This bridge is open since 2022-02-12 night so from today should update to the map,This is a Chinese aid project, which has been opposed by many NGOs before. The capital and technical personnel are all funded by the Chinese government. It can really ease the traffic jam..

According to my friend this bridge was constructed by the Chinese government as a token of friendship. Only fitting that it connects old Intramuros to Binondo ( Chinatown ) It’s a good place to bike or walk across and is wonderful for taking photos during the sun set. The bridge is a tied-arch bridge that spans the Pasig River. It connects Muelle de Binondo in Binondo and in San Nicolas to Solana Street and Riverside Drive in Intramuros. During its building process it courted some controversy yet despite this it still was built. I. The name of friendship let it stand for a century to come!

I dared to look for this bridge while in Intramuros this morning and by all means I dared to cross it all the way to Binondo! Success! The bridge is not that long to cross…15 minutes and you have reached your destination. The scenes are captivating….maybe because there were not much vehicles or pedestrians on a Sunday morning. With the Pasig River clean and the skies cloudy, you would wish that everyday can be like this!

Kudos to the City of Manila and Chinese friends who funded the said Bridge. It will help ease and decongest the traffic going out of the binondo area. To more BBB projects from the government 🙏🏼👍🏻

The bridge connecting Tondo and Intramuros has an arch white sleek design and was rather a good shortcut bridge from Tondo to Intramuros side near the Manila Cathedral easing traffic. Place currently became a tourist spot. New and stylish. A part of the billion peso agreed Chinese grant.

Binondo-Intramuros Bridge photo taken on early April 2022 from Jones Bridge. From the view the bridge looks pretty and well lit but the bridge isn’t done yet as of this posting. Connecting roads are not yet fully prepared and pedestrian walkway is not yet finished, only vehicles and bikes may pass thru via a narrow corner (from intramuros to binondo). Looking forward for it’s completion.

A modern type of bridge crossing the Pasig River connecting the heritage sites of Intramuros to the commercial business district of Binodo to the smooth flow of traffic in both places.

The Bridge is a 680-meter long structure that links Intramuros and Binondo. The four-lane, two-way structure will feature a viaduct structure over Estero de Binondo, with access points along Solana Street, Riverside Drive, Rentas Street, Plaza del Conde Street, and Muelle de la Industria

It was an amazing project during President Rodrigo Duterte's Golden Age of Infrastructure commonly known as Build Build Build. I uploaded night shots of the Binondo - Intramuros Bridge. It's stunning. Hoping for more projects like this in the future.

Nice hangout spot but the problem is there are inconsiderable persons parking their vehicles that almost take one lane on the road. But the view is very lovely and relaxing

Good for biking during weekends but could be dangerous too. Hoodlums are near the area. Would be safe to have some company if ever you would like to visit. Wear mask too, the smell in this place is awful

It's a very good place to hang out in the late afternoon when the sun sets and the night falls. but on the lower side of the bridge, young people skated and vandalized every wall of the bridge. but most of the young people make the place a love date.

A good piece of infrastructure, the architecture is not seen before in the NCR, it'd best to visit right before the evening sets!

As a result of a Chinese donation, the new Binondo-Intramuros Bridge was inaugurated last April 5 and was opened to traffic on April 6, 2022 right in time before the Holy Week. The bridge between Intramuros and Manila's Chinatown was inaugurated by the Philippine President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, who presided over the ceremony. President Rodrigo Roa Duterte thanked China during his inaugural address saying that they have been a "partner in strengthening major infrastructure projects" for the Philippines. In an effort to alleviate traffic on Manila's busiest thoroughfares, the Metro Manila Logistics Network Program built the new bridges. Only the Plaza del Conde Street to San Fernando Street access ramp for the Binondo-Intramuros bridge has yet to be completed. From Rentas Street to Juan Luna Street, there is already an access ramp in place.

The construction of this bridge that will connect Binondo to Intramuros may still take some time to complete. The People's Republic of China provided financial assistance and grant for the construction of this bridge.

New bridge built by China, the binondo-intramuros bridge. The bridge is meant to ease traffic along the Ongpin side of manila when passing thru manila city hall. When it is fully utilized, cars coming from manila city hall can turn left at phil post and pass under jones bridge to binondo side. Bridge is iconic,as no bridge is built that has a different exit and entry points, the length of each entrycand exit point are different, add a cruved arc in the philippines.

This bridge is just established 2022, this is the one of the of the modern bridge in the Philippines. There is a walk way at both sides, also bike lane. It's another Landmark in the area.

Intentionally dropped by to this place which interests me from soc media posts. Though, quiet disappointed that the bridge don't have lights when we came (not so sure though why)... 🤔

Quite the view. You would think that being built in the metro they would use it more often. Well no complaints here. I guess if there seats then that will complete the experience

Every cyclist should go here and have a picture taken! Mandatory! Good place to stop and look at the view. Lots of people stopping and take pictures.

Not just a bridge, as if connecting two worlds - Chinese and Spanish. With dedicated pathlanes for pedestrians and bicycles. Stop by the middle of the bridge to view the Binondo and the Intramuros skylines, and the Manila Bay through Pasig River. Visit on a Sunday to avoid crowds.
