This was our last stop for our Tagaytay trip recently. The mall has plenty of stores to buy stuff from (Daiso, Japan Home Centre, Bench, Penshoppe, Starbucks, etc.). It has a bazaar in the entrance part where you can buy affordable clothes. The mall still practices safety protocols amidst the pandemic. I'll surely come back here once we visit the city again. 🥰 x

Went on a rainy Sunday afternoon, There’s really nothing to buy here that you can’t see anywhere else. Spent about 2 hours walking around, it’s very small. Unexpectedly since there’s nothing to do, we came Across philsys registration- there’s no line so we finished it in 5mins. 👍👍 Parking is a hassle, very limited .

Not the usual large mall you see around the country but it does compensate with how it is able to blend its architectural element with the surrounding enviroments. It still does offer alot of things for customers. Lack of atm machine options and parking during peak hours is a bit of a concern.

"Beautiful Mall in Tagaytay" I brought my girlfriend here because she was searching for a good beauty salon. We were surprised by the view of the mall, it was giving a beautiful Christmas theme. The cold wind also gives good match up with the design, just perfect for our night visit. It was an Open-Air Mall with a lots of restaurants and food stalls to choose from. The mall is clean, cozy and pet-friendly. Parking space is plenty but can easily be full depends on season.

One of the most unique Ayala Malls malls I've seen and been to. There is literally no inside area! Only the individual stores and restaurants are air-conditioned. Doesn't matter though, given the climate of Tagaytay. The design of the place is quite modern. Now I don't know how old this mall is but everything sure looks new and fresh. I love the open-area design. Also, there are very few escalators here, encouraging physical activity, which is always good. The only bad thing I can think about is that the space is simply too limited for there to be many stores. The options are few. Lastly, but not the least, LOOK AT THAT GARBAGE BIN. It's so nicely shaped and shiny. Always appreciate good trash bins!

We were there early as part of our morning walk. Landscaping is good and well maintained. Guards and caretakers are respectful to us seniors.

Reviews need an update. As of May 21, 2022 it is quite difficult to find parking on weekends. Place is quite crowded although many restaurants have closed. Walter Mart is well stocked.

Feels so new. It is small but wide. It is nice to walk along. Serin have chapel, WOF and even small ice skating rink. It has American vibes which is appropriate because of Tagaytay’s temperature. Escalators are small and can inly be one way. I mean just stand or just walk.

The place is clean & nice. It has open space stores in the ground floor like what you can see in the Ayala Malls Circuit Makati. They have Walter Mart as a grocery store which is very spacious. There's quite a few stores as it's not very big but it's still okay.

Loved the concept of an open space/outdoor vibe of the mall! Its not that big and only have the typical basic stores (restos, timezone, personal care, waltermart supermarket, drugstore etc)

My wife and I stopped by the Ayala Mall today to send a letter to the USA at the DHL store. While we were there, we strolled through the different mall levels to explore. There seems to be a lot of different types of stores selling just about anything you could want or imagine.

Employees are nice and friendly. It offers a more relaxed shopping experience with fewer crowds, making it suitable for those who prefer a quieter environment. Cons Few parking slot

Not bad for a mountain area shopping mall! They had the shopping and food essentials. Jolibee, potato corner, Pepper lunch and many alike more You can walk through the entire mall in 5-10 mins. They even have a timezone which was very small catering to mainly children. Overall, good to spend a few hours browsing shopping, spa etc done.

This place has everything, complete 1 stop shopping center. You have to spend 1 whole day here to visit every store or comeback multiple times. Various Restaurants, money exchange, clothing stores, grocery store, and multi level departments store. My go to places are Japan Home Center and Daiso for cheap home goods.👍 👍

HELLO TOURIST🙂 The shopping mall is a great place. International tourists and even locals come here. I can't speak for all the shops or restaurants as far as customer service is concerned and their pleasant "can-do" attitudes, but I like walking around where air is fresh. I have met with a few managers and store owners ... and they were pretty chill and conversational. Today, I asked the security guards in blue if Tourists from America were welcomed here. The kind and pleasant guard responded, "Yes, they are always welcomed here." ☺️ Bus, Bukyo, Tricycles, taxi bays, can all be found here. Parking is free outside. There is a parking garage. Parking inside the garage, I think is free. If not, the price is no more than 30-50 pesos. Cheap 😁. Anyways, Just a great place to be.

My recent visit to Ayala Malls Serin was just average. The mall offers a decent variety of stores and dining options, but parking was a hassle during peak hours. Additionally, some stores are not available, and the overall appearance could use a refresh. It's an okay place to shop and dine, but improvements are needed for a better experience.

We love how the parking is free, we went there on a Friday afternoon. No idea if it is free whole week though :) The guards were accommodating and polite.

It's accessible from the highway but hard to get a parking slot. This is just a small mall, few options for shopping needs. But they have good enough food options.

Went to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf for tea and mocha latte (after a hearty lunch elsewhere). Was able to find a table and chairs for us, given it's a Sunday and there's more people inside the mall compared with weekdays. Fortunately, we were able to get a good parking slot.

Loved it, nice place, lovely friendly staff everywhere and so many food and shopping options for what looks like a small mall. This is an absolute must to visit if you are in the area. I will be back. Loved the New York style pizza place, bacon and cheese roll was amazing and great serving sizes of pizza.

Very convenient. Anything you want is here. And because it is in Tagaytay, good weather of course. Spacious parking also. If you buy something from the mall, be sure you keep your receipts to have a free parking when you go

Nice place for a stopover in Tagaytay. Unfortunately, no minors are allowed as of this writing due to restrictions. It's best to have your kids inside your vehicle while being supervised by an adult while another adult can do the shopping for food and other necessities. It's free parking so no need to feel rushed.

A kind of mall that can be enjoyed by everyone. Usually crowded during the weekends and holidays. Consists of clothing, restaurants, supermarket, and many more. Also it is an open air kind of mall so its very refreshing and relaxing.

  • 5/5 Stanley S. 3 years ago on Google
a little bit small for an open mall, with few selection of stores. contract tracing required, just scan the qrcode for easy fillup and no contact. The pasalubong store (forgot the name near entrance of supermarket) have a lot of great selections.
