The place is somewhat neglected but can still survive with some structural and landscape improvements. The beach itself is not the alluring type but passable for a day swim if one is not too picky. It's close enough to Metro Manila that it can be reached via a private vehicle in an hour or so.

Needs more development but it above average for family and friends outing

This beachfront resort hotel is facing sunset but it's old and worn down already. It's affordable though so it's great if you just want to drop by to walk, access the beach, see the sunset or rest from a bike trip. There is also a restaurant inside, cabanas and rooms for rent. Loving the vibes as there is a fish pond at the back too. Set your expectations accordingly. Its not a posh resort. Garbage are being swept by the shore too.

I don’t really expected much for a beach in Cavite. It is in fact in Cavite so expectation are set low. The resort is okay. Entrance fee is 50 and we were able to get their Viranda room with 1 room and private restroom for 1500. The viranda is not well maintained but hey 1.5K for 10 people and 4 dogs is a steal. Yeah we had our 4 dogs as well and they allow pets. The beach is full of garbage and the water is not clear/clean. The resort can have a lot of improvements. But I think you get what you pay for. Please set your expectation when going to beaches around Cavite. Just go somewhere else if you want some pristine beaches. Overall, the stay was okay. Would I get back here or even recommend it? No. The sunset view was great.

nice place to go for a swim...they have an entrance fee of P50 per person...cottage is P500...shower for P25...overlooking the mountains of bataan...you can even see the big cross on top of the mountain...a nice scenery to enjoy the sunset...the neighboring resort has a live band...you can request for a bonfire...a very peaceful and quiet resort during my visit on weekend...not too crowded...the sand is black...the employees are very polite...they will assist you in everything you need...police visibility are there to keep you safe...some cottages are destroyed due to the last typhoon...i have fun staying there...stress free...bringing of pets are also allowed...overall the place is good and quiet for relaxation...if you're looking for a place that is not too crowded...this is for you...

If you want to relax and enjoy the view of the sea, Villamar beach resort is one pkace to go. The view, the ambiance and the services you will be delightful. I will recommend this one.
