One of the best hotels I've stayed, not just in the Philippines, but in SEA as well. Clean and spacious room with excellent service and friendly staff. It's location in Nuvali is great. You can do morning or afternoon walk in the near by "lake" park. They also offer shuttle service if you need to go to near by malls which is very convinient, no need to worry about driving and looking for parking in the mall. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and will surely be back.

On September 15, 2022 around 4pm, we checked in at Seda Hotel Nuvali. We were given a room as well as the key. We went to our room to freshen up. Around 5pm, we went out to dinner with the family. After dinner, we went back to our hotel room, to our surprise, upon entering the room, we found out that someone has already occupied our room. My make up bag went missing including 2 of our expensive items. We spoke to the front desk (Anela Pablo) and the only resolution she gave us was to transfer to another room. She thought that transferring to another room and apologizing will work. Then I demanded to speak to her manager (Niel Inocentes). They had me wait for more than 10 minutes just to talk to him. It is almost midnight here and as of this time, there is no resolution. Please be cognizant of your privacy when booking your hotel stay at Seda Nuvali. Guests won’t know if they over booked the room until you find that someone has already invaded your privacy. This property does not value customer service nor the privacy of their guests. This is supposed to be a 4-star hotel but your privacy is at risk by them letting a total stranger occupy a room that you’re checked into.

The hotel’s location and amenities were all excellent and check-in was a breeze. My sister and I had a relaxing overnight stay here last weekend. We were bothered at first by the fact that the walls are quite thin, so thin that you could actually hear people’s conversations from the other room. We forgot about it because of the great room view, large, comfortable beds, and a very accommodating and friendly hotel staff. Health and safety protocols were followed, too. Will definitely go back with the whole family next time. 😊

We checked in at the old building. The aircon was good and the staff at the lobby. The lobby looks good as well. But when we checked in, the bathroom looks old few stains on the chair and tables. But overall, it was good compared to other hotels nearby but still they should look into details.

Seda Nuvali is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of Nuvali, Laguna. The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery and has a stunning view of the lake. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has a variety of amenities, including a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a restaurant. Only issue is the outdoor parking. Everything else (room, food, amenities) are acceptable for a 3 or 4 star hotel. They are also very accommodating re: booking adjustments.

A great staycation place for families and couples. It's cozy and surrounded by greens and just a 5-min walk away from the restaurants and leisure centers. I believe the place has ongoing renovations to welcome the influx of guests as a result of the better pandemic conditions, so the floor hallway where we were checked-in had leaking ceiling from their centralized aircon vent, it's quite an eyesore, so I hope next time the facilities are better maintained. However, I still commend their staffs for a very good service (Chris, Lloyd & Angelo + Philip) specially when we requested for a shuttle van pickup to a nearby mall and our additional room requests. In the morning, Breakfast was ok, not much variety of food, quite pricey compared to others, although it tastes good 😉 Overall, it's a nice stay and I wish to return to experience more of Seda Nuvali.

Great experience during staying. The reception was fine and the response time was fast. Some unpleasant guests from Wedding was interrupted the sleep, and complain about it was accepted so that I was able to stay on other room. Some of the light was not work but that was minor issue. Overall it's fine to stay.

beautiful establishment and service. When we arrived to check in we were a little early and our room with a king bed wasn’t ready (to be expected) but instead of us waiting in the lobby they upgraded us to a suite and allowed us to settle in straight away. Our poolside mojito was also very strong, thank you

Seda Nuvali is a perfect getaway haven from a busy city life. Over-all service is outstanding. However, it is NOT PET-FRIENDLY, which is a real bummer!! Hope they welcome fur babies soon! 😊

Great pools but cold when we were there. Thank you Ayra( reservation). Glad you persuade me to stay 3 days instead 2.

Pros: Very nice and clean modern rooms and great lobby. They have a huge heated pool that was lovely. Adequate offsite parking. Friendly staff. Cons: Subpar food. Buffet breakfast a great disappointment. But you will go back here for the rooms and facilities. 😀

The place is small and the buffet is ordinary, well for the price of 1500 it's understandable but value it at only 700. Lobby is small. Haven't tried the rooms yet. Will update soon.

Stayed with my family and mother in connecting rooms. Both rooms need refurbishment. Trash Bin still has PPE logo on it. Front desk staff needs more training on service management.

I had a great experience here. Our team booked a function room for our strat plan. Our package includes buffet lunch and dinner with snacks as well. Napakadami ng serving! As in busog na busog. The room is also spacious, clean and cozy. The breakfast buffet ay okay na okay. I am so full kaya kaunti lang ang nakain ko. Overall i am very satisfied with the service. Highly recommended.

Booked this place for a relaxing staycation as we needed to go to Tagaytay. It is near enough and just 30 min drive to Tagaytay. Many food options nearby. Breakfast was not the best but it is okay. Clean rooms and suitable for work from home.

Disappointing hotel I booked a hotel car at 5:30 pm to pick me up and confirmed 4 times to reception and called admin before hand but never showed up. I called hotel 5:30 pm and they said driver is on the way. It’s just 30 minutes away including traffic. The hotel car got the pickup point at 6:15 pm. Aircon is like refrigerator. I couldn’t use shower more than 3 minutes, because the drain doesn’t work and comfort room will be flooded. I’ll never recommend to stay this hotel.

Lovely hotel with an amazing breakfast service and dinner options. I loved that they provided us with seasonal fruits even when they were not out on for the buffer. A special mention goes out to the staff as well, really top notch. For my next trips to Laguna I will definitely be staying at this hotel. Thank you for making my trip to the Philippines a great one. See you soon

We celebrated our anniversary here. Give Seda Nuvali a try if you're searching for a lovely and peaceful hotel to stay at away from the metro. Excellent facilities, a very soothing view, and friendly staff are all present:)

We really had a fun and relaxing stay at Seda Nuvali. What we loved during our stay: * Amenities like the swimming pools, toiletries * Location and it's accessibility to nearby restaurants and malls * Breakfast buffet which had a lot of food choices as well as the drinks * Huge room but I think the TV could be upgraded

This hotel is one of the nicest places we've been in that were of the same price point. The room itself is well-equipped (so you don't really need to do much grocery shopping anymore), and the staff are accommodating as well as eager to help. Buffet is pretty decent, with an assortment of breads, cheeses, viands, hot porridge (champorado and arroz caldo), salads, fruits, and other desserts. I always love a hotel buffet with food that has balanced nutrients. Restaurant staff are always moving around to check if there's anything you might need (like coffee). The best part is the location. It is not only walking distance to the shopping center, but it is surrounded by lush greens and a calming river. My husband and I really enjoyed not only our stay there, but also our walk around the area.

This is a gross hotel chain. I chose it bc it is the best available hotel. Hotels in PH are usually bad quality. This one is no exception. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to see an iPad where I could sign hotel documents. Shortly after, the staff brought out paper and cut it with scissors from me to sign. Primitive. I paid online with my credit card, which is digitally stored on my computer. However, the staff did not understand this concept and asked for my physical card. He also asked if I used someone else's card, which was unpleasant. The rooms are poorly designed and not stylish. The curtains do not black out the windows, so there is bright light in the room starting at sunrise. The bathrooms have a pale white light that feels like a storeroom. The showers were lukewarm. If the AC is on you will be cold during your shower. This is common at Seda hotels as it was the same in Bacolod Seda . There is a very strong smell of fragrance throughout the hotel, which is overpowering and irritating to the lungs. I assume it covers up any odors of plumbing mold or AC malfunction, which is common in PH hotels. When you inhale this concoction of oils and chemicals, it is similar to vaping. You are inhaling solvents and artificial substances. The breakfast is sub-standard. All dishes were served cold or room temperature, which is a health hazard. My made to order omlette arrived raw. Food should be maintained at a certain temperature to avoid spoilage and bacterial growth, and it tastes better warm. Of course, I got used to eating cold food as it's a standard here, especially in province carinderias. But this is supposed to be a business hotel. Obviously, they have lower standards than most developed countries, so they think they are doing a great job. I think it's gross . The latte was served hot and was good, although I had to flag someone down to order it. A million people are standing around, and there is no attention to detail or management oversight. Update: on day two the food was served cold again. I brought this to the attention of the staff who said they did not know the burners were not working. There is a reason Vietnam and Thailand passed up PH as tourist destinations. Even in the most modern establishments in ph like this one, you still encounter frustrations and incompetence not encountered in a budget motel in the west. On the plus side, all staff are pleasant and respectful. This makes up for their incompetence and laziness.

We have fond memories at Seda, and it was nice to be reminded why. Everything about stay was wonderful. First off, the location. It’s right beside Nuvali so you can walk to several restaurants or go to the lake to ride a boat or feed the koi. We got caught in the rain a few times, but Seda was there to rescue. They have a free car service that can drop you off (or pick you up) in any of the nearby areas. What’s great is that they don’t have a specific schedule for it, just call them anytime. No need to wait. And did I mention it’s FREE? For the hotel itself, it’s a beautiful well-maintained (and new for the other building) hotel. We absolutely loved that they had both soft and firm pillows. Almost all hotels would have either one, most having the very soft ones that offer zero support for your neck. So, it was a wonderful idea that they had options for guests. The view from our room was also beautiful. The view of the lake with the mountain backdrop was quite relaxing. Our room was in the new building and one thing we could remember from our previous stays was that the rooms in the old building had thin walls. You can hear what’s happening in the other room <wink>. We had that concern this time around since our room was right beside the elevator, but I am happy to report that our stay was peaceful and quiet. The new building also had direct access to the pool, children’s playroom, and the game room which used to be behind the restaurant near the old building. For the pool, it’s the same pool as before. It’s quite a big pool with a couple of areas for children. The pool was quite cold during our stay, so we weren’t able to use it much (heated pool maybe?). The game room had a bit of an upgrade from the old location. They have more computers now and they have an Xbox and a PS5. They also have a foosball and an air hockey table. I could imagine that would be a great place to hangout with your friends. The children’s play area was a little small which not quite sure why since they have family rooms. It’s made worse with the unused space with large empty cabinets crowding one wall with large playthings like the slides, ball pit, and circular couch blocking off the room. Kids have practically no space to run around and play. The variety of toys and activities are also a bit lacking. If there’s something that could be improved, one would be the game room and play area. There really wasn’t any design and intention to the space. It’s like they threw in things that they thought kids would like and called it a day. Compare that with Timberland, for example, which has a big play area for kids where they can run around and be active with. There’s a general theme of active spaces and outdoor so they have a mini wall-climbing area and a set of tents and pretend campfire. The restrooms are inside the play area and are kid sized. Everything in the space was very intentional. The Seda play area and game room are not bad, but could be improved. The other thing that could be improved is the food. Not to say the food is bad, the food is actually quite delicious (at least some are) but they’re not excellent. Again, I’m not saying it’s bad, but I wish it was better. The lunch buffet for example had very little variety of food which we felt wasn’t quite worth it. The breakfast was ok, and we liked that they had Filipino breakfast items like dilis and danggit. Haven’t had that for a while so that made us quite happy. The servers at Misto were also quite attentive. They were quick to offer coffee and refill our water without prompting. Speaking of service, this is probably where they hit the ball out of the park. From the moment you enter the door, you feel well treated. The doormen were kind and polite, the front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating, the drivers who ferried us around the area, and everybody we encountered were absolutely wonderful. I know I mentioned some things that can be improved but even if they didn’t improve and stayed the same, we’d still love to go back and stay here. And we definitely will.

The best Seda so far? Despite being there just for a day to attend a company event, I felt like a guest. The staff are so welcoming and full of energy! I didn't see one without a smile on their face. When in Sta. Rosa...I will go for it!

Staff are friendly and we enjoy the location bec it has playground for kids and teens. With pools. Near metro manila. Its just that their room is not complete compare to other hotel we have been. The bed for king is not American size so expect a little bedding.

Didnt really checked in. We joined a birthday event at the narra hall. Staff was great. There was an ac leak in the hallway. They dont have much parking and had to redirect us to a nearby lot. But still overall a great place if you can see past those small flaws.

I have been booking with Seda - I have been to Cebu Ayala, Central Bloc Cebu and Davao for business trips. Now, at Seda Nuvali it stays consistent with courteous service and elegant rooms. The reception /desk was also manned by Kurt, who was very clear and accomodating. A special thanks to our friend, Shyne.

Great place for a staycation. Stayed here 3x already. Rooms are clean. Common area and facilities are clean and sanitized. Security will spray alcohol in your hands every time you will enter. EKS (Electric Kick Scooter) Friendly. Was able to keep my scooter in their storage area. With the assistance of the Staff. They also allowed me to charge it. They will give you a departure card with an ID number. Like a baggage counter card. You need to surrender it to claim your item from the storage area. We had fun in Nuvali. Thankful for the assistance and great staffs.

We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights last December 24th. The staff at the hotel are corteous but I gave a low rating for the following reasons: 1. They confirmed via email that our rooms are beside each other but was changed upon check in. We were given the worst rooms located on the 5th floor (nearest the elevators (noisy) and one near the fire exit (hammering noises, clogged sink and useless bidet) even though we made the reservation in advance. 2. One of the rooms given to us, rm 509, does not have a sanitation sticker. The cleaning staff said it’s ready but looked like cleaning was rushed or something. Does not look and smell clean when we entered. The bidet was useless and the sink is clogged. They were able to fix these issues the following day. 3. It was difficult to get a hold of them days before Christmas because the landline numbers are not working! They can only be contacted via email. I had to go to the hotel because it was an urgent matter and I couldn’t use online banking that day to make a payment. Overall, it was an OK hotel. I would recommend it for a regular, short term stay but not on holidays. You’ll be fine if you have low expectations. They need to add cleaning staff, and I suggest hotel lobby perfume. The carpets, hallways, windows, console table near the elevators all look dirty and dusty.

Room was adequate enough to fit us all three with clean crispy linens. My children and I had a wonderful night at the hotel. I just had a little problem at the FO due to Agoda's cancellation of my booking. Thankfully, FO supervisor assisted me well by offering a better room with a view and gave me free accommodation for my son. They offered few options from their breakfast menu but the service and food were both satisfying. Burp!

We had a short fam staycation refreshing break. The hotel manager (Alex) was highly helpful and quick for our room requirements which suited our needs. The place was sufficiently close for diverse food choices for physical or for delivery service. The lobby needed more airflow though. Photo included is a view from our room with Mt. Makiling in the backdrop.

Good hotel within the Nuvali in Sta. Rosa, Laguna area. Quiet place but also near many restaurants and shops in the Nuvali proper. Near a man-made koi pond which is very nice and serene when walking or taking a stroll.

Great location! Only a few minutes walk to the malls. Clean room, but was placed on the lowest room floor, facing the parking lot, on a Monday! Booked through an online third party, called Guest Reservations, paid over Php6000 for a king deluxe, and still got a low-floor room. Though, price includes breakfast for 2. We checked in here to get away from emergency water troubles in Los Baños, so we were a little disapponted to experience another water-related emergency problem during our stay. There is no hot water in the shower (still in-house)! On a good note, it's a non-smoking floor, room IS clean, staff members are friendly.
