For me, it's just okay. Why? When sitting outside the parking area is blocking the whole view. Not sure why they made soooo huge parking area and Starbucks itself should be where parking area is (mostly people take pictures, selfies from there), allowing all customers to enjoy the view. There are other branches which have done that and I enjoyed so much there. Staff clean table instantly after the customer leave, the coffee itself is always on point just better position on the property would make a huge impact and would make this place bigger and better attraction. Would say that extending of lower floor would be a huge benefit, replacing part of parking area with sitting area.

It's a Starbucks with a great view of Taal Volcano and the mountainous forests around. Amazing.

They're already open at 9:37am and only three customers were inside. Still has to follow their protocol. The other location is quite crowded than this location.

Very nice place to hang out with family and friends. It does get crowded during weekend and at around the evening. Thus the long lines and some waiting time to get seated. Parking balcony gets the most attention from guest as it has a great view of taal. Picture taking is a must here. Parking lot gets full and you are expected to really wait to get parked. Overall, food is great, ambiance is great, view is great, location is great, weather is great. What else could you ask for? 😁

Went here just for the "Tagatay Been There" mug but to no avail. According to the security staff it gets easily sold out. They should restock more items since it's in high demand. Spacious with plenty of tables and chairs. Crowded specially in the afternoon to evening. Best time to visit every morning to avoid long queues.

Iconic view, spacious seating arrangement, and generous parking lots (like a looooot of parking space). The main entrance and exit have a very steep slope from a T-intersection (so please be careful and reduce speed to avoid accident). On the other hand, the interior design looks like wooden industrial mountain house. The outdoor seating area is a bit close to each other. So if you want privacy and space, avoid visiting at night where it is expected to be fully-occupied. Don't forget to bring your vaccination card.

Best starbucks location so far as they have view deck that can see the taal volcano while enjoying your favorite starbucks coffee.

This place is very convenient, great scenery view from the hill to the surrounding area. Atmosphere is quite chill and cozy too. The food price is pretty standard (Starbucks) and variety of choices too. I love the cheese cake + Frape🥤. This establishment is a gun free area with a security guards, cctv monitoring system. Parking space is very limited but just besides the building. Come early to get the spot. Overall, this place is a great and I’ll be coming back to Tagaytay and hang around im the nearby future.

Very long lines during weekend. Lot of seating area and space for large groups + a panoramic view and overlooking deck towards Taal lake. No trees and shades outside and mostly concrete. Steep downward access to parking space.

Wonderful view lots of parking and friendly staff. Went Sunday morning 8am after Palm Sunday. There’s a crowd but still have seats inside. Mostly people just park and take photos outside and leave so there’s always space for parking. Ordered the teavana and cherry blossom cake. They got our order wrong and gave us cherry blossom donuts instead ; they replaced it immediately. We told them We’ll just buy the donut coz We didn’t want it to go to waste. They just gave it to us for feee 😊 thank you! Happy Palm Sunday!

Very nice spot for ovelooking view of the Taal Lake. They also maintain strict health protocols around the area. The food, drinks, and service live up to the name of the brand. Perfect for dates and stopovers between travels around the south area.

No pastries when we came. Guess due to the pandemic. Would have complete with it. Enjoyed the Caramel Macchiato instead. Great view of Taal.

The view is amazing, the driving in and out of the parking is also well directed although it is quite steep. They complied to proper social distancing. There are only a few issues such as the parking having a few litter scattered here and there, the bathroom can also be cleaner. Overall, 4 out of 5

The steep slope was quite an experience for drivers 😅 and has huge parking space. This Starbucks is one of the biggest that I’ve ever been, not to forget the iconic view of Taal lake. Kudos to their polite staff 👍 Ooops I am vegetarian and happy that they serve plant based food and drinks 🌱

The current barista is not so friendly. My sister asked where the CR is and he answered its closed. While waiting for our orders, we noticed people going in and out of the CR. So my sister get in and the barista reasoned due to covid protocol. Then the 2nd reason was barado daw. Also, my brother encountered rude answers from this person unfortunately we weren't able to get his name.

Very nice big parking space lots of seating inside extra tables downstairs having covid19 regulations air con Nice choice of drinks and snacks polite staff best of all having grand view of taal volcano and lake could of stayed there all day and chill but staff said I'm only allowed 1hour to stay so would of given 5 star but for that only 4star but all in all nice .

  • 5/5 Shamir A. 2 years ago on Google
A place with an absolutely amazing view! If there was no COVID19 I would have stayed here for hours and enjoyed the whole of the scenery. Astonishingly beautiful overlooking the gorgeousness of the Taal Volcano. I would absolutely come back here.

  • 4/5 Jesse F. 2 years ago on Google
Very strict when it comes to dine in... 30% capacity and you're allowed only to stay for 1 hour. Still best coffee ☕ perfect for their 🍰!

  • 5/5 Brenz R. 1 year ago on Google
What to review, it's sb so quality is most likely at the top for normal cafes. But you'll be here for the view, the pines scent (though only faint), or to chill after a Tagaytay event, (or simply when you're in Tagaytay) The thing is that, expect lines always, and sometimes its too noisy. Well most guest have their conversation at normal decibels, but some really want to enjoy every single peso they spent to hangout (in terms of decibels). Parking is spacious (like 80-90% of the place is parking)

  • 4/5 joseph c. 3 months ago on Google New
Overated coffee shop but still we can't deny that Starbucks is a must especially if you are in Tagaytay. The view and the humidity is great. The perfect spot to unwind but much better in dawn where the cool wind starts to blow.

  • 4/5 Dave A. 1 year ago on Google
Starbucks themed this one with the Bulalo Capital.. Overlooking iconic 2nd most active volcano in the country, they have ample parking space , cool ambiance in and out! Not so much selections of souvenir items though.

  • 5/5 Paulo B. 11 months ago on Google
Definitely one of the best spots to chill in Tagaytay. I was bored that day so I decided to drive up here and see what's the hype. Food and services are the usual nothing note worthy. But the atmosphere itself is really different, from the good view outside up to the interiors of the shop. It gets crowded from time to time, so yea expect it to be noisy at times. Overall 10/10

  • 5/5 Peter Q. 9 months ago on Google
My only problem here is that it is tooo overcrowded at times. When I arrived here queue was very long. The usual starbucks experience. Staff were good and attentive. Extra points because it got some good views of Taal Lake. Most of all kudos to their security guard, he really made sure that my laptop was safe while being away briefly.

  • 5/5 Mary Jane J. 4 months ago on Google
Syempre, matsalap!😆😆😆 Choco chip for me, delicious! It was raining when we went there, so while sipping my drink, nangatog sa lamig. They have a view deck showing off the beautiful Taal lake. Soo nice😊😊

It was a cold morning. Coffee and breakfast here with my boyfriend brought warmth ❤️ plus the taal and lake view 😊 Great environment. A good place to visit, relax and have some coffee when you will go in Tagaytay 🙂👌

The place was relaxing and comfortable. We decided to stop over and have a sip of hot and cold coffee before proceeding to manila. As expected their beverage always compliment the ambience and the cold weather. My brother in law together with my nephews enjoyed our bonding here. A good place to catch up.

  • 3/5 Tim M. 1 year ago on Google
Ultimately it’s just a Starbucks. Really efficient staff with efficient products. Very clean with seating all about. They keep the place clean considering the crowds. It’s the view that sets it apart. I would say go eat somewhere with the same view.

Here during night time, I bet if its a daylight it would be a fantastic view of Tagaytay! Spacious, following health protocols, large parking space and crews are really cool! Hoping to be back soon! ♥️

Accessibility: Just beside the mainroad of tagaytay, with sloping entrance, easily accessed by both private and public vehicles. Parking: Ample parking space for customers. Wheelchair friendly Ambience: Picturesque view of the the ridge, easily relaxing due to tagaytay's cool weather. The place was busy during our visit. Food: consistent with all other starbucks branches. We ordered chocolate chip and white mocha with sausage and bacon and sticky cinnamon bun for bread. As expected, tastes good. Service and staff: a little longer queue waiting time as compared with other branches, but still fast service. Staff are accommodating.

  • 3/5 Adrielle O. 1 year ago on Google
Starbucks branch that offers the same menu with other Starbucks stores. They offer the same drink flavors, pastries, and snacks. The establishment offers very spacious parking lot. The idea of the restaurant is the offer a view of Taal. The place gets very crowded and loud. Nothing is very special in this cafe.

  • 4/5 Kizeah 5 months ago on Google
Food - Iced Pumpkin Latte is not that remarkable but its a good choice for those who prefers less sweet. - Flat bread is like a savory pizza but a little pricy for its serving. Service - Has parking attendants and ample parking spaces - Has lots and lots of seats in and outside the store - Bathroom is a little less maintained - Extra milk (small cup) is no longer free upon request - Staff at the counter was impatient to complete orders even when I told her to hold a minute since my mom cannot run that fast Atmosphere - The view is still calming and nice despite existence of Hiraya and Hotel 8 branches (with a different view of Taal Lake) - Signal is low or absent so remote working using the internet here is not highly recommended

  • 5/5 Lowell Joseph V. 2 years ago on Google
Update on this Starbucks in particular. Due to the current variant, 50% capacity here only. Half the of the main parking lot is only available, the bottom is not, the sectioned is still available. Bottom part of the Starbucks is not available, only the main and a bit outside.

  • 5/5 Jun D. 2 years ago on Google
This branch of Starbucks has became a landmark of Tagaytay City. From this vantage point you will see the whole of the lake and the volcano - which is still active - in the center. It also has an outdoor area with a fire pit. Same cost for a drink like in other starbucks branches but it offers a very nice view and ambience. It has indoor, outdoor and 2nd floor dine-in. Please be cautious on parking because it very steep. During holidays and specially weekends most of the time it is crowded and all tables and chairs are fully occupied. Some are standing outside while having a drink. Expect worse traffic situation as well during weekends. Best to go in there every weekdays or weekend early in the morning.

The vibe and atmosphere, they're not as "comforting" as what I'd expect them to be. Aside from the place being too crowded, I've noticed the staffs gawking on us, from the second floor. It's awkward.

  • 4/5 Angela B. 3 years ago on Google
This starbucks was huge. Expect long lines outside the cafe to follow social distancing and safety protocols. The view outside isnt that great though. There's a huge parking space which was closed. And a viewing deck which was also closed. Too bad huh? Yes, it's quite overrated. 🙂

  • 5/5 Jayson A. 3 years ago on Google
Nice place to be with your friends tho it was crowded when we arrived which I think reasonable due to its scenery where it is located and weekend.

  • 3/5 Mark M. 3 years ago on Google
Not really a fan of Starbucks as I find their coffee expensive. This branch has a very long line despite the pandemic. Social distancing strictly being implemented which is good but it isn't as enjoyable as you'd think. Good view on the upper deck but easily packed with people doing tiktoks and stuff. Good place to visit if it's just the two of you.

Still one of the many branches of Starbucks that people want to visit. Staff is always reminding and checking that one table per person is allowed. They're strict actually and it's a good thing bec. not everyone is following this.

  • 5/5 Wency V. 3 years ago on Google
The staff is so welcoming. Health protocols are all surely observe before entering and while inside the shop. The only problem is the crowd, you need to have patience especially when going on red hours. But overall, it's great.

If you just want to be out of town to a nearby province and have some coffee. This is the right place. The store requires shield and mask before entering. They may ask for a Valid ID. So if you're senior and young or from outside residence.
