I
can
certainly
say
this
is
the
worst
dining
experience
I've
ever
had.
RSM
Lutong
Bahay
fails
in
all
aspects
of
restaurant
standards.
We
dined
here
on
Oct.
31
for
dinner.
We
were
supposed
to
dine
at
Bag
of
Beans
pero
super
haba
ng
pila,
so
we
decided
to
dine
here
because,
based
on
the
name,
"lutong
bahay"
siya
β
and
you
can't
go
wrong
with
lutong
bahay.
We
ordered
simple
Filipino
dishes
β
chicken
tinola,
beef
kaldereta,
and
broccoli
with
beef.
However,
they
managed
to
mess
up
such
straight-to-the-point
dishes.
The
chicken
tinola
was
incredibly
salty.
One
sip
of
soup
tasted
like
one
tablespoon
of
salt.
There
was
no
depth
of
flavor,
just
downright
saltiness.
I
made
my
mom
taste
it,
and
she
agreed
it
was
inedible.
There
were
only
3
tiny
pieces
of
chicken
and
minimal
vegetables.
We
asked
the
server
how
it
could
be
fixed,
and
he
offered
to
add
more
water.
It
also
took
them
so
long
to
serve
the
chicken
tinola
and
kaldereta.
Take
note
the
restaurant
was
practically
empty.
30
minutes
into
eating,
the
server
notified
us
that
the
broccoli
with
beef
was
unavailable.
We
were
already
so
disappointed
with
the
taste
of
the
food;
but
we
were
starving,
so
we
didn't
argue
with
the
servers
anymore.
We
asked
what
dishes
were
available,
but
the
server
said
she
wasn't
sure
because
it
is
a
karinderia-style
restaurant
PALA.
So,
we
went
to
the
"karinderia"
and
saw
the
remaining
food.
We
thought
that
for
the
price,
we'd
be
getting
freshly
cooked
dishes,
but
all
the
dishes
were
pre-cooked
na
pala.
The
dishes
have
probably
been
there
since
morning.
Then,
the
server
in
the
karinderia
couldn't
even
give
us
our
order
agad
agad
kasi
marami
raw
orders.
You
don't
even
have
to
cook
anything
from
scratch,
literal
na
magrereheat
lang
kayo
and
it
would
take
30
minutes?!
The
chopsuey
was
horrible
β
rubbery,
gummy,
and
tasted
days
old.
We
really
could
not
stomach
the
food.
Overall,
I
absolutely
regret
dining
here.
This
resto
does
not
have
any
safety
or
quality
standards,
and
our
experience
here
ruined
our
trip.
There
are
so
many
more
unpleasant
things
I
could
say
about
this
restaurant.
Anyway,
my
advice
to
anyone
who
plans
to
dine
here
is
to
stick
with
established
restaurants
in
Tagaytay
with
quality
control
measures.
