Needs improvement esp for emergency services. Renovations were on going when I last visited though.

No moving steel tray for food, patients place their food in their lap or on a chair. No exhaust fan on CR. The nurses designated on the in-patients room especially on the third floor are ill mannered and lazy. No free water, no water boiler inside the room. My 65 yr old father was forced to go down his bed and eat on a chair while in a dextrose. That's why he bled because of the unnecessary movements. This room was already "private large"! Can't imagine what the "small" room looks like!

Worst hospital ever!!! You'll see a lot of mosquitoes in the emergency room.

Very unprofessional nurses, doctors didn’t come on time.

The doctor I've visited had state of the art equipment and highly trained. The clinic is sanitized during this quarantine days. And, the doctor was on time unlike in the other hospital. A lot of improvements since the last time I visited this hospital 20 years ago.

4 stars because I haven't admitted yet, but the doctors are kind unlike st.dominic. Then it's just a hmo holder and there's no such thing as a call to maxicare. The receptionist is nice, she seems very tired, but it's okay, thank you. I only waited 30 minutes for the urine and blood check.

The only good in this hospital is the guard. Andaming langaw sa 1st floor. The service, pagiintayin ka nila nang matagal, and the nurses dont have proper work ethics. My mom and i waited for so long just for a blood and urine test for almost 2 hours and we ask the nurse how long and she answered us unprofessionally. “Wala pa eh, tignan ko”. Yung kasabay namin, ipapa check up nila yung baby, nakalagay sa sched 10 a.m. dadating yung doctor and the nurse told them na 11:30 pa daw makakadating, 12noon na nang makaalis kami nagiintay parin sila. And the doctor for check ups (or something). She told my mom that she needed to be confined and an operation that will cost 150k. It got my mom scared. We went to another hospital and told us that she doesn't need to be.

Medical certificate is so expensive. 350 php for a piece of paper and not so good doctor. My first and last visit with this hospital.

Worse Hospital ever. The chairs are not fixed, stinky and non-hygienic restroom, I have wasted 3 hours, We have an appointment between 2 pm to 5 pm, and the Dr arrived around 5 pm

Simply The Worst! The posted number online was always busy. Been trying to call for 2 days already. Went to the hospital and followed the doctors schedule (shown online) w/c was 10am. We went to the hospital before 10. We were informed by the staff that the doctor moved his schedule to 1pm. So we waited again until 1. Then the secretary arrived telling us that the doctor won’t be coming. I told the secretary of the contact info and schedule I found online. (She) didn’t bat an eye about the misinformation nor apologized about wasting our time.

worst and philosopher OPD doctors! You are a private hospital and the way your doctors speak with patients, you seem to have no desire to talk. Ofcourse, patients have rights to ask if there is something unclear in the prescription to clarify, right? and the cause of disease.. it seems to irritate you! Doctor Carreon and the old lady Doctor to be specific.. You are not approachable doctors. We'll just find another hospital next time.👎👎👎
