They
don't
deserve
the
Tripadvisor
Certificate
of
Excellence
both
products
and
services.
We
had
our
late
lunch
last
May
13,
2018
to
celebrate
Mother's
Day.
But
to
our
dismay
the
place
is
too
hot
I
asked
the
waiter
to
turn
on
the
2
AC
but
he
said
"isa
lang
po
ang
pwedeng
buksan."
Btw,
we
had
our
reservation
a
week
before
May
13
as
we
want
a
comfortable
place
and
we
also
went
there
a
day
before
for
us
to
check
place.
We
were
5-10
minutes
early,
they
reserved
a
table
for
us
near
the
cashier
and
door
(parang
siningit
lang
yung
table
doon)
but
there
is
still
one
vacant
table
and
we
request
to
be
transferred
on
the
other
table
but
the
waiter
said
"nakareserve
na
yan
sa
iba
(very
sarcastic
tone)".
We
went
to
the
cashier
pa
to
order
our
food
wala
kasing
nagaassist
samin.
We
ordered
lechon
ala
morielli's,
but
it
is
out
of
stock
daw.
Take
note
we
went
there
a
day
before
but
they
didnt
inform
us
that
we
need
to
order
a
day
before
also,
kulang
sa
Marketing
Strategy
and
as
well
as
they
don't
offer
something
special
for
Mother's
day
(lima
kami
that
time,
tatlo
sa
kasama
namin
Mother
-
our
mom,
our
tita
and
my
sisters
ninang).
We
let
it
pass
as
we
don't
want
to
ruin
our
day.

choice
kaya

we

starving
already.
Masarap
sana
kumain
if
sabay
sabay
dadating
yung
food
like
other
restaurants
but
in
Morielli's
they
served
first
plain
rice
next
is
our
bulalo
paisa
isa
with
5minutes
interval
each
dish.
I
asked
for
cold
water
pero
sobrang
tagal
magbigay,
decided
to
go
to
the
cashier
and
ask
for
water.
We
finished
na
our
food,
but
we
are
still
waiting
pa
rin
for
kicki'n
chicken
salad
(walang
dumating,
walang
abiso
na
pati
yun
not
available,
nakita
ko
na
lang
sa
receipt
na
burado).
We
had
additional
order
2
halo
halo
for
dessert
kaso
30
minutes
na
wala
pa
din.
We
decided
to
cancel
the
halo
halo
pero
walang
napansin
samin.
Pumunta
na
ako
ng
counter
para
icancel
and
ipatake
out
yung
bulalo
(mabigat
yung
bowl).
Bill
out
na,
ako
pa
din
ang
lumapit
sakanila
para
matapos
na
and
hindi
na
kami
mainis.
I
talked
to
the
cashier
and
asked
bakit
nagiba
ang
service
niyo
compared
to
our
first
visit
1
year
ago,
ang
sagot
lang
niya
sakin
madami
po
kasing
tao.
Malamang
maraming
tao
lunch
time,
mas
maraming
tao
nung
first
visit
namin.
