If possible to give zero star I would give! Arrival of Doctor for scheduled check up is ridiculous. They are letting their patient wait for more than 2 hours and keep on telling that the Doctor is on the way. JUST IMAGINE THAT INFANT BABY IS WAITING FOR THEM WITHOUT ANY PROTECTION FOR COVID. Management please be sensitive enough and be punctual. Covid is not a joke specially to babies..

our family had the worst impression and experience on this institution. Scheduling of your patients on any procedure, especially those who are on fasting, should be well organized and prioritized. they asked my father-in-law to go on fasting from 4am til 12noon coz ULTRASOUND is scheduled 12noon. i even asked them if they could do the procedure earlier so that the fasting time would not cause our patient to suffer that much. they said that there is no other schedule than that. so we had NO CHOICE but to follow the schedule. I cannot see patient care on that part. i think you guys should make revision of your policy regarding scheduling of your procedures. PLEASE CONSIDER YOUR PATIENTS' SUFFERING. PASYENTE ANG NAHIHIRAPAN, HINDI KAYO!

They should've warn OPD patients about the arrival of the doctors specially ENT doctor. Schedule is 6pm-8pm but still, no doctors came on time. Its already 7:53pm. No doctor. No explanations from secretary. Secretary were tooooooo lazy to explain.

Accepted but told we needed to put my mum to isolation room as she havent had swab test,(which they only accept theirs) we had to discuss about the isolation option for few minutes as its expensive. Came back to say okay to the isolation then we are told theres no room available. This nurses wasted our time gave pain killer to my mum for no reason and gave us option and accepted us when they can provide service. I would have appreciated being kicked out instead.

I had my swab test at this location. It's fine no hassle I was able to go through the process within my time frame. And the results came in a little bit before 24 hours no problem. They are doing their best for people.

Had my swab test (RT-PCR)done yesterday 5/12/2021. The place and people are commendable. The person who administered the test was really good and careful that you won’t feel any discomfort.

RTPCR Swab testing is quite slow, particularly in the cashier/counter… you have to register online before they can accommodate you unfortunately their online system keeps reloading at the end. Hope they can improve the online registration that they are using with lesser typing to be required and of course, not restarting when you are at the end. Swabbing area is open-air and cool.

We traveled through a typhoon to get to the ER here because my wife was having pregnancy issues. We got there and they turned us away because there was no doctors to give an ultrasound. The people at the ER entrance have no right to say what tests are or are not needed. Very rude too. We went to a different hospital and got seen. And they didn't say an ultrasound was needed at that time. Save your time and troubles, just go someplace else even if it's further.

OPD Nurse not accommodating. They Didn't even calling the patient or giving an update if the doctor is available or what time the Doctor will arrive.... They will ler the patient waiting without any update. Sometimes the opd nurse will lied that they call the patients name but didn't. Such a disappointing OPD.

They dont care about patient situation. They just concern about billing and money they earned. Services is worse. If they noticed that your pocket is full of gold They conduct test which irrelivant to the patient concerned and make extension of stay to for them to digged the gold from your pocket.

Gentri Med met my expectations in every way. The employees gave outstanding service, the facilities were cozy and up to date, and the equipment was state-of-the-art. Throughout the entire time, I felt taken care of and reassured.

I had better OPD experiences in my little province in Mindanao. OPD staff were so insensitive to patients that are probably and most likely not feeling well. They keep on chit chatting at loudest levels while there are patients that are suffering waiting for hours. They can be rude as well and have very bad attitude. Is it because we went to OPD rather than private? Also, they give no guidance from staff on the next steps. Also, it is weird that the guards at the entrance will tell you where to go rather than an information desk; we originally planned for private for a very bad fever, but the guards directed us to the ER, then the ER, having deemed us not worthy apparently of much attention, directed us to OPD. Honestly, I expected much more from a hospital that looked much more modern than the ones I've been to. Such a disappointment.

worst hospital ever. special in opd and the secretary only knows how to eat and doesnt even care about the patient. i think the name of the secretary is emily. that girl you will see her eating in her place and dont even help other patients she only cares for the food she gonna place in her mouth

I was admitted after a stressful experience at the ER. This is my 3rd ER Visit. The staff always make you feel: "Why are you here, you're interrupting our laziness." They are the opposite of welcoming. I also hate nasal swab tests which are required for patients but not the Companion(s). Room Quality: PROS, nice view out the window. Spacious. Air-conditioned. Private bathroom. NEGATIVES: HAND SOAP 🧼 IS NOT PROVIDED. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO WASH MY HANDS?
