beautiful place. i like the alfresco dining under this wonderful tree. they also take really good care of their plants, speak volumes to me. whenever i pass by tagaytay, i stop over for breakfast or lunch, or just for some coffee or hot choco. they have a bakery and small shop of nice pasalubong too. staff is friendly abd professional. food is great and comes in big servings, 1 serving is good for sharing na. salads are always fresh, crunchy and juicy.

We had a relaxing time here when we last visited Tagaytay. The cafe is easy to locate. It is on the second floor, near the escalators and stairs. The staff are friendly and gave quick service. They have good air conditioning and the establishment is clean.

When we came, it was quiet. The service was quick and swift. We ordered ensaymada which was heated and warmed when served, Americano, milk and sugar served on the side. The store was clean, well kept and merchandise were tastefully displayed. I am kind of disappointed that the foot traffic is very slow, it must be because of the slow recovery from the Pandemic. I would like customers to start patronizing businesses again so they can also recover.

We went here for a hot Matcha Macchiatto on the go. If we weren't pressed for time, we would have loved to stay here and relax, as there are plenty of comfortable seats to sit in, and the vibes were nice. Great place to study and/or do a quick task for remote work. As far as what I ordered, the Matcha Macchiatto was delicious and totally worth the price!

We sat outside, good thing there are tables and chairs, so we could relax with our French bulldog also enjoying the cold weather of Tagaytay 🥶

The taste of their coffee is really amazing. Much more, their confortable chairs and benches are perfect if you just want to watch movies while eating or do some portraits/drawing. The wifi is also fast enough to do some downloads but if there are many customers, it's kinda slow. Another, I really like their swirl card because you could earn points faster than other coffee shops😁

The service at this coffee bean shop is simply outstanding. If there would be ten stars, they would get it.

Food serving size was generous. They had so many staff but it was very difficult to call one as they all looked away immediately once they notice that you were about to call them over. Food was great though.

I'm after their superb customer relationship and service! Made so many friends from their crews in different branches that whenever I visit any branch, I can always feel their warmth and joy! That makes my every stay so extra wonderful :) I love their African Sunrise Tea Latte, Caramel Macchiato, Pure Hazelnut blended frappe, Guiltless Chocolate cake, and Chinese Chicken Salad - these are just some of their delectable menu. Then, add up the very homey place and music to the snug CBTL experience! There's no place like Coffebean for real <3
