For one, the design is pandemic friendly as there are more open spaces, good ventilation, and with many entrance points walang threat ng congestion. We also found the supermarket really good. Parking is good enough and it's free!

The Mall had a great promising start. It's supposed to cater to the Ayala properties (Avida) and the rest of the subdivisions within the vicinity. Army+Navy, Wendy's, Seafood Island, Joe Kuan, Adobo Connection, Family Mart, Samsonite, George Optical, LEE/RRJ, L Time Studio, Sw!tch... The aforementioned are some of the shops and food services that eventually CLOSED in the mall's first years of existence. For them, the market just wasn't there. Tenants came and went faster than expected. In alphabet or grade terms (i.e., market class), it's more like D than C. Still hopeful, though, that it would make a turnaround, especially when the pandemic is finally over...

A quiet place to have your groceries. Less crowd, spacious and free parking. They also have limited food chains when you get hungry.

The place is good and okay but none that make me say that I like it. There are free parkings in front and on the back. The building itself has a few unoccupied stalls, a few pharmacies, a couple of hardware and appliance stores, food stalls, clothing stores, wellness stores and a grocery.

The District has a lot of parking space. Not all stores were open Christmas day, a few restaurants were opened for dine in and take out.

We just went here just to go to the ATM, buy some foods at Daiso, and pet shop. Next time, I'll try to look for some other stores. Since we are going somewhere else, I'm going to have a detailed update soon.

mini shopping area, half of which is very hot with no airconditioning. ok for quick basic buys, to grab some food, do usual bank transactions (1 bank only)

Place needs a bit more uplifting. Some areas are very dark and not so many stores unlike before. Staples are there: grocery, hardware store, fast food restaurants and finger food stalls. Parking is limited.

Good space, along Aguinaldo highway. alternative to bigger malls with busier people. Parking is secure. Good shop selection.

Too many closed stores. Opened stores are small. Its little and its hot. Noisy when there is an event like zumba dancing. Restrooms aren't cleaned much.

We enjoyed the shopping and eating TDD had to offer. It was our first time but it won't be our last. Wide variety of shopping and eating is enticing enough to make this place our residence.

It adds energy entering this place because of regular sumba activity..plus it is nice place to relax and eat variety of food, to consider street foods available in the lower level.

👍👍 Lots of parking space, free parking. Less people to bump into, perfect for social distancing. We were able to eat at Max's alone. Wifey and I love Mcdo's layout, too. If not for the traffic around the area, We'd be here more frequently.

TDD is the community hub for Avidaland/Ayala Land villages nearby..health protocols is on top of it's design even before the pandemic hit this generation..

Due to pandemic, some stalls are closed. But since the place has open area, this one is a go to. There are opens establishments like a grocery(Robinsons) , drugstores (southstar, generika and watsons), fast foods like jollibee, dominoes, mcdo) etc.
