The room lacks repairs and crowded. But for the price, I'd say it's fair enough. Limited parking space but close to the Tagaytay City Center nonetheless. If you are on a budget and just looking for a place to rest/sleep, then this is for you.

Pillowcases and bedsheets were dirty. Aircon was noisy, we tried to request changing rooms but the available room also has a noisy aircon and I saw a cockroach crawl under the bed. Wifi username and password provided was not working. There was no telephone to contact customer service or the reception area. Room has no windows. Blanket was not comfortable. Bed was not that stable. Towels provided were torn, smelly, and dirty. Toiletries provided were not enough for two people. Water supply was also not stable. Toilet flush and bidet was not working. There were trash in the garbage bin even before checking in. Safekeeping of keys were not proper as the staff opened the room supposedly reserved for us, but was already occupied and people were resting inside the room. Also, we were not asked to show any identification in the reception area. We did not finish the two night stay and immediately left after sleeping for one night.

We were happy to stay in a deluxe suite room, considering we were five people on vacation. The room was quiet, which we appreciated. It was so clean; I could tell that the pillows and bedding were newly washed. The staff were accommodating and often smiled at us whenever my family and I passed by. I think our experience was worth it. If we go to Tagaytay again, I will consider staying at OYO 741 Sierra Travellers Inn. After all, it was already our second time at the inn.

The only reason why we got this accommodation is because of the very short distance from our place of event. It was just 2 minute walk. The room is so small. As well as the bathroom. Bed is not comfy. Parking is limited. But the staff (Rod & Gina) were very friendly, helpful and very patient with us. Kudos to them!

The place is clean but lack of facilities. You need to bring your own toiletries and towels.

When we're about to check out, no one informs us if it's okay to leave, or we need to wait while they check the room before we could leave. No one was checking our room, but my husband already gave them the key.

The hotel as a whole is presentable and clean. The staff who assisted us is very friendly and courteous. Our room was nice and enough for us (we're 6 pax),we had a good sleep and that's important. The terrace was lovely and have fresh air. There's a restaurant and stores nearby so you can buy anything outside. It was a good stay and a good place.

We were here for three weeks in November - December 2016. The rooms are comfortable and the service and hospitality were OUTSTANDING! Five star service at a very reasonable budget price!

If you only need a place to sleep or short stay, this is the place to be. We spent 2 days here, we got it for a good deal. We were happy that we stayed here. If you are into walking, you can stay here because it is reasonably near the Olivarez Terminal where all means of public transportation for Tagaytay are located. The room was sufficient for 2 persons. They have decent small dining/living area where you can sit if you don't want to lie down to bed yet. Air-conditioning was good even though it's quite old. Comfort room is clean and simple. Overall, it was a minimalist and straightforward accommodation good for a couple. If you will stay almost outside exploring Tagaytay, this is a decent place to stay. You can also check out the places nearby this area to eat, shop souvenirs and etc.

It's a small inn outside Tagaytay City but very near the junction roughly only 3 minutes drive. It's adjacent D'Banquet. Sierra Travellers Inn is very accessible, either via public or private transport since it's along Aguinaldo Highway. What I liked most about this place is that the community is clean and peaceful. Full of greenery which added to the out-of-town feels. Take note that the inn does not offer any food for sale but there are food establishments nearby. They have refreshments though. So fill up before settling in your room. Or perhaps order take out along the way. The room that I reserved is ample for 2 persons. The double bed is comfortable however the sheets kept sliding off because the mattress is made of leather. The blanket is not enough for 2 persons though. However they were generous with pillows, our room has 3 😁. The 2 towels were clean and smelled fresh when I used it. They even have toiletries that came along, which included 2 toothbrushes, small soap 1 sachet each of shampoo and conditioner. The comfort room was clean when we arrived, also had its shower room together. Amazingly they have strong water supply considering it's the season when there's water rationing in most parts of Cavite. The hot shower is consistent. There were however noises that we heard coming from the ceiling. The noises were like made by pets and footsteps from the owners. The room however where we're checked in does not have a 2nd floor though. That's why I'm quite puzzled where all the noises are coming from. The management should look into this because it's bothersome. By the way, I don't have enough pictures of the place but the one posted on their link is pretty accurate. All in all, I highly recommend this place especially those who have limited budget for accommodations. The inn is accessible, clean, and decent for its price.

👍 Stopped here on a Sunday afternoon with a friend visiting from Manila. Had a good seafood pasta. Apparently the herb chicken is their specialty. Very reasonable prices on their food and drink here. A fair number of Filipino dishes available too. Nice dining room offering a comfortable setting. Good...

😐 Korean Grill is the name of the Korean restaurant inside the travelers’s inn. I think they are the cheapest unli Samgyup in Tagaytay. Be wary of their no leftovers for uncooked meat policy. Their side dishes are not that good.
