Stayed there for a couple of nights for our company's leadership seminar. Rooms are ok, food was so-so. The most noteworthy of the stay was, the MULTOs in this place are a bit aggressive. An officemate of mine had this experience that someone pulled her blanket while sleeping. A manager can't seem to find a room to stay because all the rooms she transferred to, the aircon suddenly won't work. Shadows walking here and there. Occasional knocking on your room even though it's midnight. And all other multo things.

Whole place especially the rooms are outdated. Even if you book a room for 4, they will only provide 1 key which was quite inconvenient. Goodluck getting internet or mobile signal in this place. The views are nice. There is no clear lobby. Overall maybe the place needs some renovations and updating

The hotel is outdated. Not worth the price. Do not get rooms in the Santorini area. It's TOO far from the lobby. They have golf carts that can bring you to that area but it's only until 9pm. Beyond that then you'll have to walk. Room: There is a noticeble gap between the door and the door frame. The TV in the room is very small. The towels are old. The toiletries are so-so. The bathroom smelled odd. Water pressure was strong though. Communication: There is no network signal in the rooms and no WiFi either. WiFi is only available in the lobby and coffee shop. The landline to call the front desk sometimes doesn't work. View: No view from the veranda. You have to go outside and up the rooftop to see the amazing view. Menu: Doesn't look appetizing. Breakfast was okay, we had tapa and bacon at almost 300 pesos each. Staff: Friendly. I think this is the only redeeming factor of this hotel.

Nice interiors. Great view. Food is nice. Room is okay except it looks old and the bed and pillow is a bit uncomfortable. But they have very nice staff. Very efficient and accommodating. Guard at the entrance is helpful too. Hotel needs improvement but manageable.

One of the best resort hotels in the City of Tagaytay! Estancia was highly recommended by a close friend and true to his word, we had fun! We got such a warm welcome. Courteous staff! Delicious food... very clean and well-designed rooms. Well-maintained facilities and surroundings... even the security staff are helpful. Great customer service! Value for money venue for family or corporate events. Thank you and congratulations! We will definitely be back. πŸ˜˜πŸ’• The place to stay when you visit Tagaytay!

A good haven for relaxation if you want to get away from the busy buzzing sound of the city traffic. We had a great view of Taal volcano while having our hot tea on a breezy cold morning. The food was okay, it could still be better. The bathroom was spacious and clean. We had an affordable massage service inside our room that made us so relaxed in a comfy bed all through the night.

We stayed there for 2 nights last weekend with my husband 2 kids and my grandson. It was a good stay altho our place is quite a challenge due to the hanging bridge, exciting tho and we were a bit far from the main area but other than that we enjoyed our stay. We slept.well and no untoward incident. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will surely go back and stay again! Kudos to the manager and staff!

Rooms are at a distance. The lift was not functional so you have to walk through the stairs going up the highway.

The staff was very helpful. The view, wonderful. The location, very accessible. Parking will be a challenge for new drivers as it is an uphill steep ramp but the guards will assist the driver if needed.

My and my partner stayed at Estancia for three nights. Things that weren’t so good: ant infestation, we contacted staff on day three to remove them when they clean the room, room was cleaned well but ants were still there. We also didn’t have wifi, restaurant access and TV despite that being on their booking. Besides that area and view was beautiful and room was well priced and nice.

We’ve had our staycation there during the time my father was still working in riviera as a project manager when it was still in development way back in 1997.

For those who prefer a more relaxed experience, the hotel's spa offers a range of treatments to help guests unwind and de-stress. Estancia Hotel in Tagaytay is a great choice for those looking for a luxurious and peaceful retreat in a beautiful location, which provides stunning views of the Taal Lake and a Satornini-feels architecture. With its attentive staff, comfortable rooms, and stunning views, it is sure to provide a memorable experience for guests.

This resort has friendly staff and lots of play time. They have a billiard room, heated swimming pool, regular swimming pool and hot tub. Peaceful views all around the resort. Water pressure is low and ants in your room. I recommend this for short stays.
