po talaga kasi maoovercook". My friend asked to speak with the chef but he didn't come out. I feel sorry for the waiting staff.

could be the best chicken I've had in Tagaytay outside the fastfood chain group. Bulalo also a thumbs up.
