We
started
going
to
this
branch
for
supplies
for
a
Tagaytay
House
build.
This
was
one
of
the
nearest
hardware
stores
in
our
area.
Unfortunately,
their
tile
policy
is
super
super
strict.
They
do
not
allow
return
of
sealed,
unused,
intact
tiles
still
in
boxes
if
30
days
have
elapsed.
In
other
wilcon
branches
they
accept
up
to
60
days.
We
were
actually
aware
of
this
30-day
rule
when
we
bought
them,
but
who
finishes
tiling
a
house
in
less
than
30
days?
30
days
is
too
small
a
window
for
return
of
unused
items.
Of
course
you
have
to
account
for
damages
during
the
build,
revisions
to
areas,
etc...
I
suggest
to
try
CW
home
depot,
tiles
are
cheaper
pa
with
a
10%
Pagibig
card
discount
if
purchase
reach
50k.
CW
personnel
in
Sta
Rosa
are
even
more
friendly
and
attentive,
never
mind
they
will
be
taking
their
lunch
break
a
little
late,
in
the
spirit
of
service,
I
just
have
to
commend
them.
I
always
leave
CW
with
a
smile
on
my
face
whereas
with
Wilcon...
read
further....
Generally,
we
also
had
trouble
with
staff
and
commitment
to
service.
It
seems
the
staff
get
impatient
and
leave
when
you
havent
made
a
decision
yet
to
purchase
a
n
item
or
when
you
are
still
considering
your
options.
They
"suddenly"
go
on
breaks
in
the
middle
of
assisting
us.
Then
their
policy
for
checkout
is
soooo
confusing
and
irritationg.
Apparently
if
you
are
buying
at
the
DIY
area,
the
checkout
counter
is
different
from
the
general
tile
area.
Then
you
also
have
diffrent
checkout
counters
for
"pick-up
items"
vs
"delivery
items"
vs
"same-day
pickup".
Then
they
also
do
not
allow
"pickup
of
loose
items".
We
were
just
so
confused,
and
spent
1
hour
going
back
and
forth
between
checkout
counters
downstairs
to
the
different
customer
service
counters
near
the
entrance.
No
one
seemed
capable
of
giving
us
a
good
answer.
Checkout
takes
longer
for
bulky
items,
approx
15
to
30
mins.
It's
a
shame,
they
have
a
big
variety
of
items
but
their
customer
service
is
just
sub
par,
except
for
Miss
Marg
in
the
tiles
area.
She
was
one
of
the
more
knowledgeable
staff
to
assist
us.
She
deserves
a
promotion
for
customer
service.
