This hospital was telling me that i needed Raspa the price is (70k) i refused but the nurse dont stop until she can get money from me and ask me to do RTPCR test for both of me and my Husband i smell something fishy so i refused all of it. then i went to my other doctor to get second opinion and told me that my cervix is already closed and gave me medicine instead. She also told me that i dont need Raspa so clearly this hospital is just trying to get money from me. Disgusting hospital! Dont come here! This hospital is the worst.

This Hospital should have its license revoked. You wont admit an emergency without paying for a swab test first and turn them away without treatment even if its a life and death situation. You dont deserve to be a hospital.

Before going to this place, be informed that their ER is there for display only - such a huge waste of space in our town. Sadly, you won't find the care and response you need during your most delicate time here. The staff or "healthcare workers"? No, you won't be cared for at all. They do not have an ounce of concern to patients who are, of course, feeling pain and discomfort - and instead of finding relief, the patient will just end up feeling worse. Don't waste your time, just try and go to other nearest hospital/s around you. Pleading with the staff will not get you anywhere because they don't care that you're feeling pain. We just moved to a different hospital where we were immediately cared for, examined, and so on - something that this "hospital" can't event do. I hope you won't have to experience going to this place. Doesn't deserve even a single star. Don't go to Divine Grace Medical Center for any immediate care needs.

Was turned away because I had slight cough. Asked to be tested for COVID so I could get consult. Tests has 1hour scheduled everyday. Missed it. Advised for online consultation instead. Doctor for consult was late for 2hours. Asked for a refund or reschedule since its already in conflict with another appointment. Was advised that they dont do that. Whole experience with this hospital is much more awful than a government office.

Emergency isn't a place for emergency. They are never ready. You need to pay everything first before they get you inside. This isn't a hospital. They only work (if it's really work that they do) for money.

This hospital is messed up, I brought my brother cause of a little puppy bite for check up this Nov 2020. Didn't even checked the bite just injected anti rabies and before I even knew it 32k was taken from the balance of my brother's health card when they said it's only about 15k. Didn't give any receipt. I would say this hospital should not exist. They are all about the money and don't care for the patients. I would give 0 star if possible.

Please be WARNED!! as this hospital does not prioritize the wellbeing of their patients rather their goal is to rack up your bill and charge you with INSANE prices. There are much more better hospitals than this greedy hospital. NEVER AGAIN will I put my families care in your hands DIVINE GRACE!!

Emergency room is worst. We waited for almost an hour to accommodate our patient while he was in pain in his tummy. And he was only 4 years old.

10am - 1pm... yes the doctor is available... 11pm wala pa raw ang doctor...waiting wwaiting more waiting... in the Philippines you have to take care of the doctor not the patient. Doctors are treated like rockstars. The patients are just extras.

Why is it still not possible for 2 guardians in a private room for the patient (Note: All of us are fully vaccinated and with booster shots)?? We went for a private room so that our parents can take turn to monitor my brother. If it was like this then that 4k per day for this private room is so useless. I also agree with other reviews. They charge you with insane amount but they have poor services especially in the ER. All I hear is the amount of money that we need to give them, they don't even give positivity on their patient. Also, when we are visiting my brother, the guard just enter the room without even knocking and said that the visiting hours is over and that we only have 1 hour to visit. So rude, no etiquette at all. Not really recommending this hospital, they will just increase your stress 😬.

Emergency - never ready. Will make you wait a couple of minutes even an hour trying to convince you to provide money first before assisting even in a life and death situation. We were actually attended by the guard first instead of nurses or doctors. Nurses are so rude. Waiting area - do they even clean this? When it rained last night, trust me you will sit in a chair full of rainwater in the morning untill afternoon. Billing - staf here look like they don't want their jobs. They have frowned faces all day. I asked for a copy (just a page of printed copy) of our bill and the face of the staff went 😠. Laboratory - don't talk to the nurses here. When there's something wrong that they do (they lost one of our receipts and no apology at all), it will still be your responsibility to fix it. Private hospital? Really? Records - worst. I aske for a cert in here and the staff asked me, "naitype na po ba, sir?" Is it my job to type it on your computer? It's been a whole week. Also, staff here likes to gossip about the people who are waiting for what they need. This is the worst hospital that I've ever been. Never coming back here. If a love one is sick, I suggest to not bring them here.

The cleanliness of the ER was concerning, and the lack of essential resources and outdated peripherals made me question the hospital's commitment to patient care. The unprofessional behavior of the nurses, who were more interested in gossip than assisting patients, added to the disappointment. Excessive waiting times, a lack of doctor availability, and their unknown whereabouts left me frustrated. The poor environment with inadequate air-conditioning and the presence of mosquitoes and flies only exacerbated the discomfort. Inconvenient parking and the absence of a proper diagnosis from the doctor, who decided to send us home without clear guidance, left us with more questions than answers. This entire experience was far from satisfactory, and I hope the hospital takes these issues seriously to improve the quality of care and service they provide to their patients.

I will NEVER bring again someone who needs emergency assistance in this hospital. We experienced it twice; in 2009 and in 2020. They have very poor emergency care plan.

The Hospital Service was actually great. The doctors and nurses but the BILLING DEPARTMENT seems like to be dragging the good name of the institution to the ground. A lot of patients nit only me experienced very poor and very late release of billing statements.

Thanks to my orthopedic doctor, and rehab doctor. Costly, low maintenance, but the doctors are great. In addition, the CEO should increase the salary of their staff/nurse/therapist/workers.

More than 2 hours of waiting for a response from their admitting office, and what I got is that they did not received my request even though I have receipt that my request was sent. Went to another hospital and was accommodated immediately.

My father was brought to the ER when he showed signs of stroke. But after a few hours, he was sent home without proper diagnostics or treatment. Only prescribed medicines for high blood pressure. We felt anxious seeing him experience symptoms of stroke and decided to bring him back again after 3 days, and only that time a doctor do a physical exam, ordered a CT scan and then immediately admitted him to the hospital. Every minute counts, but your negligence affects the life of a patient.

Poor customer service skills. They gave us an appointment, not everyone will conduct at the same time! They appointed us at 2pm, when we got there early, there's a lot of people being conduct at 2pm! We ended up waiting outside the room really long. They should have told us the appointment is based on the list! Not recommended at all!

The worst hospital I’ve been, took me 7 hours on emergency room for nothing, no doctor attended to my concern and yet there is a recommendation that I need to be admitted.. Poor service, from the triage, to ER with flies, to gossiping nurses up to spoiled doctor who can prescribe without attending to their patients. what a shame!!!

Poor management of emergency cases. Whether animal or insect bite, they must attend to the patient because we never know if it is venomous and life threatening. Pwedeng tumigil ang tibok ng puso anytime.

Even their hotline is not working, once you asked for an Operator (press 0) it will redirect you to a non-existing number.

Not a fan of visiting at hospitals but you can see this place is a lot of store that you can buy food. So I think it is nice that they do have that easy access and convenient store.

This hospital is Hell, they aren't professional enough to handle patients especially at the emergency room , they are like robots without feelings when handling emergency case, so many assistants and nurses at the ER but are very useless cause they are just standing and not even doing first aid right away, like wth the patient is already suffering but nurses staffs and doctors???? They jist stand there and watch!!!!!😖😡😡😡even it is emergency, they consider emergency as nothing since they dont know how to handle it, in short NURSES AND DOCTORS HERE ARE STUPID, you can notice right away that nurses and doctors here are not well trained. visited Dr Silangcruz, urologist. His clinic hours is from 10-12nn. He arrived at 12nn. OMG! pls manage your time, you have sick patients waiting!!!!

Just stayed here last week.. nagka pneumonia 3 year old ko.. Nurses are very nice, everyone is very accomodating, doctors are very competent. I didnt feel that they are just after your money, they do have to get paid ofcourse to take care of their employees.. Plus points, my husband left his phone sa hospital room right after check out namin, it was returned and surrendered to lost and found by the housekeepers. You can see from here that employees are treated properly and fairly kasi they dont feel the need to steal something to live. Thank you Divine Grace, for taking care of us! Keep up the good work!
