The location is perfect for team building or just hanging out. Tho it would be recommended if they have bigger function halls for large groups. And moat importantly, their personnel were all nice and accommodating.

Its nice. Got the holiday resort feel to it. The employees are friendly and helpful. The only down in this resort is the comfort rooms.

Place is very spacious, clean, with grill and trash bins available. Good lighting and music. CR/Shower rooms are clean. The other side of the place is still under renovation, maybe rooms will be built there.

This place we reserved for 2/1 a month ago, due to Taal Volcano eruptions and a Very close proximity to Taal we decided to cancel.We paid the reservation of 2,500 and was not stated verbally or written that this is non refundable.My niece asked them several Times to refund the deposit and several Times They refused to give US the money back.We gave them several weeks to ask for refund but to no avail.It’s not the money but it’s the principle and I guess this company doesn’t have one .So BEWARE of this situation.I will NEVER USE this PLACE!
