Good
day!
I
just
wanted
to
let
you
know
that
I
think
things
need
to
improve
in
terms
of
service.
I
don't
know
if
you
are
the
manager
or
the
owner.
But
I
think
customer
satisfaction
is
always
a
priority.
I
think
it's
kind
of
offensive,
or
we
find
it
rude,
how
you
approach
us
and
deliver
your
message.
First,
you
tell
us
that
we're
not
parking
properly
with
a
tone
that
is
kind
of
bossy
and
rude.
(In
the
first
place,
there's
a
car
that
is
not
parked
properly,
so
I
have
to
adjust.)
I
know
we
are
using
your
electricity.
But
it's
our
privilege
to
use
it
since
we
pay
for
coffee
and
cake
and
the
socket
is
there,
and
it
doesn't
say
anything
to
not
use
it
or
"do
not
charge"
(so
I'm
assuming
it's
our
privilege
to
charge
our
electronic
devices).
This
is
the
only
and
first
coffee
shop
where
they
approach
us
to
buy
more
in
order
to
use
their
electricity
(how
you
said,
"Is
there
any
order?"
and
"Because
you're
using
our
electricity").
You
intervene
even
when
someone
is
in
the
middle
of
a
call.
If
we're
consuming
a
lot
of
electricity,
you
can
say
it
in
a
polite
way.
Sunday
is
our
relaxation
day
to
unwind.
It's
kind
of
sad
how
you
approach
us,
giving
us
bad
vibes.
We
felt
uncomfortable;
we
just
did
our
aftercare
and
left
properly.
Please
be
kind
to
your
customer.
We
always
come
back
to
coffee
shops
with
good
customer
service
and
experience.
