I always love to shop at the Wilcon Depot (Silang) for all my construction materials and supplies including tools and equipment. The Silang team led by its Manager Jean Castro, Asst. Store Manager Jayson "Tatz" Tato, DIY manager Arvin Padilla, Op manager Ma. Elizabeth Abar and Jayson Dimaranan are very attentive and serve customers with true dedication. The sales staff are very product knowledgeable and are respectful. I give Wilcon Silang a 5 stars rating. The customer service and attention by the staff is par excellence and consistent. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wilcon Depot is the go to store to buy finishing materials, fixtures and hardware needs. They have wide array of items that will fill most common and not so common construction needs. They have clean restroom on the main floor and helpful staffs. They also have computerized paint mixing station to help you get consistent colors for your painting needs. My only concern is that they do not have a restroom on their bottom level, and need to run up the main floor to have relief. And this place is huge. Generally I have pleasant experiences with Wilcon. Highly recommended.

Huge store (bigger than Builders) with impressive name-it diy home choices; on Aguinaldo hway, 4 kms from Tagaytay rotunda. Open daily 8am-9pm, easy parking. I picked up various items needed for my condo fixes. Crew are helpful and knowledgeable.

From the road the store looked small, but when I went inside It was really huge having a full basement and ground floor. Wilcon Depot - Silang is really complete for your house requirement. House Decorations, civil materials and down to your gardening tools.

Very large Depot, have most of what is used, but not much of what is out there better. Good help some employers. Nice place 2 floors.

We started going to this branch for supplies for a Tagaytay House build. This was one of the nearest hardware stores in our area. Unfortunately, their tile policy is super super strict. They do not allow return of sealed, unused, intact tiles still in boxes if 30 days have elapsed. In other wilcon branches they accept up to 60 days. We were actually aware of this 30-day rule when we bought them, but who finishes tiling a house in less than 30 days? 30 days is too small a window for return of unused items. Of course you have to account for damages during the build, revisions to areas, etc... I suggest to try CW home depot, tiles are cheaper pa with a 10% Pagibig card discount if purchase reach 50k. CW personnel in Sta Rosa are even more friendly and attentive, never mind they will be taking their lunch break a little late, in the spirit of service, I just have to commend them. I always leave CW with a smile on my face whereas with Wilcon... read further.... Generally, we also had trouble with staff and commitment to service. It seems the staff get impatient and leave when you havent made a decision yet to purchase a n item or when you are still considering your options. They "suddenly" go on breaks in the middle of assisting us. Then their policy for checkout is soooo confusing and irritationg. Apparently if you are buying at the DIY area, the checkout counter is different from the general tile area. Then you also have diffrent checkout counters for "pick-up items" vs "delivery items" vs "same-day pickup". Then they also do not allow "pickup of loose items". We were just so confused, and spent 1 hour going back and forth between checkout counters downstairs to the different customer service counters near the entrance. No one seemed capable of giving us a good answer. Checkout takes longer for bulky items, approx 15 to 30 mins. It's a shame, they have a big variety of items but their customer service is just sub par, except for Miss Marg in the tiles area. She was one of the more knowledgeable staff to assist us. She deserves a promotion for customer service.

Some of the tiles are on display are not available on the store. They said it is available on the other branch which is the transfer from one branch to another branch is taking alot of time and it cost me delay of time and cost of money for my workers. I hope they can improve more than this.

It was ok, prices similar to All Home. Service wasn't as good as All Home but ok

The place is great, considetably cheaper compare to its counterpart in tagaytay But still the price is a bit upscale compare to local hardware. The upside is you get plenty of items to choose from, its almosta obe stop shop.

I purchased a much needed 5000 watt automatic voltage regulator for my pool motor. They had exactly what I needed and all the staff are very friendly.

One of the biggest Wilcon branch. I think its even bigger than ALabang, Sucat or Makati. Organized. Helpful staff. Ample parking space. Too bad their food stall is closed.

Some stocks are missing barcode so we were not able to buy them, also some were damaged.

Its difficult to coordinate with them whenever you have concern on the item purchased.

I wish they can provide a shade for their customers falling in line at the entrance for contract tracing. Imaging a huge construction supply store cannot provide a shade to take care for their clients being soaked in the sun and rain🤦.

You can find all your needs here.. hardware, tiles, bathroom accessories,living and bed rooms fixtures, kitchen etc. .

This establishment failed to provide the product they had earlier confirmed by telephone that they had in stock Nd reserved for us. We wasted an hour driving there.

Parking is a prob sometimes, ...you would want to be closeby the main entrance, too hot to be at the parkimg space waiting for vacancy.

Unlike Wilcon (Gen Trias), they don't allow pets inside the store. I ordered 2 American standard showers and was given a 2 week lead time. It took them 3 months to get us the items. We had to ask them to send those over to Wilcon Gen.Trias for pick up since we go there every couple weeks.

Very helpful staff, bought most of my building materials from here, love browsing the aisles.

- Wilcon has very high prices, which are sometimes justified, e.g. Qualities of 'the same products/brands' in other shops are significantly different (i.e. colors are mixed with cheap components and are therefore cheaper to buy!). - The staff sometimes lack product knowledge. - Unfortunately, sometimes misleading information is given. + Large selection + Good accessibility of the branch + Free parking

Has most hardware needs a bit expensive but easy one stop shopping.

Great place to go for customized paint mix and exploring options and possibilities in home improvement projects but the prices are quiet steep. Free parking available and be ready to present your receipt at the store exit to provide proof of purchase.

My favorite one stop store for all my home improvement needs for construction supplies and materials, etc... As usual, the management staff are very friendly , courteous, attentive and knowledgeable.
