Let's talk the view from the optional veranda rooms. Nice. A little noisy but great view from most rooms of the volcano Taal. My only real complaint is the bed doesn't smell fresh.

We had a bit of a hard try opening our room--i guess the room lock needs to be replaced. The terrace offers a fine view of Taal volcano. Breakfast view is even better :)

Decor is a bit outdated but the space is good for the size of the hotel. There's ample room in the viewing deck and restaurant area. There's also a lounge area below where the rooms are. If you're checking in, choose the loft style room. It offers a bit of a view of the lake.

Average, linens are white but not white enough to look like or smell like it's clean, need some bleaching/washing. The free Wifi does not reach the guest room, I have to go to the lobby area to get connected. Pls add router for added range/reception. However, the staff are accomodating, cheerful and very helpful. Good view of Taal Lake/Volcano.

Room was economical. Lower your expectations since you get what you pay for.

The room is big, with a comfortable bed. The linens are clean and mildly scented too. The staff are friendly and accommodating. However, I hope that there are extra wall outlets for charging, or they should at least provide an extension since the room we booked only has two outlets (1 for the TV and 1 for the TV box). Also, having a hot water bath should be automatic, given the location of the hotel. We had to request several times, just for the heater to be turned on.
